their pizza is really good. I think they're over priced. their kale salads are really good. their pizza is made with sourdough. we got the sourdough and caramel ice cream. good flavor but it was rock hard. the bill was $105 for one pizza, 2 salads, ice cream and one cookie. I think the food is good but a little pricey. I live in Louisville where the food is 30% cheaper than Nashville.

Extra Pepperoni with Hot Honey

It was hard to choose which pizza I wanted to order but the extra pepperoni and hot honey looked like the best move. I was not wrong! Great crisp on the crust and perfect undercarriage. The pepperoni was great quality and the hot honey was amazing. Service was fantastic and not just my server, multiple people came by and made sure I was good. The ambiance was pretty chill when I was there and they have a cool patio out back. I would put this pizza up with the best of them in NYC and would 100% come back to visit when I am back in Nashville.

Vibe check? Picture this: Upgraded backyard style outdoor seating, brewery vibes indoor and perfectly located in East Nashville. Amazing staff. Locally sourced food and ingredient options? Can this place be any better? Best pizza my boyfriend and I have in Nashville! I DESPISE pepperoni. Will not eat it ever. This was the ONLY spot I have eaten at where I actually ate the pizza with the pepperoni on it and did not pick it off! I was so proud of myself. Their pepperoni was perfectly crisp, lovely cheese pull and great crust. Highly recommend their ice cream selection they have someone in house who creates the ice cream flavors, the last two on the menu aren't always there so highly recommend trying those out! You get a good bang for your buck in my opinion! Boyfriend loved the beers he got! (The Bountiful Blessings Gem Lettuce is locally sourced from Bountiful Blessings Farm in Williamsport, TN! How amazing is that! The peaches and aged Gouda were phenomenal. Dressing 10/10) **Its definitely worth the price for the pizza I promise you

THE BEST PIZZA IN THE CITY PERIOD. WOW. The spot is super cute to eat in too, we had a couple drinks at the bar and ordered the pepperoni pizza to go. Service was awesome. I was shocked how delicious this was. I will be back again and again. No brainer if you want FIRE pizza

Beer and pizza is one of the best combinations this life has to offer. But when you make the beer local and the pizza sourdough, talk about gilding the lily! Smith & Lentz is the epitome of East Nashville. The parking is difficult, the service feels nonchalant, the prices are high.... But the food ! is ! GOOD ! All & all, the pepperoni pie was a delightful pizza to be treated to. But if I'm being forced to critique (as is the point of this app) : - The sauce was a bit too sweet - The main elements were very charred crust + pepperoni. I wanted more cheese & acidic sauce. My drink of choice (the S&L Spaghett) was something I'll wish for on summer evenings. It was like a Bud Light Lime on a special occasion (I mean this as the highest praise.) Here's the thing - I'm a certified pizza lover. While I certainly have some strong opinions and preferences, I also eat Tony's frozen pizza with a smile on my face. So my experience at Smith & Lentz was full of compliments and many "yums" were spoken.

Perfect PIzza for the serious slice aficionado! If you are searching for the perfect slice in Nashville this is it. Crispy undercarriage lots of leoparding nice bubbled and charred crust. Tasty sauce perfect amount of cheese, NYC in spades! Fantastic atmosphere, great staff, hip area of town what's more to ask for? Skip the ice cream it comes In A cardboard cup and is way too much $$$ ... they have a lot of room for improvement there.

Beautiful patio and large space with that hipster glaze you come to expect in this part of Nashville. The food is good and a bit overpriced. The pizza we ordered didn't have a lot of flavor related to toppings but the crust was so tasty. The appetizer was $14 for 3 pieces of bread and a slathering of cheese and jam. Service is friendly. The beer selection was nice, and this is a nice casual spot to go with a group of friends or an informal date.

Good pizza, good vibes!!! Pepperoni pizza was fresh, hot, well topped, and crispy! Could have used a tad bit of salt but over all absolutely delicious. The garlic bread.... While decent I'd say over priced for what it is. One slice of bread cut in half for $9!!! It was hard to swallow the cost for the portion to focus too much on quality but it wasn't bad flavor. The sourdough and brown butter caramel ice cream was a decent size, rich, and creamy. I don't get much of a sourness but for a brown butter caramel ice cream it was good. I'd def come back and the server was super friendly and attentive. The star of the show was the pizza and so they did their part imho.

We had heard some great things about Smith & Lentz, and as it is one of the highest ranking pizza places in Nashville we decided to stop by. Everyone working there was very friendly and our server took time to explain the menu to us. We tried the sourdough garlic bread, and the texture and taste of the bread was absolutely delicious. We received two pieces in our order. For our pizza we ordered a supreme with no olives. We added the "prom" seasoning, minus the chili pepper. The pizza was delicious! It had great flavor and we had a couple pieces left to enjoy later. We also enjoyed the ranch, garlic butter, and tomato sauce dipping sauces. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other menu items on a future visit. If you are looking for good pizza in Nashville I recommend giving Smith & Lentz a try.

Spicy Marg pizza

The vibes here are immaculate--from the music and friendly waitstaff to the cozy outdoor patio. The service was excellent, and every staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind and attentive. We started with the peach salad, which was the perfect light and refreshing dish for a warm night. Then came the goat cheese appetizer with sourdough bread--absolutely delicious and a must-try. Our server recommended the spicy margarita pizza, and we added pepperoni and onion. Let's just say it was a 10/10 combo--crispy, flavorful, and with just the right amount of heat. To end the night, we shared the sourdough and coffee ice creams--both creamy and rich, served in to-go containers (a great touch for taking dessert home). Can't wait to come back!

I'm always the first to suggest smith & lentz when it comes to pizza, but every. time. without fail, they send a single drop of hot honey when I pay extra for a side of it. I paid extra for TWO this time. & It barely covers one slice of pizza. GIVE ME A FULL CONTAINER OF HOT HONEY WHEN I PAY EXTRA FOR IT DUDES. It seems like such a a small thing (I know trust me), but seriously! It puts a bad taste in my mouth and makes me so frustrated when I have guests and we're trying to use the single drop of honey given on all of our slices!!! Stop skimping.

My husband had a low-key bachelor party at Smith and Lentz and he had been singing its praises so I'm glad I finally got to try it. I went with a large group and we tried a bunch of different pizzas. I think just the pepperoni or the margarita where my favorite But everything was so good. I also like their beer selection. This is a really chill spot. I just wish there was a little more parking in the area. Would recommend it both for families with kids or for a group hang out since the seating is flexible.

I have found my happy place! This is hands down the best brewery in Nashville that I have been to so far. Great beer, fresh and seasonal food, friendly and knowledgeable service, cute and pleasant ambiance, chill outdoor seating. What else you need! Also, a shout out to a very well made pizza base. This is surely gonna be on go-to place.

If you look carefully at the photo, you will see the slice of pepperoni in the background. My son told me it was the best slice of pizza he has ever eaten. And that's a lot of pizza. In fact, he has taken a photo of every slice of pizza he has ever consumed and posted all of them on his 'Pizza Wall.' His theory is that pizza always puts him in a good mood, so why not always be looking at pizza. Okay, none of that is true, except for the part that he said it was the best pizza he ever had. My slice was very good but I don't know about all that. It seems to be a common theme at Five Points East though. Therefore, go for it! Our server, Annie, was excellent. And very efficient at her job. As for atmosphere, pretty cool! Small but cool. And I actually like that they don't have Italian food and stick to their speciality. This time, we switched things up and hit it for lunch instead. Good call. We grabbed seats at the bar, where Todd was holding down the fort. The guy was outstanding. Drinks never sat empty, food came out smoothly, and he somehow managed to be attentive without hovering over us every five minutes asking if everything was okay. My wife started with the Nashville Margue, which goes down way too easy for something packing moonshine. Light, refreshing, and carrying enough kick to remind you you're in Tennessee. Then Todd introduced us to a Bloody Mary made with a new pickle-infused vodka. Now, that sounds like one of those ideas that should either be amazing or a complete disaster. Turns out it's amazing. My wife loved it so much she's already talking about coming back tomorrow for another one. For food, we started with the pretzels and beer cheese. Simple. Warm. Soft. Salty. Exactly what you want while settling into a Nashville afternoon. Nothing fancy, just done right. Then I went all in on the mac and cheese topped with Nashville hot chicken. Yee Haw. Creamy mac and cheese. Crispy chicken. That signature Nashville heat. Comfort food with a little attitude. Just the way it should be. The best thing about The Stillery is that it knows exactly what it is. Good food. Good drinks. Good people. No gimmicks. No trying too hard. Just a fun place to sit down, relax, and enjoy yourself. Fifteen trips to Nashville (together) and it's still one of our first stops. That's probably the strongest review I can give. Five stars.

A bit mild for the serious hot chicken fans, but the flavor is there. The chicken tenders are fairly standard. And the crinkle fries are mid. I enjoyed both of the drinks. At $14.50, they are at least $1.50 less than the standard Broadway cocktails in the star bars, so iti s a less expensive option to get a drink. I don't think they ever have live music, unlike some others here, so you are going for the food, not the noise. Service was great, as always. The staff is always prompt and knows their menu.
