The service was excellent very quick and attentive. The garlic bread was very good you court tell the marinara was made fresh. The spicy margarita pizza was just ok . You had to wait for it to cool completely off before you tasted anything but spice . The ingredients are top tier but the execution was simple. We also ordered a vodka lemon sorbet drink. They were out of most of what we wanted . The vibe is chill and laid back which I like . I may try them again to give it a second chance.

This place never disappoints! Staff is so welcoming and really on top of things! We had just ate elsewhere, so stopped in for a drink! Love the atmosphere and music. We usually sit outside but sat inside today. Lots of seating options. Lots of of beer on top and they are all really good. Opted for the S&L Spaghett which is refreshing. Also had their ice cream which they make in house which was delicious! Really light, smooth and flavorful! I had the Roasted Banana Peanut Butter & Marshmallow Ice Cream and so good! We didn't get a pizza but they are so good and highly recommend!

their pizza is really good. I think they're over priced. their kale salads are really good. their pizza is made with sourdough. we got the sourdough and caramel ice cream. good flavor but it was rock hard. the bill was $105 for one pizza, 2 salads, ice cream and one cookie. I think the food is good but a little pricey. I live in Louisville where the food is 30% cheaper than Nashville.

    Yummy pepperoni pizza!

Hello people! This pizza shop is one of the best places ever. It's similar to zaza's pizzeria in Chicago for having a really good wood fire taste that is SOOOO good. Idk which one is better though. It's cooked to perfection and has the best crunch. The service there was amazing. They had waters out immediately and were very nice. The pizza took a little long to make but it is so worth it! Very understandable also. The inside was very nice and pretty big since it is a bar and pizza shop. They were very efficient with their organization too. Yippie! My only complaint is that the water was warm but no biggie. This place was amazing and you should come and try it!

Vibe check? Picture this: Upgraded backyard style outdoor seating, brewery vibes indoor and perfectly located in East Nashville. Amazing staff. Locally sourced food and ingredient options? Can this place be any better? Best pizza my boyfriend and I have in Nashville! I DESPISE pepperoni. Will not eat it ever. This was the ONLY spot I have eaten at where I actually ate the pizza with the pepperoni on it and did not pick it off! I was so proud of myself. Their pepperoni was perfectly crisp, lovely cheese pull and great crust. Highly recommend their ice cream selection they have someone in house who creates the ice cream flavors, the last two on the menu aren't always there so highly recommend trying those out! You get a good bang for your buck in my opinion! Boyfriend loved the beers he got! (The Bountiful Blessings Gem Lettuce is locally sourced from Bountiful Blessings Farm in Williamsport, TN! How amazing is that! The peaches and aged Gouda were phenomenal. Dressing 10/10) **Its definitely worth the price for the pizza I promise you

THE BEST PIZZA IN THE CITY PERIOD. WOW. The spot is super cute to eat in too, we had a couple drinks at the bar and ordered the pepperoni pizza to go. Service was awesome. I was shocked how delicious this was. I will be back again and again. No brainer if you want FIRE pizza

It was hard to choose which pizza I wanted to order but the extra pepperoni and hot honey looked like the best move. I was not wrong! Great crisp on the crust and perfect undercarriage. The pepperoni was great quality and the hot honey was amazing. Service was fantastic and not just my server, multiple people came by and made sure I was good. The ambiance was pretty chill when I was there and they have a cool patio out back. I would put this pizza up with the best of them in NYC and would 100% come back to visit when I am back in Nashville.

Beer and pizza is one of the best combinations this life has to offer. But when you make the beer local and the pizza sourdough, talk about gilding the lily! Smith & Lentz is the epitome of East Nashville. The parking is difficult, the service feels nonchalant, the prices are high.... But the food ! is ! GOOD ! All & all, the pepperoni pie was a delightful pizza to be treated to. But if I'm being forced to critique (as is the point of this app) : - The sauce was a bit too sweet - The main elements were very charred crust + pepperoni. I wanted more cheese & acidic sauce. My drink of choice (the S&L Spaghett) was something I'll wish for on summer evenings. It was like a Bud Light Lime on a special occasion (I mean this as the highest praise.) Here's the thing - I'm a certified pizza lover. While I certainly have some strong opinions and preferences, I also eat Tony's frozen pizza with a smile on my face. So my experience at Smith & Lentz was full of compliments and many "yums" were spoken.

Perfect PIzza for the serious slice aficionado! If you are searching for the perfect slice in Nashville this is it. Crispy undercarriage lots of leoparding nice bubbled and charred crust. Tasty sauce perfect amount of cheese, NYC in spades! Fantastic atmosphere, great staff, hip area of town what's more to ask for? Skip the ice cream it comes In A cardboard cup and is way too much $$$ ... they have a lot of room for improvement there.

Beautiful patio and large space with that hipster glaze you come to expect in this part of Nashville. The food is good and a bit overpriced. The pizza we ordered didn't have a lot of flavor related to toppings but the crust was so tasty. The appetizer was $14 for 3 pieces of bread and a slathering of cheese and jam. Service is friendly. The beer selection was nice, and this is a nice casual spot to go with a group of friends or an informal date.

Good pizza, good vibes!!! Pepperoni pizza was fresh, hot, well topped, and crispy! Could have used a tad bit of salt but over all absolutely delicious. The garlic bread.... While decent I'd say over priced for what it is. One slice of bread cut in half for $9!!! It was hard to swallow the cost for the portion to focus too much on quality but it wasn't bad flavor. The sourdough and brown butter caramel ice cream was a decent size, rich, and creamy. I don't get much of a sourness but for a brown butter caramel ice cream it was good. I'd def come back and the server was super friendly and attentive. The star of the show was the pizza and so they did their part imho.

We had heard some great things about Smith & Lentz, and as it is one of the highest ranking pizza places in Nashville we decided to stop by. Everyone working there was very friendly and our server took time to explain the menu to us. We tried the sourdough garlic bread, and the texture and taste of the bread was absolutely delicious. We received two pieces in our order. For our pizza we ordered a supreme with no olives. We added the "prom" seasoning, minus the chili pepper. The pizza was delicious! It had great flavor and we had a couple pieces left to enjoy later. We also enjoyed the ranch, garlic butter, and tomato sauce dipping sauces. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other menu items on a future visit. If you are looking for good pizza in Nashville I recommend giving Smith & Lentz a try.

We got 2 potato creams, one pepperoni, and one spicy tomato. The tomato sauce especially tasted so fresh. Absolutely amazing! The gnocchi was also very yummy - you can taste the care they put into preparing the mushrooms as well. We came close to open on Monday without a reservation and was able to be seated right away. Service was also fast and friendly. No complaints at all. For the food, you can tell they used the freshest ingredients. All the vegetables were amazing! Since it was Focacceria we definitely needed to try the sfincione. We got the potato and spicy tomato. The focaccia was top tier! Light and airy but had a nice chew. The spicy tomato was my favorite. They tomato sauce was so good and well seasoned! The potato though ate very heavy.

I took my buddy out for a celebratory promotion dinner to Ophelia's. We're from Huston and staying at the hotel across from this restaurant, we heard great things so on our last night we decided to celebrate his good news here. Within thirty seconds of us sitting down our waitress came out to greet us and pour waters for us. She was incredibly kind and bubbly, beautiful young girl. The service was next level. Our server, Lu lu, gave us great recommendations on cocktails and appetizers. She got to know what we enjoyed and recommended the whipped ricotta to us, which was delicious. Creamy ricotta with honey, oil, spice, and bread. Game Changing bread, perfectly baked. When it was time for our dinner, we decided to get the calzone, lasagna, and a pizza. The food came out within twenty minutes and it was just incredible. We decided for tiramisu as our dessert, but we should've gotten the cream puff, the table next to us got one and it looked great. When our waitress brought out our check she very respectfully asked where my buddy was from, as he has a pretty thick accent. He told her that he's Russian and her face lit up, she immediately started having a full conversation with him in Russian. Apparently, she knows the language conversationally. I mean, what a coincidence. My buddy was so tickled by it, and I think he really appreciated it. We also saw the chef come out and talk to one of the other tables, seriously, people were asking to speak to the chef to give their compliments. All in all, this was a wonderful restaurant that runs smoothly and is very professional. Yet it still remains to make you feel as if you're important and taken care of. Come here if you are able.

The spaghetti was watery and mushy. Sauce tasted like it came from a can. I had to order bread they brought out fuccata bread that was more than just chard. The waitress said the cheese cake was made there and was like what you get in NYC all I can say it was tasty but very light and frothy. I think they need a trip to NYC and start again. The cappuccino was almost cold and very bitter. Could have been better. My waitress was very pleasant but kept forgetting to bring out utensils. Spoon for the spaghetti, fork for the dessert. Spoon for the cappuccino. Perhaps it was just an off night. For me I thought for the money it was a a bit of a disappointment.
