The reason the man that installed in a diff. location was due to my stephanotis plant. not disturb buds/flowerings. By putting it in another spot at the base of the gate the plant would not be disrupted and all would be good. still repeat still the man disrupted my plant after he had install new motor anyway. telling johnathan it was a piece of junk after removal. repeating myself by saying he was not not authorized to take In closing Johnathan lets be honest now, you made an error in judgement/and i lost the price of a resellable item. my loss now, i had to hire another company in fix my gate the way it should have been done to the tune of $650.00. You were asked to fix the slow opening and most of all to fix the fact that a child could open to a point of getting into and access to the pool, which is always our biggest priouity. your words.....they do not make things the way they used to and so this is the way it will open. i could come and tryyyy to fix but, also that is how it works now. as for the not closing tighter, y0u said this is the way it will be.
