Pumps are always working. My spouse only uses Chevron gas in the pickup, so it is nice to have great fuel for me and the truck! Kindness isn't always a guarantee. After standing there for a few minutes, and nothing is happening, you come to find out that the gas pump is broken. Why in the world was there no out of order sign on the gas pump so I didn't waste my time? Put the gas cap back on, get back in the car, put the key in the ignition, drive to the other lane, do the same thing all over again, put the nozzle into the gas tank, push the button, it works this time, however, it goes at a snail's pace, and it took forever to get gas.

I have access to loyal party's that will cause $1800 of damage fir your location to repair if I am not compensated for my time $1200 and my items. Chevron employees are more often than that extremely low educated so have a great time explaining why this happened as I am emailing corporate as well. I am owed $29 and $1800 for my time. Plan for that time when coming through and use the self-checkout for a quicker option (I have rarely seen a line for self-checkout and there are 2 stations for this). Hot food sold here, variety for morning and afternoon such as breakfast burritos and sandwiches. You can order at the counter or use the grab and go in the pick-up section. I do think the prices are fair for a gas station. There is a cooler with a ton of cold items to choose from. Very few times have I come to this location, and they had issues with their fountain drinks or ice. It's usually they are out of a flavor option which is fine as there are a lot of drinks to choose from. Bathroom has been clean each time I've used them, no debris on the counter by sink or floor. Tons of parking, little to no debris on lot that I have seen.

Went in today at around noon, there was a Hispanic female helping customers and was very terse with…read morean elderly woman ahead of me, once my turn arrived I greeted her and was met with a stony face, she rang up my items and asked to scan my ID, I'm a senior citizen, but okay, my wallet allows for scanning in place, specifically for this purpose, she said, in a nasty tone, take it out, I told her it's designed to be scanned in place, she again insisted, in an increasingly agitated voice, take it out! Knowing it would only irritate her more taking time to remove my license, I told her to put everything back, I'll go elsewhere, which I did, another in the same chain, and was met with a pleasant cashier that obviously liked her job, this isn't the first bad experience here but it will be the last for me!

First time leaving a review for a gas station but this behavior is not ok!…read more Tonight I went to Maverik and my two kids went in to get water. They were charged for sodas instead. When I went inside to ask the employee, Brandee, why, she said she asked if they were sodas and because the kids didn't answer, she just went ahead and charged them for sodas. These are children--we can't expect them to handle that kind of situation the same way an adult would. Instead of clarifying or assisting them, she assumed and overcharged. Brandee did not offer to refund the difference, only a receipt. She never once apologized or made eye contact, and spoke to me in a defensive, dismissive, and condescending tone. The lack of professionalism and customer service was very apparent. I even had my daughter go in to talk to her directly, and Brandee accused me of being "aggressive," then spoke down to my 10-year-old, treating her like she was unintelligent and dismissing what she said entirely. Employees like Brandee should be taught how to provide proper customer service, especially when children are involved. A little respect, patience, and honesty goes a long way, and customers should never feel taken advantage of. It's not about the money it's about taking advantage of children.

Without putting my number in, the screen welcomes R*****. I look up and the cashiers name was R*****. When I looked at the points on the screen, there was over 100,000 points. I then told him to let me put my number. He responded with "oh I'm sorry" and went ahead and deleted the profile. As I was putting my number in and continuing to check out, the 2 cashiers start to brag about how they are building their reward points. The other cashier continues to talk about how he had so many points, more than 300,000. This is a new 7 Eleven and I'm sure you wouldn't want this as your reputation. Staff is using their own number to gain more rewards. Not cool man. Wishing the best for this location.
