    Traded in my RAV4 for the newer hybrid model at this location. I had called and handled everything over the phone with Jessica so that when I go in all I would have to do is sign the paperwork and be on my way. I'm not a fan of wasting time at the dealership especially since I already knew what I wanted. Jessica was pleasant through the phone throughout the process. The insurance guy John was really helpful on the phone and helped me deal with all of the insurance changes I need to make. I also spoke to John in finance who also seemed very pleasant on the phone. Once I got to the dealership to pick up my car things went a bit south.. John in finance had left for the day and so I had to deal with Diego who I believe is the finance manager. I don't have a single positive thing to say about Diego. He was extremely rude and condescending. He expected me to just sign without asking any questions when the paperwork and what was previously discussed with Jessica did not match up. He really needs to take a customer service class and learn to have some patience. I am a very straight forward person and I explained to him that his attitude was a major issue and he apologized and blamed Jessica for the "miscommunication". Miscommunication or not taking your frustration out on the customer should never be an option. I am satisfied with my new car not that they helped with the process. I already knew what I was looking for. They just so happen to be the only dealership that was going to get it in the timely manner that I wanted. I don't even get my service done here because I was so turned off by my experience there. Before I bought the car, Jessica was always available. Once I went through with the purchase and I had a question afterwards, she stopped returning my messages, so professional right?

    A random search of Used Cars near me brought me to salesman Kyle Manuelian. I had never even heard…read moreof a Lincoln Corsair but it was in my price range so I figured I'd check it out. This was a no pressure purchase. I was looking at new vehicles, but I wanted to check out this used vehicle because it had all the bells and whistles. Kyle let me test drive by myself. I liked it. I sat down with the finance guy. I asked them to change the tires for me and it was a deal. I got my all weather mats, used but better tires than what was on there and the car only had 23K miles on it and it's a 2020. Kyle was patient & not pushy even though at the end I found out he needed my sale for his bonus that month. I've had my car now for 6 months. Very happy with my purchase. And happy to not be leasing anymore. But I'm still getting used to the piano keys for a gearshift. I still find that very odd. 5-28-2025

Bought a used vehicle, over 100k miles so I was worried about any type of warranty. Told me they stand by their product and if anything happens shortly after purchase to bring it back and they'll help out. The next day the car started making a whining noise. I called them, set up and appointment, showed up with the car whining and they said it's "not detrimental" to the car and that I need to wait 30 days for my warranty to kick in. I waited 30 days, made an appointment. It took them 2 days to "diagnose it and send the claim request to the warranty company". When I called the warranty company, they had not had any contact with the dealer and the dealer could not tell me what was wrong with the car. I cancelled the warranty on the spot with one of the GMs. It been a month since then, I called the warranty company and they said the dealer has not spoken to them and the warranty is still active. I now have to go through this whole process by myself as the dealer has been absolutely no help and only the owner can help with warranty cancellations. STAY FAR FAR AWAY

When we decided to change our old Honda Accord EX-L and get the Honda Hybrid Accord EX-L, as always, we contacted Mr. Ramirez, who now is working in association with Mr. Francesco Allevato and, boy, they did not disappoint us. The purchase went smoothly as Mr. Ramirez and Mr. Allevato and business Manager Mr. Phil Ward do not pressure you in any way, explain everything in simple terms, and treat you in a very courteous and professional way. At Advantage Honda in Saint James, we found the car with the color we wanted and at the right price. We know a car dealership is not a charity but rather a business to make money. So, we just wanted a fair price and we got it from Mr. Ramirez and Mr. Allevato. Previously we got in touch with many other Honda dealerships to compare prices but we received outrageous overpriced quotations. But, as noted, only at Advantage Honda we found a reasonable and affordable price and were able to make the purchase. We cannot be happier. If you are in the market for a new Honda, Advantage Honda in Saint James, New York, will not disappoint you, this is the place to go. Highly recommended.
