The level of unprofessionalism at this sorry excuse for a auto repair shop is ridiculous. They…read moreare rude on the phone to you, more rude in person. They leave your vehicle out in their parking lot so it can be broken into and destroyed while they claim to be so busy they can't get it in. They told my husband that it will be a really long wait due to the fact that they have 8k dollar transmission repairs that will take priority over our leaking seal. What kind of transmission costs 8k. So instead of priority of who comes first they go off who they can make more off of. They have a gated area but they don't let you park there because people were cutting their fences to steal stuff. My husband had his classic truck here for 6 days and in that time someone broke into it stole parts off his truck, tools stolen and ripped out the wires in the cab. Do yourself a favor do not go here they are not good. Especially if you care about your vehicle.

I'm going to try and dwell on the positives and not the negatives. The transmission went out on my…read morecar this past summer and based on a recommendation from a friend I took my car to a different transmission shop. They were not good. I really wish that I had taken my car to Oliver Brothers. I'm not going to say where it was or post a negative review of them though because I want to talk about the good things and not the bad. The good thing is that my mother needed her transmission done for her car and this time I took my car to Oliver Brothers and I was blown away by how much faster they worked and how much better the price was and how much better their customer service was. It was night and day. So I can definitely recommend Mr. Oliver and his staff to anyone else. I had another problem with my car just this week with the car being stuck in park and not coming out of gear. I had my car taken to Oliver Brothers this time. He got the car in this morning at about 10:30 AM and by before 1:00 PM he had it ready for the road. He didn't overcharge me or try to do things that he didn't need to do that would cost me more and he stands behind his work. I don't know what anyone else's experiences have been but mine at Oliver Brothers have been first rate. I've even heard from the guys where I get my oil changed that Mr. Oliver works on cars for the Police Department and so you know that if he has their repeat business that he's probably getting things done right. I love to see someone who supports the local PD and has a good working relationship with them. I'd recommend him and his shop to anyone who asks me.

Set another date for him to come out and do the work, he came replaced brake switch, brakes and calipers. Drove it one block and said the work was done and car was running fine. Paid 669.00 . I drove the car it left me stranded with the same VSA light and issue, called them back they sent someone out 2 days later who determined that the first mechanic failed to bleed the brakes. 3 days after that Im getting ready to run errands... SAME ISSUE CAR WONT MOVE LEFT ME STRANDED after driving 2.5 miles. Had it towed to a mechanic shop cause at this point I dont want Nuts or Bolts to touch a fkng thing I own. The mechanics I took the car to determined that when the previous mechanic replaced the break switch he put a screw in stead of a grommet. The grommet is what presses the switch to allow the breaks to come back into position once you take your foot off the breaks. Paid thebnew nechanic who was very transparent and even suggested that they dont understand why they replaced all that and failed to mention that I need new Rotors ! or at the very lease had them resurfaced for 669.00 !!! As I said .. NEVER AGAIN !

Dishonest, Inexperienced Technicians, and shoddy work. I gave them 3 opportunities to fix the issue correctly and make things right and they could NOT and would NOT do so. I had to file a small claims LAWSUIT and I WON!!!!! They are to refund me fully of what I paid them plus Court Cost and INTEREST!!!! I Filed with Bell County an ABSTRACT OF JUDGMENT. I have the paper work to prove these facts. I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT in any way use their services!!!!! R.M.

In regard to your response Frank I'll expose again why no one should use you. To start I used you…read moreafter the break issue we resolved to give you a shot. I bring up that brake issue because it eventually became a pattern of dropping the ball, and repeated issues 1. My car had to be towed because basic logic well known issue for GMC/Chevy 6.2 liter V8 engines have a lifter issue which requires engine replacement. The car wasn't in bad shape as you say. Cadillac dealership said I should have it towed due to the knocking sound. My car has always been kept immaculate. Yes you quoted a fair price, it was Lambs in Lakeway that was ridiculous and most people know they are. The engine took long because they sent the wrong engine and in regards to my finances it wasn't I couldn't pay . I was at the mercy of you and I was nothing but polite every single interaction with you. Your dropped the ball so many times and you actually asked me for advance payment at one point because you needed to pay your taxes . I didn't want to pay you UPFRONT Frank. You fix then pay, that's most every way it's done . You didn't have the money to cover costs which is a concern regarding running a business. I had also just spent money on another car repair and boat repairs . The car sat as I decided what I wanted to do. As far as stating you could have charged me storage you never once mentioned that and I have every phone call that proves that. Pretty shady of you to pull that out on your reply here. Again not on single time did you ever mention storage fees. So please don't act as if it was some favor you did. The car went in for an engine replacement. As you confirmed the day you put the engine in to test drive you call me telling me I need steering column replacement. Yes I have you on recording Frank stating that indeed the lift and big tires were the culprit. The steering was completely fine and it had not been driven once per you as we waited for the engine issue and replacement to be resolved. You now understand why I recorded you. You can't remember what you told me. I didn't struggle to pay you. I had a boat in repair and another car a Range Rover in repair. I communicated to you very professionally. By the way let's remember you had me pay up front on everything. It was the engine that was ordered that was delayed. 2. Regarding the transmission line. Let the public see this post. I pick up my car from Frank and I make it about a quarter to half a mile or so down road and what becomes the problem is the transmission line. Frank I have that call to you recorded as well and your claim that I accelerated or false and blew the line is total BS. It had nothing to do with big tires. I'm saving all my facts, statements from GM certified techs , and video of your guy coming over to "fix" it. Within a day or 2 it went out again and I made you tow it for free. It was your guy that you sent and had him do what he did and sent me on my way and that all was fine only to have it sent back to you. By the way on our recorded call you tried to lead me to believe with certainty it was one thing when in fact you were wrong and called me with another reason. Again grateful I recorded both those conversations. The reputable mechanics I discussed were my brothers out of Houston. My brother owns a professional garage and luxury and collector car biz for 22 years. The other reputable people was a connection I had out of A Cadillac dealer in Dallas. I mentioned this to you and so logically my car stayed locally with you. 3. The whole issue about you spending 200 for the detail I will just say to anyone reading this look at the pics of my Escalade left in his care. Never should have happened Frank. By the way I took a time stamp video of my car before it went back to you. I didn't spill the oil. That's a regular engine oil. Why would I need engine oil to leave in my backseat after you just repaired and did an engine replacement. Again shady of you to blame that on me. And by the way I had to waste 3 hours of my work day sitting there waiting on a detail. Completely unprofessional. 4. I asked you you fix my windshield wiper motor while you had it. You never did. I kept asking you very time you had the car and I have your texts alone that show you forgot several times. same thing Frank regarding the transmission thermostat. I asked you several times, you came out to fix my running board and forgot to get the transmission thermostat and windshield motor. Again pretty crazy you fixed my transmission yet our texts show you dropping the ball on the thermostat. I have lost count on the amount of texts I have that show you never show up on time. I'm done with my response. I'll update this post after claims court.
