In any case, after they finished with the other person's truck, they put my car in the bay and checked it thoroughly. They fount that the driveshaft carrier bearing was bad. Also all brake rotors are bad. BS. Took it to a legit shop. One rotor is bad. Also monkeys used spray foam to seal the roof vent. It is not waterpproof and will need to be taken apart and have the spray foam removed and replaced with a proper sealant. That was $200 down the drain. They told me for all the repairs that my unit needed would be around $4000. And they couldn't even handle a simple roof vent replacement? At one time this shop had a great reputation. The new owners seem to have no clue about what they're doing. I would avoid them and will never go back to their shop.

The other company said that they could do it right away in the morning. So I took it to Ripon to have my tires replaced. I asked them to also check the rear tires. Only the front tires needed replacing and upon checking the rear tires, he found an eroded battery cable. The RV would've blown up if I had driven it anymore and it would've caused a fire. Monkeys completely neglected to inspect the vehicle. I would not recommend this company to anyone, be very careful because they are doing a very shoddy job. The Ripon company also is only charging $200 for the service B. So not only did I get ripped off. They did a terrible job. They could not remove the code. They overfilled the oil. They did not do a thorough inspection. This company needs to be shut down. I never dealt with the previous owners, but I feel that they probably did a great job but the new owner is Jay and he's never there. And they do not share the owners information so if we have a complaint, we cannot talk to the owner. This one woman is working there. It's like a one woman show. She doesn't know what she's doing. She's just a receptionist, but she acts like she owns the place. If I was the owner, I would fire her in a second.

I understand places get busy, but that's not an excuse to treat customers disrespectfully. I came in expecting a quick, straightforward visit and left disappointed.
