    Correct filter on right, filter they installed on left. How do you mix those two up?

    The quality of service and accuracy has hit rock bottom. Took my truck in, they recommended a new air filter. Was literally halfway across the country when my engine light came on. They'd put the wrong size air filter in. Like, how?! Then to add insult to injury, [[HIGHLIGHT]]I contacted customer care. They were slow to respond, have had my complaint WITH PHOTOS for 10 days and SILENCE...[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Is zero stars an option? It needs to be.

    Avoid this place at all costs! I visited on October 27 for a simple oil change and left with significant issues. They had an inexperienced employee who didn't properly replace the oil filter on my vehicle, causing oil to leak down onto my starter. As a result, I experienced a bad leak and starter issues. I returned a few days later after noticing the leak and starter issues. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The manager, Annette, acknowledged the mistake, took responsibility, and assured me they would resolve the issue.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She even mentioned that the regional manager had visited the day before due to similar complaints, and employee had to be taught how to properly do oil changes. Peter, the assistant manager, cleaned the affected areas and stated leak and starter are now clean and problem should be fixed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Annette also mentioned that if further cleaning was required, they would send me to their Stockton HUB location, which was better equipped to handle it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That morning, they assured me that if any further issues arose, they would send me to a mechanic and cover the costs. However, on November 11, my vehicle completely broke down, and would no longer turn on. I had to have it towed back home from my daughter's practice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called jiffy lube that evening 15 mins before closing and spoke to worker advising what occurred. He stated manager wasn't on duty, and would relay message.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The following morning I stopped by, and spoke to Peter who was unprofessional and dismissive. They refused to accept responsibility, despite the clear connection between the oil leak and my starter failure.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Annette provided me with a customer service number and said she will start the claim. Unfortunately, I've been calling customer service for over 2 weeks now with no response.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A certified mechanic has since confirmed that the starter failure was caused by the oil leak. I have my invoice and evidence, yet Jiffy Lube continues to ignore me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This experience has been unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and unprofessional staff are not worth the risk.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If I can give 0 stars I would!

    Cleaning up my Drip tray and the under carriage since it was leaking oil all underneath it due to the leak and driving!

    They hustled and helped us out. We were left stranded (by our VW bakersfield dealer). They found the oil leak (missing washer) took care of my car. They worked their butt off to get it done so we can get back home. Give them their business they work hard!

    It's worth the wait, been coming here for like chnage. Guys are very professional and clean. They'd did extra mile on the job I requested. And informed me of anything I need if there's any. I'd like to bring something for the boys next time or maybe even stopby. I missed the girl Who used to be in the counter. She's equally nice .

    UPDATED REVIEW: Please Read Below. Jiffy lube made an honest mistake (they forgot to put back on my radiator reservoir cap and ultimately caused engine damage to my Hybrid Car. In the end (Recap of incident below), Jiffy Lube ended up owning up to their mistake and paid to have my car fixed. My advice after getting your car serviced is to look under the hood and make sure all caps are on and secured. Not just at Jiffy Lube but anywhere you get your car serviced. Story of what happened (Written on 8/3/21) I went to Jiffy Lube a few months ago. I had an oil change and now I need a new engine. Tech apparently forgot to put radiator reservoir cap back on (not radiator cap but reservoir where you add in radiator fluid) 2 months later after driving 2500 miles with no, I repeat no issues, my car engine light came on. I pulled over and found cap (see pictures below) sitting apparently where tech last placed it under the hood and not back on. I now need over $13,000 worth of work (new engine and manifold). Again no sign of trouble at all. Car is still new 2018 Hybrid with only 29,000 miles. Initially Jiffy Lube said they would not pay because their mechanic said the car could not be driven that distance without some sign or alert. I think after talking with the Dealer and the Technician that accessed the damage, Jiffy Lube changed their mind and said that they would pay for the repairs to my car. My Initial Review was about 18 months ago and was edited on 8/12/21.
