They sell knockoffs and their customer service is horrible. I bought a battery that had an issue after less than a week and brought it back for a replacement. Ryan went on to berate me for not knowing how to treat electronics (i work on computers) and then blamed me for the issue. His exact words were "it's not my fault, it's your fault." He strikes me as a slimy car salesman who tries to act like he's giving you a deal when in actuality he is gouging the crap out of you. Also, I went in there on a Saturday and there was 1 person waiting on about 20 people. His store gives other vapor shops a bad name so I hope his business fails and he rots in a gutter. Ryan who runs the place is great. He also has a reward program. Who doesn't love free e-liquid. Went in to buy a new Kanger Pro Tank 2 last night and ended up staying to chat up flavors and mods. This is absolutely the best vape shop I have ever been to. With hundreds of juice selections, high quality local glass, and outstanding employees, there is no reason to go anywhere else. They also have the lowest price on juices and glass. Whenever I walk in, whether Uni, Sebastian, Mykael, tavian, or Ryan is there, I am always greeted with a smile. They remember my name, favorite juice, and help recommend pieces to suit my life style. A lot of the times I find myself just hanging out and chatting with them! Uni always has something interesting to talk about. He knows so much about the coils and building awesome mods, that I trust him to not only help build it, but to get me the right equipment to go with it. Sebastian has an incredible knowledge on glass, and the way the water perks. He knows which pieces people would enjoy just by talking to them for a few minutes. Tavian and Mykael always can find the right vape juice for me. They have the best recommendations on what flavors to try and they know what flavors I like. And then there's Ryan. He is the owner, and whenever he is there, he always comes out and shakes my hand and talks about my day and what's going on in my life. None of the employees are pushy or rude. Stopped by this morning for new coils. This was my first visit to the shop. Liberty was working (totally chill and cool dude) and helped me match up my wattage level with a better coil. LOVE the new coils since I use a low wattage. Thanks so much! They will last longer I am sure. The simple fact they DO NOT DISCLOSE PRICING OVER THE PHONE IS A JOKE! This is just an old trick to try and get you into the shop so you'll be bound to buy something, and for the guy to tell me the whole "it's not worth it to lose my job over" CLEARLY whoever runs this shop fucking sucks for the employees to have to say such a thing to a customer. I was coming from pretty far away for an item that they had but if it was outrageously priced like sometimes I've had an issue with at other places then it wouldn't be worth my time to drive all the way over there to find out it's more than I wanted to spend because I WONT buy the item. The owner should be ashamed of that store policy. What a terrible experience. I'll just order what I need online. Never had an issue with them until tonight. Recently had to renew my ID and they refused to take my temporary even though in the state of Oregon the interim card IS an acceptable form of ID if it is still before the expiration date. Unfortunately for them they just lost my business to Tony's Smoke Shop where they DID accept my temporary card. read more

A family member bought me an Ego ONE from here and when I opened it there was a very loose gasket that couldn't be fixed. I came back to see if they could fix it (I'm a new vape user) and they couldn't fix it but Uni replaced it, put the whole thing together for me and explained how to put the fluid in. My wife and I went in here today to check out the e-cigarette line they have. They carry a lot of different brands and varieties and have over a 100 different liquid flavors to choose from. My wife smokes close to a pack a day and they found the perfect flavors for her to match her current nicotine level and desired taste. The staff was very friendly and definitely knew the products. My wife was able to test everything out before buying. They explained how everything works, how to maintain the e-cigarette and gave us a few pointers. For a time I was purchasing "e cigarettes and e juice" on the web until I found Smoke 4 U. they have a ton of flavors on the shelf and alot of great tasting ones as well. I got a mod and they set me up and rebuilt my dripper for me. The staff their where really friendly and knowledgable. They taught me how to sub ohm and how to rebuild a micro coil with organic cotton. Also they went through which batteries are safe to use in a mod which I had no idea about. Overall it is always a great and knowledgable experience whenever I come here. read more

So I returned to the shop once long after my initial review and the gentleman behind the counter (short in stature, looks latino or Indian) was VERY polite and professional. Also, the owner of the shop replied to my review privately with an apology and offer of a discount on my next visit and said they had been taking steps to change and improve quality of staff, which seems to be accurate. read more
