And I've eaten & sampled my fair share. When I expressed I'm from LA and would drive all the way to Compton for the OG Bludso's BBQ & Brisket and Ribs with my BF, Auntie V's face lit up and says "I know it very well...and Darly is from Compton." When I told Uncle D, he expressed he knows Kevin Bludso personally...so I already knew I was in for a major brisket treat. After devouring my Sando in record time -- though I slowed down towards the end -- because I did not want it to end. I told my wife "I could eat 2 more of these." And speaking of which -- wifey's not too keen on BBQ like her hubby but can appreciate a great piece of quality meat. She took one bite (right smack in the middle -- which I suggested because it's the best bite :) and her response? "Oh my god...I could eat one of these." I've never heard her say that about BBQ Brisket. What makes Uncle D's Brisket so special?
