Also a 1/2lb Burger and Smoked Wings. I'm a tough BBQ critic because... well... I LIVE FOR IT! The ribs were tender and came off the bone. The rub was present, but not bold enough and the smoke I was looking for ABSENT. I did get some smoke from the wings and those were delicious. Skimp on the glaze but that's alright! Came to Smokey bones to grab a bite before starting my night . I should've known better because the place was empty , but sat down anyways. We were greeted by a bartender , who was very rude . She was aggressive & did not treat us as we were paying customers. One of the people with me was not aware of how a certain drink worked , she was very nasty about it . The manager Micho , allowed this behavior & in turn was also very rude . This restaurant also offers all you can eat wings, but if you decided to share they would charge anyone you shared with the price for all you can eat wings . In addition to, I ordered a burger & they did not have all of the topping options offered on the menu. I asked for my burger to be medium, they brought me a well done dry burger . I also ordered a gallon tea freshly brewed which was 1/3rd % missing upon deliver, the entire mac & cheese received was less than a 1/2 cup portion, garlic bread never received, & side salad had no salad dressing. I specifically asked for 2 blue cheese and to call if any item wasn't available. Also no napkins or Utensils delivered. The worst part was that i called to verify gallons of tea was 1/3 missing and was that a normal thing for delivery orders. And the receiver could not provide reasoning. So I asked for the manager, who never came to the phone which hung up after 5 minutes on hold. Called back several more time and got no answer phone just rung off the hook. Meal was $44+ The 1 star was for the great tasing food, -4 stars was for the experience. Never again will I order delivery. But I would consider dining or order in. read more

Solid location but the customer service here could use a smidge of improvement. Very spacious, no issues parking and a great location for group gatherings for viewing of sporting events. When I arrived, there was a moderate amount of patrons but my weight time to be seated seemed excessive. Popped in the ladies room to wash my hands and saw an employee in there taking her work selfies and who'd have thunk it....she ended up being my server #luckyme She seemed concerned with doing the least but enough so that she didn't earn the wrath of the manager who was scurrying around to the various tables attempting to make diners comfortable. So I get up to smokey bones and tell them who I am. The order pick up person tells me that they are sorry they dint have anymore ribs. So I ask are you going to refund my money. They told me to call grub hub to get a refund. They also mentioned to tell them that smokey bones does have any more ribs and tske it off the options. I just looked. This place has gone downhill. It's hard to find good ribs but every once in a while when you want them, you want good ones. Sometimes Smokey Bones is good (not great) and the other night, I got a dry nasty slab of ribs. It was clear they were old/leftover or something. It was just nasty- like they just slapped new sauce on some old dry overcooked ribs. When you spend money (whether it's takeout or in-house dining), the restaurant should give a darn about the quality of what they are passing on to a customer. I should have driven down there and demanded a refund, but I ordered through Door Dash because I could not go and dine-in that particular evening. Waste of money and time. The hostess say us right away, but we did not see a server for at least 15 minutes before she took our full order. When the appetizer arrived, the food runner dropped the sauce all over the floor, our feet and lower legs. When the food arrived it was cold and we did not get any BBQ sauce until we were finished what we ate of our food. No refills were brought to our kids and the other refills came after being asked and we were completely done eating. Never once did the manager come around the sparcely filled dining area. When confronted about the sauce being spilled, he claimed to not have been told.
