Came here with some friends the other night. We ordered some soups, fish n chips and burgers. Everything was ok except for the soups. My partners soup looks like they put it together in a few minutes, some of the vegetables were still hard and you can tell they just chopped them up and tossed them in. My partner sent it back and the girl working told her "yea I don't like that one either" thanks for the heads up. My clam chowder was really watery not the consistency you'd expect from a chowder. Burgers were ok for pub food as for the fish and chips. The place itself was nice, plenty of seating, nice decor, good location with parking which not a lot of places have around here.

This is NOT a "smash" burger. Please stop calling it that.

Waited well over an hour for food. Clearly they're catering mainly to the bar crawlers and inebriated cyclist gangs and food is given an abysmally lower priority. It's like they have only half a line cook working on a single burner. If you're just there to drink you're probably fine, but if you're hungry you're gonna stay that way for an absurdly long time. Also, the menu calls it a smash burger, but it's the same thick patty you get at every other restaurant in the world. No smash was ever involved.

    Bathroom signs! Loved them.

A Bainbridge Favorite with Character, Views, and Killer Fish & Chips Harbour Public House is everything you want in a waterside pub -- full of charm, character, and that laid-back Bainbridge Island vibe. The space has a cozy, lived-in feel that makes you want to linger, especially with the view of the harbor just outside. Service was... walk up to the bar, give them your order, not rocket science. The beer selection is solid and varied, with a great focus on local and regional brews. That said, I'll admit I didn't pick the best one for my taste this time -- totally on me, and now I've got a reason to go back and try another! What really stood out, though, was the fish & chips -- absolutely top-tier. Perfectly crisp, flaky, and flavorful. Easily some of the best I've had anywhere. If you're looking for a spot that blends character, local flavor, and classic pub comfort, Harbour Public House is a sure bet. Just choose your beer a little more wisely than I did!

I came here with some friends on a Friday night. We were able to sit immediately as it was self seating and there were a few tables open. Once we finished our dinner, a table with a fireplace opened up so we moved for dessert. There were about 3-4 tables outside on the patio with a fireplace and the rest were close by overlooking the waterfront. The staff and bartenders were beyond friendly - the kindest women ever!!! The food was delicious and I highly recommend the fish & chips with tartar sauce. My favorite of the desserts was the bread pudding, but my friends loved the brownie. I will be returning next time I'm in bainbridge!

We were able to get some prime seating in outside before the lunch rush. We ordered the cod fish and chips and the clams. I wish we had added another fish to our cod because it was delicious. Exactly what I was hoping for. The fries and clams were both under seasoned so thank goodness for the salt on the table. I would eat here again and stick to the fish and chips and nothing else except for maybe a beer.

Good food and a great view from their outside terrace. The freshest cod /fish and chips. The muscles were pretty good too. Friendly service. Make sure you walk around the waterfront trail right outside of the restaurant amazing views all the way to Seattle.

Came to the island to hang out for a little bit and saw this cool spot with the views!! The views said it all so off we went! Not too far of a drive from the ferry, it's a quaint little spot tucked away. When we walked in, I loved that it felt like you were apart of a little town, the bartender greeted us quickly and asked if we'd ever been there before and since we hadn't he gave us the run down of all the specials and local brews available! Oysters were $1 each on HH so of course we had to get a few, as they'd be super fresh, and they were!! We tried a few of their specialty drinks and sat out on the patio by a fire to overlook the water and boats, and it was just a lovely time and a lovely place!

Entrance is down a short alleyway and up a set of stairs in the back. Tizley's sits on the main drag downtown and didn't appear to have a view of the water per se, but the (limited) balcony dinning sits right over all the action going on down on the street...which seemed cool, though my wife and I elected to sit indoors on this day. Inside is very nicely decorated in a Austro-Bavarian tavern/pub style. Pretty cool and this was exactly what my wife and I wanted when we decided on eating lunch here. FB marketplace brought us to town for the day and Yelp brought us to Tizley's. Service - we hit Tizley's right at high noon and they were pretty busy. Despite this, we were seated within ten minutes - a nice surprise as the hostess (and possibly owner/manager??) initially cited us a 20-minute wait. Our waiter was prompt, friendly, and very efficient throughout our entire meal. He checked in on us frequently and ensured we were enjoying our meal. Food - I had the Wiener schnitzel and my wife had the Jägerschnitzel - both of us had mash and spaetzle as our sides. Both of us enjoyed our schnitzels - in my case, I was truly happy their Wiener schnizle was in fact a veal cutlet and not pork... which I've found to be a common substitute here in the PNW. Beer menu was robust and had an emphasis on German-styled beers! We will definitely be back!

I made a reservation for our party just in case as it was a Saturday night. The restaurant is actually located upstairs and access is gained by walking along the side of the building down a small alley. Thankfully another reviewer mentioned this. Many German dishes were on the menu. My group opted we share a large pretzel as an appetizer. Totally a wonderful home made pretzel served with bier cheese and two different types of mustards. I ordered the jaegerschnitzel with German potato salad. The schnitzel had a wonder flavor and it was covered in a mushroom gravy. I was so impressed with the potato salad. It was a flavorful pair to the schnitzel. This meal felt like someone's grandma made it. Everything was made from scratch and you could taste it in every bite.

We grabbed seats at the bar, where Freddy--bartender, hero, and possible Jedi--was holding it down solo. At first, we were the only ones there, living our best VIP lives. But 20 minutes in, a wild birthday party appeared! Chaos? Maybe. Freddy? Cool as a cucumber in a walk-in fridge. Despite the madness, he still made time for us like we were the stars of the show. We ordered the Swiss burger and the Fire burger. Let me tell you: that homemade hot sauce doesn't mess around. It's the kind of spicy that humbles you--one bite in, and I was ordering another beer, not for the buzz, but for survival. Painfully delicious. The vibe? Totally vibing. The food? Fire (literally). Freddy? A legend. We'll definitely be back, hopefully with less hot sauce-induced tears and more high-fives.

As a cider fan, I was especially happy to see a solid variety of options. Although I had a frustrating experience with the kitchen, but I'd still come back. It was an especially hectic day with multiple events and a soccer game, so it seemed like everyone arrived at once. I ended up waiting about an hour for my food, which was disappointing. That said, the staff handled the situation really well, there was consistent communication, and they took the time to engage with us, which I appreciated. Still, the kitchen delays and order issues shouldn't be overlooked. On the bright side, the drinks were excellent and reasonably priced. They also have a great selection of games, which I'm looking forward to trying next time. The location is another plus, just a few minutes' walk from the T-Link, making it very convenient.

Still decent, just not something I'd rave about. The mini golf is definitely the highlight. It's really cute how the course spells out "SEATTLE," and I loved the little Space Needle to end the last of the mini golf holes. That said, there are only 9 holes and they're pretty small, so it goes by quickly. Drinks are all on tap and feature local/Washington breweries, which I really appreciated. I love supporting local! We came during their February deal and it was such a great value -- $45 for a pizza, two pint glasses to take home, two drinks, and unlimited games. Honestly, that made the experience feel totally worth it. Duffleboard was fun, though it looked a little outdated. They also had cornhole and a ping pong table, which made it feel like like there variety of things to do. Loved the vibes/ambiance (fun art and murals) and music. Overall, a fun spot for a casual hangout -- especially if you catch one of their deals!
