The sweet potato was slightly raw and crunchy, at first I thought they were roasted carrots but they were in fact, sweet potatoes. The seasoning was fine. Portions were ok, though I would have preferred to get more tostones (4-5 slices for $5) for the price. The salad tasted suspiciously of meat. I know this is not a vegetarian establishment but it made me concerned about cross contamination. I would not go out of my way to eat here but the service was nice. She'll offer you a loyalty punch card that you should grab to earn your free sandwiches. Like any good food truck you'll find a small line of people out front on any given day in any weather.
