I added some of that Sweet St. Louis sauce to my plate, and it was great, with tons of flavor and no heat. I sampled three of the sides and thought the Gold Medal Winner was the mac and cheese. It had a luxurious texture and was loaded with cheesy goodness. The grits were excellent too. My wife and I split opinions on the cornbread, I liked it more than she did, and I think that's because it wasn't as sweet or as moist as the cornbread we've had in the past at various BBQ joints.. We also picked up two pieces of smoked salmon we'll target for dinner this week. All of that ran us less than $40, so we think the value is pretty darned good.
