I had the bacon jam burger which was delicious! The burger was fresh beef, again, not frozen, which is a huge thing for me! The bacon jam wasn't too sweet. Really nice. My wife had the hot honey chicken sandwich which she really enjoyed. They have a great selection of beers on tap as well as cans/bottles. I enjoyed a couple of Sam Adams Summer Ales and my wife had a mango hard cider. The service was great. They were attentive but not overbearing. My only gripe is that they don't serve dessert. The woman working in the truck didn't really engage much, but she made an incredible hamburger and order of fresh cut french fries. From the time I order until the time I started stuffing my face was under 5 minutes. I was surprised how delicious my food was and happy that I decided to stop. It was nice to sit at their picnic table to eat especially since it was so warm out. The only awkward part was that they were so close to the main road, and I felt like I was on exhibit. Overall, this is a great food truck which is super clean and makes a ton of great food. You need to give it a shot if you are in the street food mood.

It's customary to slather this up with some hot sauce and it is DELICIOUS. For about $7 you can combo it with some very ordinary fries from the freezer and a soda. I've been grabbing these by the handful for years whenever I have out of town guests and they never disappoint. I'm less impressed by her chourico so I just stick to Bifanas. She'll offer you a loyalty punch card that you should grab to earn your free sandwiches. Like any good food truck you'll find a small line of people out front on any given day in any weather. Don't just drive by her on the rotary in the center of town, stop and get your Bifana on!

Comes with soup or salad and choice of two sides (i.e. spaetzle, potato pancakes, sauerkraut, red cabbage, or chef's vegetable). Also you can get a schnitzel sampler of 3 varieties. WOW! I come here every few years because I love German food, when I am in the mood. I've always liked it…read more... this time it was so-so. The food was a 3 star affair, at the most. Staff was 5 star. Atmosphere, 4 stars. The menu here is almost exactly same as the famous Student Prince restaurant in Springfield. Parking is much easier but I prefer the Student Prince's old school 1940's decor. The prices are similar ... high. 3 p.m. dinner only menu. Seriously?? The prices are double vs. lunch. Who eats dinner at 3 p.m. Those 10 minutes in between 2:50 pm and 3:00 pm cost me about $25 extra. The worst part of my meal ... Apple Strudel dessert. This isn't apple strudel. It's a weird thin-skinned apple pie with a lot of almost creamy chopped apple filling. The filling seems to contain cream of some sort and tasted a bit sour/spoiled. There is no satisfying crispiness or crunch ... it's a sloppy mess. Definitely recommend not getting this. Jager Schnitzel ... The brown gravy sauce with mushrooms was fantastic. However, there wasn't enough of it and the pork was dry and pounded way too thin, so it felt a little like eating a piece of cardboard with panko breading. Spaetzel ... Great. On the small side but perfectly buttered and tasted great. Red cabbage was also very good. Salad ... Came with the meal but I was charged $3 more for Roquefort cheese dressing. Wasn't told about the upcharge ... but the other options for dressing weren't very exciting. The Roquefort is a few crumbles of cheese mixed into sweet Russian dressing. Probably would just go with a regular dressing. The staff was great and the waitress was so perky and helpful. The host was extremely nice and accommodating. Nothing bad to say about the staff here ... they are probably the only reason I am giving 4 vs. 3 stars. The prices seem very high ... $19 for 2 sausages ... $26 for Schnitzel ... $14 - $19 for appetizers. $13 pretzel. It's all high quality stuff for sure. But, after tip, my bill was $60 for Schnitzel, a beer and a so-called Struedel. I guess that's kind of everywhere these days though. And then after that I had to ask them to tell me why my Caesar salad doesn't have any Caesar dressing on it at all LOL and my waiter literally said I don't know where to Caesar salad is.. So I'm like why did you let me order a Caesar salad then? So then someone else comes over and he's like we don't have Caesar salads so I'm like okay then can you take this off the bill? Lololol.... Why would you take my order for a Caesar salad if you don't even have that? They never once checked on me the entire time I was eating to see if my food was okay. I wanted to order ice cream originally so I waited around forever and no one even asked me about ice cream. I was so annoyed by the end of the meal that I just said bring me my bill please so I can get out of here. He finally brings me the bill, I pay it immediately. I don't even know what was on it. The Caesar salad that I didn't even get probably was also on it. I wouldn't know. I have never not tipped in my entire life. Let me tell you, today I did not tip. That place is a total disaster. It looks like a halfway house. You just have a bunch of spaced out teenagers who don't even know where they are. Exhausting. Never again
