Just picked up two personal pan pizzas and some poppers. Ordered online and they said it would be ready around 5pm. Got there a little before 5pm to pick them up. They were stone cold and so were the poppers. Had to reheat them in the oven at home. And I only live 3 minutes away. I remembered this place being really good so I'm not sure what happened. I remembered really loving their pizza crust. The crust was terrible. Reminded me of the pizzas the served at lunch when I was in elementary school. First time to write a review but the food was terrible despite the ratings- which was why I ordered- I got to things which I thought were "safe"- fettucine with broccoli and pepperoni pizza- pasta was so over cooked and covered with pepper I could not eat- pizza came ice cold- so travelers beware- do not fall for the ratings- its not true- you will be disappointed and waste your money. I just had an amazing dinner at smoking monkey pizza. My wife and daughter had some sort of chicken pizza.. the aroma coming off of this pie was amazing but I didn't try it (yet). My son ordered the spicy monkey and I did indeed have an amazing slice of this. It wasn't TOO spicy but had a nice kick. The cayenne pepper coupled with red onion is what gave the flavor rush on this one. I myself ordered a Canadian bacon calzone with added jalapenos. Also bomb. It could have been cooked a little longer but was delicious nonetheless. What I noticed more than anything was one overworked employee named Brendon busting a$$ doing 100% of the serving and service for several tables in addition to taking orders both at the register and on the phone. Some of these tables had rude customers and he took it in stride. I highly suggest you try this place. They have unique yummy pizza with a cool laid back atmosphere. 4 star rating for the staff who took my order! Friendly and humor go a long way! Since my last visit, I am happy to see the menu has expanded! I decided to give it another go, and I was craving Italian for dinner. It is convenient and prices are reasonable. Garlic cheese bread - prepared on thin crust and the size of a pizza. Plenty to share as appetizer. Not much garlic taste which is unfortunate. Chicken Alfredo - scallions on top looks pretty however the flavor does not mix well. Sauce lacked garlic and needs more cheese. Again, food overall is bland and less than average. I am giving four stars because I am going to talk about the first time I was here. We had the lunch buffet and I was very pleased with the selection and the flavor of the food. Their pizza is great and the pasta that was on the buffet was spot on! The last time I was here, however, the service was poor. It was super slow and for "Slices" of pizza it seemed to take way too long. Another person came in after us and wanted two slices to go. I suspect he waited 20 minutes, which is crazy. I did have one of their salads with my pizza and was pleased with the flavor and freshness of the ingredients. If you are coming in and it's lunch time, I highly recommend it. I was so excited to try. Heard amazing things about this pizza place. We had a horrible order. Cosmic chicken and Monkey bread. Cosmic chicken had maybe four pieces of chicken. Was missing bacon and it was thin as possible with barely any sauce. So dry and almost cardboard like. My daughter had the monkey bread and wound up throwing it away. It was burnt and very dry she said. I was able to get some pictures though. I can't imagine everyone is having this experience. I just wanted to let everyone know what happen with us. Horrible business practices. We ordered pizza and salads for dinner the night before a cruise out of Seattle. The salads came wilted. The manager who had actually delivered the salads told us they should have been discarded the night before and never should have been allowed to be delivered. The manager got the owner on the phone who agreed to take the salads back and refund us the money. After getting back from the cruise I checked the credit card and the money was never refunded. We have called the restaurant several times and each time was told the owner was not in. Now he's getting a negative review simply because he didn't want to refund $17.98. The pizza wasn't terrible by the way, but nowhere near as good as the East Coast. read more

It's pretty gross. When you have to tear the pizza to "bite" and it's dry, you know it's really bad. Chicken wings -- tasted like crunchy erasers. Dry and how can chicken meat be crunchy? I am definitely not ordering here again. I had to spit out some of the food cause it's dry, hard to chew, hard to swallow. How the heck does this place have almost 4 stars? Can't pay me to eat it. I'm guessing this place has to be on its last legs. Good luck dishing out bad pizza and food to those that are desperate enough. I prefer NY style crust pizzas and this was closest I found while searching. And I wanted to support local/small businesses. We were also nearby so we placed order and had them deliver ($5 delivery fee charge). Got 12" and 16". To me, it was just okay. It was a bit pricey and it didn't seem that large of a pizza. It was also bland, and felt like something was missing. Maybe I'll try it again next time, and it'll be better then. Their pizza USED to good, but the quality has gone way down hill. On my visit before this, my pizza was over cooked and burned on top. Tonight when I picked up my margarita pizza it was barely warm and was mostly all sauce (that tasted like tomato paste). I could not tell thete was any cheese on it. I got halfway home before I looked at it and it was so bad I turned around and went back. I stood in line another 10 minutes waiting for the manager who then told "that's how it's made". I got my money back and I'm down at Pizza Dudes. At least they actually put cheese on their pizza. read more

Outstanding pizza. Super friendly staff. The neighborhood pizzeria of my childhood days. Weekends they have a salad/pizza buffet that is great! $18.99 for adults. So glad to find this gem! Will be back and have them host a birthday party in a couple months. read more

While I am sure the food here is good (otherwise we would have not ordered it), I was floored by the negative customer service. We ordered delivery, paid for this service and tipped very well. We saw via the app, that the order had left the establishment then that it had been delivered. There was no delivery and when we called the restaurant they blamed the app (fine) but escalated the call so quickly, placing the blame on me for using the app connected to their business, telling me I should have called them directly and I could not believe that they pushed me into such an angered state over a pizza. A pizza! When I called the third party app they informed me that the business had sent them a photo of the pizza as if it had been delivered! They restaurant had asked for my mobile so they could text the "proof" I had ordered pick up (even though I had proof of ordering delivery). We don't live in the area and we're pet sitting for friends, but by 9pm I still had no real dinner for my teenaged children in a house we hadn't been able to grocery shop for yet. At the end of the day it's just a pizza but the way the two employees handled the situation was embarrassing for them and they could use a lesson in how to deal with customers and maybe just spellchecking their menu (which is admittedly funny and made us want to order in the first place). Used to love to come for the buffet pre pandemic, but was disappointed with our most recent visit. They waited 15 minutes to tell my friend they were out of bread then they put veg on his replacement pizza which he specifically requested to have left off. Took an hour for my other friends calzone.
