I've been shopping at this shop for 3 years bc it's close to me. But for the past 2 years, I've considered it an absolute last resort option, and after today, i won't even shop there if it's free Because: 1. Easily the WORST vape selection in Reno. 2. They REFUSE to order better options after years of me requesting & them promising they would. 3. The most unhappy, unfriendly, and unhelpful staff you can imagine. 9/10 times I go there, I'm not greeted, which I don't even care about, but they full blown ignore you until they have to help you. Don't even bother asking them questions for help because you'll only annoy them and get anything but that. There's multiple staff members there that literally look like they hate their job, their life, being there, and especially hate people. They're straight up rude. I'm wondering if it's like a culture thing over there? And also how it's possible to hire that many rude people? Over the past 3 years, there's been at least 4-5 noticeable rude staff members. I think only one of them is alright and it's the blonde guy. He's not even nice or friendly he just isn't rude. And I wish I could say the problem is me bc I would accept that 100%. but since the unpleasant encounters start from the first impressions and continue forever, it ain't me. I'm extremely nonchalant, mannered, and just wanna get my things and head home. The reason I decided to write this review is bc of one specific staff member who bothered me to my core. Don't know her name because they don't use name tags. But she's about 6'1", a bunch of piercings, and could easily be considered goth/edgy/grunge or whatever. Yeah she's absolutely one of the most unpleasant humans to communicate with at any level, like no offense but it feels like my energy gets sucked straight out of my body and I leave confused about why she acted like that. Like is it my fault? The first time she "helped" me it was like this but I didn't care at all. The second time i started to notice a pattern. And the third time just pressed me bc it was by far the worst. She has a fantastic routine so let me play it out for you. *You walk in and say "hi"- you're lucky if she even looks at you but regardless she full blown ignores you, then walks to the area where customers look at their selection, once she's there she stands with her neck bent at a 90 degree angle staring at her phone until you say something. Now you're looking at their selection of 5 juices that look produced out of a garage... Naturally you ask questions for more info. Like "do you know what flavors you have?" She replies: "no"... okay.. Then you say: "well what flavor is that one?".. She replies "no".. Like wym no bruh who says that when assisting a customer??? is she gonna help me or just say no?.. So you ask her for her recommendation on the best juice since they all look FDA disapproved and she replies "I only vape disposables so no" and gives you a dirty look this time Picture this: You ask about a specific flavor named 'white moon flower'- She replies: "well it must taste like white moon flower" and stares at you without expression. I mean it's actually remarkable. So after the disturbing interaction, you pay and before heading out you say "thank you" and she full blown ignores you again. After she hands over your change she immediately returns her neck to 90 degrees and starts scrolling. Imagine you're a regular, she'll assume what you want, walk to get it while her neck is bent at 90 degrees the whole time, then check you out as fast as possible, ignore you the entire time, then go back to scrolling ASAP. The various times I've been to this location, the employee was unable to answer any questions I had regarding products, specifically Kratom. The employees at Moana and California are always friendly, and very knowledgeable. Much better experience at these locations so I will drive out of my way for that reason. I will say, to be fair, that I have not been to Vista in about 6 months, so maybe things have changed. Lastly, the prices are much too high, especially when compared to other shops. read more

Today was the third time recently I ya e stopped buy during normal business hours to find a "will return" sign with nearly an hour remaining. Unfriendly service for the most part, sub par knowledge of products, the staff seems like they have better things to do than answer questions or help guests. Good product selection but the management of this location is horrible. Hope this gets addressed I don't want to change where I get liquid from AGAIN... read more

What a great place. Great variety of glass, friendly staff and great prices. They have name brand glass and all the cap equipment you can dream of. Went there for a Juul, and now I've moved onto a different recommended by the staff and I couldn't be happier! read more

Cool spot. The guy at the counter was super nice and helpful. I appreciate that they where open on a major holiday until 7pm! I went in for papers and left with a bag of goodies including a hand carved stone walrus piece and a few awesome pokers that I just luv . It was a nice layout and plenty to choose from. These guys are awesome. The owner is very helpful, and the guy working with him was very knowledgeable about all of the products carried in the store. They both took the time to show me different mods and after I picked out the 2 that I wanted, they set them up for me completely. They have a wide variety of products ranging from glass pipes, herbal and wax vapes, kava kava capsules, and Kratom in every variety, strength, and form from capsules to tea. Would definitely recommend calling before trying to shop here to make sure they're open. Drove all the way out here Sunday- after verifying their hours on Sundays online- and the place was closed. Even the business hours on the door indicated they'd be open well in advance of the time I arrived. Was excited to see the place after hearing such great reviews, however, won't ever be shopping here now. 2 other customers in the parking lot were also confused. So this place has the most worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I bought 6 disposable pens the girl told me to test one out to see if I liked it and it did not work so she replaced it in the store. I bought 5 other pins got home 1 of them didnt not work.. So I called Hope the manager at the Mona location and told her the situation and she's telling me they cannot replace it . That is the most asinine crazy stupid customer service rule of ever heard of my life. The girl that works there did not Tell me I needed to test out the pins before I go because they are final sale.. So because of their employees makes mistakes I am suffering... This place has the worst customer service in the world..I've never been treated like this...Its insane... You cannot take people's money and not tell them it's not final sale...
