I came in with an old dip manicure and luckily she was able to get it off because it was pretty thin - just be aware that you may want to try taking it off yourself before coming here. Overall, I thought my mani/pedi was fairly pricey for what I got, but that also included the cost to take off the gel. I'd recommend tho for sure!

Emmalee uses all gel polishes and provides a very sanitary experience using all new and cleaned tools, she files and then soaks the gel polish off and then takes her time to create a work of art on my nails. She is so good at nail art and will work with you to determine the best colors use and designs to do! My nails are usually short and I have the hardest time growing them, so I can't get really elaborate designs, but she does such good work with my little nails and always manages to make them look good no matter what colors or designs we choose. The space is decorated nice and very clean. Having made an appointment online with Kimmy for a mani/pedi, I was promptly seated in the pedicure chair. The chairs are modern and comfortable. I wasn't sure what happened with Kimmy's schedule, but someone else started my pedicure and then a 2nd person did my manicure at the same time. Definitely an efficient process which was fine. The pedicure person then handed off to Kimmy about mid-way thru. The same person did finish my manicure and did a nice job, I think his name was John. Kimmy finished the pedi, but forgot the top coat. Overall, not a bad experience.

It gives all times and days- and you put in a request and wait for the salon to text you that if that time slot is okay or not. If not, they try to offer other ones, but it can take up to 24 hours to hear back. They are also closed on specific days but it allows you to book still. I just want to know if I have an appointment right away, so this system isn't ideal. The salon has very cute decor, comfy couches and great color selection- featuring nontoxic polish (really appreciate that). The salon is very professional, but other things were a miss for me. They dont have any massage chairs- I think that is one of the best parts. The standard pedicure is done pretty quickly- with minimal soaking, scrubbing, etc. The leg massage is really short with the tiniest amount of lotion (they use amazon branded lotion). They don't remove dead dry skin off your heels really at all. When I got back, I noticed the blue tablet they put into the water for the pedicure dyed the bottom of my foot blue. It took awhile to scrub off- but also how did they not see my foot was blue?? I also noticed the smallest bit of nail polish missing at the top of one of my toes. It wasn't the end of the world, but compared to how many nail places are out there I probably wouldn't go back unless someone I was with really wanted to. Overall experience: 3/5

My nail tech asked me "you want round or square nails?" And I said "Round". She shaped them and I liked them. I really liked how precise and detailed she was. The only issue was at checkout she charged extra for the nail shape and I had no idea. I wish they would let you know ahead of time because it felt a little surprising and I don't want to be asking constantly while they're working on my nails. Everyone around me was super friendly and chatty and I made friends. The girl next to me was getting designs and they did great with hers too! I would definitely come back, overall, amazing job.

I had booked a basic mani and basic pedi online but was upsold a gel manicure at the desk for $15 more (and am kinda glad I got it because I was able to do anything I wanted immediately instead of waiting for my nails to dry). The woman absentmindedly pointed me to a table of nail polish swatches where I could look at color choices. My nail technician (I think his name tag said "Ryan") got me and led me to a pedicure chair. He at first prepped for me to have a gel pedicure but I clarified that the gel was only for my fingernails. He then said I had to pick a different color for both my nails and toes -- i wanted to same color for both. He returned with new polish colors but I said that the color wasn't correct. He ARGUED that the colors he had were right and that I should trust him that it would be okay. Well, IT WASN'T. I wanted a soft coral, he applied a white-pink. It was to match my dress for a wedding. It didn't, obviously. Argh. I will never return.
