There were no other standard SUVs available, so they kindly upgraded me to a 2023 BMW X1! How cool is that?! I've never been much of a BMW guy and have always kind of scoffed at BMW/Mercedes white SUVs for whatever reason, but I really loved the style, comfort, and performance! Unfortunately, while driving up in Massachusetts, I got a flat tire on my second day into the trip. Turns out it was a nail in the side, so the local Firestone recommended I go to the nearest Enterprise for an easy car swap. It was honestly super easy indeed! They swapped it out, no questions asked, and I made my way home in a beautiful, powerful, and fully equipped 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Gotta love the customer service! And since I'm an Enterprise Plus member, I get points for every ride! I'm now at 1000, which scores me a free day's worth of rental... sweet! Thanks, Enterprise, for having the best prices, best cars - you're definitely my #1 rental pick!

I patiently waited over 45 minutes to see if another vehicle would arrive for me to take comparable to what I had. In fact, one did arrive but was told it was dirty and filled with dog hair!! Disgusting!!! One of the Enterprise representatives was very unprofessional!! I do not recommend Island Park Enterprise! Run, Run away!! I have used…read moreEnterprise for many reasons, business , leisure and when one of my vehicles was not available because of repair. So here is my timeline with this horrible experience. Sunday evening January 11, 2026- I start experiencing mechanic problems with my jeep. Monday January 12, 2026- I have my vehicle brought to the Jeep dealer in Inwood. I make a reservation for a 2:30 PM pickup at Enterprise in Island Park. I arrive on time and quickly greeted by an employee. Signed necessary paperwork and Amex was charged proper fee and proper hold amount. While still in the lobby I ask the asst manager if I can return my vehicle the Inwood location. He informs me that it would have to be booked that way and it's usually only done when an Insurance company is paying. I then ask could he check for me how much extra the charge would be. He says the only way to find that out would be to cancel and rebook with a different drop off from the pick up location. At this point I go to the Enterprise app and enter my info same as prior except put Inwood as the drop off. I hit enter and I now have a new reservation that has pickup Island Park and Inwood as a drop off. I show them the confirmed reservation. I am then told that they have no more cars available. I asked them the reason they couldn't help me work this out. Once again im told we have no more cars and when I asked the question the reason they will not honor my reservation I asked is it because you don't want to lose a vehicle? I am then told we are choosing not to rent a vehicle to you. No reason except they have chose to not rent and they will not honor any reservation that I have. No explanation. Now remember I have the new reservation in my hand. Im then told I should find out maybe RVC or Inwood has cars. I asked if they could call and the answer was no you have to call. Five minutes later Im told they are paying for a UBER to go to another location. I again ask does Inwood have available cars, reply was I do not know you will have to call them. So they want to put me in a UBER and send me to a location that might not have a vehicle. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Confirmed reservation that they decided they will not honor any reservation and that is our choice. So when it's all said and done after over two hours Inwood puts me in my vehicle. I miss a important meeting and this is on my Amex 1- $300.00 2- $209.67 3- $589.50 *** They also accused me of recording them*** **** reality is you don't put a customer in a Uber at Enterprise expense if you think that customer is a problem***** This is a matter that needs to be addressed and If I don't receive a response in 24 hours.
