All of the big name interstate movers turn down small sized interstate moves. I must have called 12 different movers; which included the well known companies and some of the smaller ones. The local companies are happy to take your business for intrastate moves; but not interstate moves. I was concerned when no contract was required by Brandon. However, this guy can be trusted to perform what is agreed upon with just using text messaging. He is also very careful with fragile pieces; taking great care in delivering them in one piece. Some movers suggested shipping our boxes. However, this is not an inexpensive option. Plus ,unlike Brandon, who carries your boxes out of the unit and into your destination ( we have three levels ); the usual shippers require delivery to the store and drop off at the eventual destinations front stoop. As for cost, considering Brandon is flexable about pickup and delivery; the small extra amount is well worth it!!! Paul H.

Even if you're already packed, they come prepared with extra boxes, wrapping, and anything you might need for those last‑minute items or unexpected loose pieces. That alone took so much pressure off. I also know being in someone's personal items can be a lot, and they handled everything with so much respect and care. Since everything was already packed up and I didn't even have water to offer during the move, I made sure to grab them Starbucks once we arrived, and it definitely hit the spot. It took only 3 days from SoCal up to Seattle within the time frame I was provided. The driver and both the person behind the desk were nice and provided useful info. As with anything, don't expect specifics for your vehicle to be picked up/delivered - that's what you have the time frames for. Understand that these people are working with other things to and have to figure out stuff behind the scenes to fit certain schedules with other customers. All is well and most importantly the car was delivered in the same condition as when it got picked up (albeit a little dirty exterior from the transport lol)! I worried for nothing!
