Amazing staff! First time here and they took their time to explain to me since I was very indecisive with my selections!

I stopped in for a smoothie and entered the store to find two staff members. One was stocking the shelves, while the other was working behind the counter. Although the staff member behind the counter looked in my direction as I walked in, she did not acknowledge me. I approached the ordering station, and the person who had been stocking the shelves then walked behind the counter and stood in front of the register. She did not say anything, so I gave her my order. She asked if I wanted the receipt and handed it to me. While she prepared my smoothie, I waited in the designated area. A few minutes later, she informed me that my smoothie was ready and placed it on the counter. As for the store's ambiance, it was great. The decor aligned well with the Smoothie King brand, and the space appeared clean. The smoothie itself was enjoyable. Since this is not my usual location, I wouldn't feel compelled to return anytime soon. read more

Personally, smoothie king has become a go to for me. I'm a very active person and love all the options smoothie king has to offer. I love ordering ahead on the app and customizing my order. The inside is a bit cold (temp wise, I hate the cold) so I prefer to order ahead. They have plenty of seats for waiting which I do like. The walls are lined with products for purchase such as protein and snacks. The staff always gets my orders right and greet me when I come inside. They have even helped me pick a smoothie when I was indecisive and didn't know what to get. My favorite order right now is the Watermelon smoothie with strawberry protein! Hits the spot every time. My boyfriend always gets a spinach smoothie and he feels very rejuvenated afterwards. Definitely recommend. read more

Passion Passport! Definitely my new favorite! This is my fourth time or so at a Smoothie King, first time at the new Annapolis location and I am SO happy! After my dentist appointment this morning, I was not in the mood for a full meal. Came here and was just as satisfied. The staff (1 person at 9:30am), was very informative and patient when I was searching the menu. Even with pre-made ideas on the menu, you can add in fruit, different milk and protein powders. However you want it, you can get it! And did I mention they have a rewards program? Anything to save money! read more

I walked into this smoothie shop from driving on the highway today. I'm glad I stopped because I really enjoyed my smoothie. The staff was polite and patient. 1st off let me say I'm a die heart Smoothie King fan. But today my experience was the worst I've ever had at a Smoothie King. I'm next in line I'm at the register a young lady named Sarah Sarah comes out stares at the computer screened for about a minute and a 1/2 then I finally ask her are you ready to take my order and she doesn't even look up and says yes. No hello can I take your order how's your day nothing. I tell you that you've. The next person behind me and Lynn had a different cashier and she explained to him for a dollar more you could upgrade from a 20 oz to a 32 oz Sarah did not tell me this therefore they got me for a 32 oz and I did not save a dime. Smoothie King is a personal favorite of mine, "Smoove K" as I affectionately call it has been around for well over 20 years, so its about time they got some real estate in Naptown! (Locations like Silver Spring, Reistertown, Waugh chapel would get my coins over the years because I had no choice. Well it's a new day!) Now look, I know that not every menu item is exactly "healthy" here. They try to make their menu navigable enough with "wellness, fitness and slim" menus, backlight & behind the counter... but maybe you didn't come for healthy, maybe you wanna splurge; My go to item for that is Caribbean Way (Strawberry Banana Papaya turbinado sugar) goodness --and then some. While Smoove K. definitely offers some good options, not all smoothies served are as healthy as you might think. You'd have to do your due diligence with a guide prior to, as its a lot to take in while at the counter. I grabbed a menu pamphlet to save you some effort because we're cool like that. Here's what I know: the "Gladiator" is the best option low sugar/ cal. Select flavors for this, include: Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry. Other selections that may be considered good options for those who are calorie 'conscious' but glucose isn't much of a concern, might opt for "Slim N trim" (Orange vanilla creamsicle goodness?) Smoothie King in Annapolis and Severna Park are both great! The employees always greet people when they walk in and are helpful. The businesses are always very clean too. I took off a star because their prices have gone up, so I can no longer go as often. read more

My boyfriend and I come here every few days to get a smoothie after we workout and usually they are great. I came in today and the girl put too much ice and I kindly asked her to remake them and she got a attitude and asked the other lady to do it and she also got a attitude , again after kindly asking them to remake it because there was no flavor to it at all. The service at Smoothie King Annapolis leaves me wanting and given the price I fully expect better quality smoothies too. Every time I've come here I've had to wait longer for a smoothie than I should, especially if you order via the app, and the employees are rarely as courteous or willing to assist a customer as other locations. I don't recommend calling because it seems you'll be ignored unless a manager is present. It's not the worst experience I've ever had but it's getting steadily worse. I have to say that the staff and managers are extremely friendly. Always a good time when I go into the store!! To make things even better the smoothies are always delicious! They even help me figure out what other smoothies I would like, and if I for some reason do not like the taste of the new smoothie they offer to fix it for me!!!!! Such a bonus! The Supervisor this Morning is Prejudice. Each time I come to this location and she is working she makes me feel bad. Today I walked in with a manufacture coupon that was sent to me via email and she told me that Smoothie King does not offer coupons via email. I showed her the day and time of the email and she told me that it was not valid. I asked for a refund of my money. She questioned me about the refund. Absolutely terrible at this location. Came in on Saturday. Waited a few minutes to be waited in while no one was in line ahead of me. Out comes a young lady from the back with a major attitude. Rang up my smoothie and needed help with subbing pineapples for almonds. Clearly needs more training. Out comes another short haired young lady on her cell phone having a personal conversation about bringing clothes for her Saturday night adventures. Told them I had the app, and would like to use my rewards towards my smoothie. In comes more attitude because it had to be re-rung on the register. Apparently the app and or Apple Pay was not working at this location. So I encountered more attitude while being told that I wouldn't be able to get smoothie unless I had cash or card. After some time a customer behind me offered to pay for my smoothie so we could move on with the process. The outcome was atrocious as my smoothie was made completely the wrong way by the same young lady who could not ring it up correctly. Not even the same color as the smoothie I usually get. When it finally got remade by the lady who was clearly a bit more seasoned, it was still wrong. The entire time the smoothie was being made and as the place was filling up with customers we all had to hear about how they couldn't wait til the store meeting they were having on Sunday morning and how they couldn't wait to give a co worker and or manager a piece of their mind because they weren't happy there. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time and effort. As a long time customer I will not be returning to this location ever again. read more
