The breakfast tots, on the other hand, were the better deal. I liked these a lot. The portion made more sense for the price, and I really liked that you're encouraged to customize them. That part was right up my alley. With all the topping options, I do wish they offered a sauce or gravy option (like sausage or country gravy), but even without that, this is something I'd order again and again. The coffeehouse itself is small but clean and quaint, with a few tables. Parking out front is very limited--maybe five cars--but there's more space in the back near the food truck, and there's a rear entrance, which is probably the best move. Staff was friendly and efficient, and even from inside you can tell things are run pretty smoothly. I don't drink coffee, so I can't speak to that side much, but I've had food brought home from here before by my wife and really enjoyed the matcha tea smoothie in the past. Overall, I'd definitely return. I think Rise Up does a good job in general, and I've enjoyed their Severna Park and downtown Annapolis locations before. I just expected more out of a $10 biscuit sandwich--but I'd happily come back for the tots and other menu items.
