She was taking care of all of her customers in this way and you could tell she really cared. Dillon was on wraps and he made a delicious buffalo chicken wrap! I loved that it wasn't too dry and the chicken was soft. Joe took our initial order and was very patient as we decided what we wanted. Nicolette was helping fill orders as well and she had a mega-watt smile that was infectious! She delivered more of our food with ease and Emily was also nice. I think she was in training but had a bubbly demeanor to her. As far as my drink, I got a mango smoothie and the flavors were so good and strong! I have ordered from Jamba Juice many times in Texas and Colorado and have never had an issue ordering a small smoothie and asking for the cup to be sized up to a medium because I like to add extra sherbet and frozen yogurt. However, this GM questioned me about my order in a very rude and unprofessional manner. She even said, "Why don't you just order a medium?" When I pointed out that she was questioning me, she responded by saying, "I'm not questioning you," despite the fact that she clearly was. There is absolutely nothing wrong with asking a customer a question, but the way she spoke to me was unnecessarily rude and condescending. As a General Manager, I would expect her to know how to communicate professionally and treat customers with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I left without ordering. I do not recommend this Jamba Juice and will not be returning to this location. I will continue going to the Jamba Juice on Broad St. in Mansfield instead. The staff there have always been friendly, accommodating, and pleasant to deal with. Customer service starts with how you treat people, and this location fell far short of that standard today.

I called the next two days when they were opened, constantly got hung up on. I finally went in, two days later, a girl had headphones on. She was nice & I explained to her the situation, she said she could make it for me now. I told her I was ordering for a family member & then she input the refund & said it'd take time. She was the only one there & I doubt that ServSafe manager certificate (it might have been expired too) wasn't hers. My problem is not with the employee, she did what she could. My issue is the whole ordeal & them not once reaching out after I tried different avenues. If I hadn't gone in, I doubt I would've gotten a refund. Later that afternoon, I checked my pending bank transactions and noticed I was charged an additional $1.39. When I reached out to corporate, I was told the charge was valid because I asked for a "cold pour." I never asked for a cold pour I simply asked for no ice. If requesting no ice results in an additional charge, that should be clearly communicated at the time of ordering. Customers deserve the opportunity to decide whether they want to keep the ice or pay extra. Transparency matters. I am a frequent Dutch Bros customer, which makes this even more disappointing. It's not about the $1.39 it's about not being informed upfront. I hope management reviews this policy and ensures employees clearly communicate any additional charges moving forward.
