This location seems to have some problems with mornings. I drove into the drive at 7:28am, and there was no response after a few minutes. I pulled up to the window in case the drive thru wasn't working, and the building was empty. Every sign indicated that they open at 7am. I didn't have time to go anywhere else, and ended up having to go to work with no breakfast. Not the end of the world, but I think maybe they need to hire a few more people so that they can open when they're supposed to. Otherwise, when they are open, the smoothies are great. read more

This movie was great, the attitude of the employee was not. As I am a young millennial myself, I feel that I am understanding, and try to avoid making a Karen scene. I placed an order on the app right when the store open, it took me 20 minutes to drive up there to pick it up, as I understand, she was the only employee in the store. An order was not ready, no issue at all. When I walked in, she rudely asked me Are you here for the online order, I replied, yes. She then very quickly slop the products together, put it in the blender and press start after pressing start. She proceeded to tell me something that I could not understand, or make word of what she said. As the blender was on, I said, I'm sorry I cannot hear you, so she spoke three times as loud over the blender and a very high pitch volume and told me what she had said in a very angry tone , a loud tone. You would think for these salary wage jobs and young kids getting paid up to $20 an hour to start. They would at least treat you nice, as a new resident to the area I will not be back, I hope no one else waste their time or money here . read more

The ingredients are never mixed up properly and it seems as if your drinking water rather than a perfectly blended smoothie. The most disrespectful service I've ever had in my entire life. Worker taking the order was really rude and told me to pull up to the window in a very disrespectful tone, and when I got to the window he snatched the money out of my hand aggressively. When I left I called the store and the lady seemed not to care at all and was talking to me as if I where stupid, asking if I had anything else to tell her in a sarcastic tone, and did not do anything about it. This location has many problems. We ordered a smoothie online because were on a time crunch to get to our kids sporting event. Website says will be ready by 12:16. We get there around that time and pull up to the online pickup spot and there is a sign that says lobby is closed online pickup go through drive through. Look, we know the drive through is terribly slow here ALwAYS that's why we order online! So now we have to go through the drive through which takes 2O minutes!!! ...and guess what?! The smoothies are not even made yet. (Online order 12pm, online pickup scheduled time, 12:17, actual ready time 12:40) That is absolutely ridiculous. Even if the lobby is not open there needs to be the option for online order to come to the door and pickup. It takes absolutely no extra work to offer that. The end. read more

I came here because i was heading out to the outlet that is behind here. I left early from home and was hungry and decided to get me a Daily Warrior without almonds. Overall since this is a new place i know they have some kinks to work out. I have a milk allergy. However, I've come to this location for the last year and have been able to order smoothie king with almost no issues. I always order the same and request a vegan substitute and anything with milk derived products be left out or substituted. Otherwise, I end up with a terrible stomachache for days. Most recently, when I go through the drive thru there is one particular person taking orders that always has an issue with substitutions. So much so, they make it difficult for me to order by their tone of voice. I even changed my orders over the last several times to order the hydration smoothies because they had no protein/milk that we could see on the menu. Today, I finally decided to order the metabolism boost ginger mango vegan again. It was a disaster. First, this same person who always deters the order complained "it probably wouldn't taste that good". Isn't that for the customer to decide? The veggies and fruit will be the same. Besides which, usually other people taking orders are happy to substitute and I've had it vegan in the past. Additionally, he made the wrong metabolism boost, creating the strawberry pineapple instead. When I questioned why the drink was pink instead of green, he claimed I ordered the strawberry one and his body language, facial expression and tone of voice was disgruntled. He said nothing, let the door shut, while my carload set there in wonder. A female worker then presented the drink and when we asked if it was vegan, she wasn't sure. He then came to the window and said he made it, but didn't specify if it was vegan or not. We ended up throwing away my smoothie, the first one made for me, and my husband threw away his for good measure. If someone has a terrible attitude and doesn't seem to like his job, it's hard to trust the food. ‍ We usually drop about $40 a week here, but after this many difficulties, it's hard to say we will ever be back. Another time went and added enhancements to my smoothie took a sip and did not taste them at all.
