This is my go-to Smoothie King. Always on time and made perfectly. Any of the bowls are fire, especially PB Swizzle.

Honestly this location should be SHUT DOWN and quick. The service is non existent, if not the exact opposite of service. Immediately upon arrival Employee #1: were cash only right right Me: *looking at the credits card machine aglow and seemingly in perfectly working order* Employee #2: *headphones on having full ass conversation , stopped to turn and look at me* I open my wallet; find a 20... order... then , employee #1 : "oh wait it works" I pay in cash, but two other people walk in and the same two employees immediately tell them they're only accepting cash. Honestly , whatever fuckery is happening there is CRAZY. It's too damn hot to be messing with people out here in the streets There are countless reviews saying the same thing about this location . if I could rate this place a zero, I would 1000%. Don't even waste your time even driving to this store because you will not get served. I've been at this store twice in the last 2 weeks and both times the "workers" said the store is closed to me and another customer and then proceeded to laugh at us. I showed up 3 hours before close both times (All the lights were on and the open side was in the window. One worker was sitting on the counter and the other two were lying down on the couch. Placed a mobile order and pulled up at 6:30pm when the store says it's open until 8pm. One employee was outside smoking when we pulled up. He ran inside and turned off the lights. While we knocked on the door him and a woman ignored us. Multiple other customer walked up to the door and the ignored us while they continued to clean up. One of my favorite locations to visit since they're more convenient than others. I always get The Daily Warrior and add peanut butter x2. It always helps to have the app so that you can accumulate rewards and/or apply discounts. It also helps to have the app whenever you come on Friday's when you can upsize your smoothie for free. The employees don't have a problem accommodating your shake to meet your needs whether you like it thick or more flavorful. The service was fast and efficient especially with the amount of online orders coming in. This location is clean and well lit but can feel a bit cramped during lunch hours. They also do not have public restrooms so be prepared if you have a long wait time. read more

Ambiance: The location here is so convenient and in a walkable area for those living in the more residential side of the Central West End or in the Cortex area. It's a quick bike ride or walking trip for nurses and medical students as well. When we notified her we want to place an order and we were angry she eventually opened the door and her excuse was the manger does not want customers in and out of the store. I sent my son up to Smoothie King to get me and his aunt a smoothie. After putting in his order for curbside delivery, he called in to have it delivered to the car. The young lady said okay, but 12mins later no one came out to the truck. So, he called back in and got someone else, and she agreed to bring them out but told him that they don't do curbside at that location...... If thats the case, tell the owner to take it off the app or remove it all together. My son had a ankle injury to his left ankle, and it was hard for him to walk, so he took advantage of the service. But here's the kicker, he was ready to give the lady a $5 tip the first time, but since it never came and he had to call back into the place, the other lady was not rude but basically was like we don't honor that service at this location and next you will need to come in. Its his fault they lost a tip and he always tips curbside because they don't have too and he feels its a blessing to receive it.
