My technician (didn't get her name sorry) was so meticulous and patient. Now I don't really have to wear lots of eyeshadow because my eyes look more feminine and noticeable. I can't wait to get refills. I think refills are $80. If you get a new set second time, it goes up to $110. But it's still reasonable because other places go for $140. I was pretty nervous to try it out; I feel like so much can go wrong with lashes, and I had gotten a lift three years ago at a totally different place that was so overly curly it made my lashes look like half their length. The place was neat and the lash process was fine, relaxing as usual. Staff was accommodating. However, in comparison with other lash places, I'll give 2 stars for the following reasons: 1. the lash glue burned my eyes. the next day, I was unable to wear contacts and have physical red areas in my eye from the glue. 2. the next day, my lashes began to fall out despite having diligently kept them away from any moisture, which is never a good sign. Usually my lashes don't begin to fall out for at least the first week. 3. the price, I usually go so Secret Eyelash, which charges half the price of what I paid here for lashes that last wayyy longer. I've also never gotten burned there (my poor eyeballs!) Glad I tried a new lash place but I'm not sure I'll be coming back. Not worth the chemical burns in my eyes. read more

After I paid I wanted my lashes to be more dramatic and sort of alluded this to the woman checking me out. She then offered to add more 12 more lashes to each eye (different from the rest) and it made all the difference. Even better was that it was free of charge and will continue to be each time I go back. They also lasted about 6 weeks for me and I was still getting compliments on them after a month! read more

I called in the same day before I get in to the store. I was asking can I get 2:30 for a refill, and the lady pick up the phone by lazy noice and refuse me, said the time I want is not available. I was strange because I saw like 5 workers for eyelashes. She told me if I can have a later time. I said if it possible, then I can have Hanna to do it again for me. She said Hanna is not available, I can either get in early or later. But I need to spend an hour for transaction to get there, so 2:30 is the best for me. And the lady finally adjusted the time I want. When I got to the store, they were not busy as last week, and Hanna was able to help me for refill. But the front desk was rude and mess up!!! She's with a purple ponytail(not sure if the same one pick up the phone) It was my first time seeing her, and she keep asking me for name instead of phone, cuz I was afraid she will mess me up with other customers. After I finished refill, I got told I need to pay for refill( cuz I mostly did in private studio, and they provide free refill in a week). I said it just a week, she keep saying twice that I had done for 10 days. After she realize it's her mistake, she did not apologize just tell me the price. I don't have a good experience with this front desk!!! Ban attitude and no more recommend! read more

This place is by far better than any location or lash technician you can find in NYC. I've been coming here for about a year and never been disappointed. I know a lot of people come here for a natural lash look but I get the thickest lash,16(length) and d curl and they look AMAZING!! So they do offer more noticeable lashes like the ones you see on instagram as well as natural. I'm moving to Brooklyn but I will keep making the commute every 3 weeks, it's totally worth it. really unhappy with my results. i asked for a sexy cat eye look (to match my old lashes). i got the walk-in discount of 100 mink lashes. came out to $109. it took an hour and a half and i expected them to look voluminous and full and sexy and instead they look like my regular lashes and very thin. i usually get 70 and the discount only applied to 100, so i thought they'd look a lot fuller? i didn't get them wet or anything and slept on my back and the next day lots of them were already falling out. i'm giving 2 stars because the staff was really friendly, but my old lash place was way cheaper and did the exact style i asked for, this one was just closer to work. sad. read more
