I pointed this out to the waitress and she said "yes, I saw that when I brought it out." Why she didn't do something in the kitchen was beyond me. It was too big for me to finish at dinner after having the best tostones I think I've ever had at a restaurant. The tostones were perfectly crunchy on the outside and served over a pad of guacamole. The only thing i didn't like about the food were the flour tortillas, which i mostly didn't eat. I react to xanthan gum and guar gum and hence aware when foods contain them. These tortillas were too stretchy to not have one of these additives. But it's hard to get flour tortillas these days without it. (They do exist!) We will definitely be back. I hope they figure out the serving staff situation soon. I would be perfectly happy eating there if we had to order at the counter.
