This is my favorite restaurant. I go there pretty much every weekend and the food is amazing and super cheap. Highly recommend the custom pizza. The employees are so nice so don't hesitate to ask for more or less of things on your pizza if you want! They also have salads which are almost as amazing as the pizza. It was delicious. Good proportion of toppings to crust. The jalapeños gave it heat. I'd definitely order this pizza again. It's thin crust. There is a parking lot shared with Hope's Cookies as well as street parking. The size of the pizza is sufficient for splitting unless you're really hungry. I've been to this location and other SNAP Custom Pizzas pre-COVID-19 but this was my first time back at this location after COVID-19. They had a few tables outside under large umbrellas for socially distant outdoor seating and had a few more tables indoors that were socially distant. I was the only customer in the restaurant so I walked right up to the counter to order The Farmer's Market Pizza to go. All of the employees from the man making my pizza, to the cashier and the man finishing up placing the fresh toppings on my pizza before boxing it for me were all very friendly and polite. The Farmer's Market Pizza featured Roasted Garlic, House Made Fresh Mozzarella, Local Mushrooms, House Roasted Peppers, Baby Arugula, Grape Tomatoes, Whole Milk Ricotta, and Lemon Oil. When my pizza was finished baking a couple of minutes later, it was placed in a to go box and sent home with me piping hot. When I got home a few minutes later, the pizza was still quite hot and did not require reheating. The pizza was absolutely delicious with super fresh toppings and just the perfect amount of mozzarella, ricotta and lemon oil. I wish the pizza would have baked for another 30-60 seconds so the mozzarella cheese was completely melted, but I'm splitting hairs on a pizza that was refreshing and much different (and way better) than the local and national chain pizza shops. I've been a repeat customer since Snap Custom Pizza moved into this location several years ago and I'll keep coming back for their delicious, fresh and creative pizzas. read more

Real confused by the high rating because this place is not good. Pizzas are boring and crust is awful. No taste or flavor in the crust. Some pizzas are sliced. Some are not. No consistently. I am a pretty big fan of the Snap Custom Pizza in Ardmore so I was excited to check out their new Bryn Mawr location. I came in and was welcomed by the sight of iPads, which you would order off of. While I didn't have a problem with the ordering process, it seemed odd they would only have one iPad. If the restaurant was crowded it seems like it would take forever to order. Once I completed my order, two receipts printed out, one of which I would give to the cashier. I ordered a cheese pizza that was personal pie sized and a fountain drink. The variety of fountain drinks here are great. They have sodas with flavors including mango, watermelon and traditional lemonade! After paying the cashier, she informed me that it would take only 2 minutes for my pie to be made. However, they ended up burning my pizza and it took 10 minutes for my pizza to be made. Due to my inconvenience, a man who appeared to be the manager ended up giving me a coupon for a free pizza, which was nice. When it comes to the pizza, it was really good! It came out fresh and hot. The crust was crunchy and the cheese was flavorful! The staff including the manager and one of the chefs checked up on me multiple times to make sure everything was going well. Unfortunately, the entire time I was eating I was hot as the Air Conditioner seemed to be broken. Altogether, I had a nice meal and I will return! read more

We decided to get lunch here with some friends from church because we had been to the location in Conshohocken and had a really good experience there. Although the food is all the same, the staff here don't seem to be as organized, which took away from the experience. On my end, I had ordered a custom pizza, which was mostly fine because I was watching them add the ingredients. However, I ordered truffle oil as my finishing touch but got ricotta cheese instead. I don't know how that mix-up happened. It wasn't too big of a deal, so I just ate it anyway, but that was strange. My wife has a gluten sensitivity and noticed that the staff weren't very careful about preventing cross-contamination. Overall, the food is still good, and it's kind of cool that they share a space with Hope's Cookies, but the service wasn't the best. read more

Came here for dinner on a Wednesday night and they had free Cabernets after 5pm. Not huge red wine person but it was a nice treat with my pizza. Service was very fast and the cashier was almost overbearingly polite. Place is clean and nice interior. Quiet place. Great place for families as well. There is a place called Hope Cookies with great ice cream flavors and cookie varieties. The farmers pizza and the Mexique pizza were both specialty pizzas which were both $7.99. Custom pizzas were $9.99. We decided to try their specialties for tonight. Mexique was on the heavier side because of the chicken and the BBQ sauce. The Farmers pizza had a nice zesty taste to it because of the lemon drizzle on the pizza. Both were great tasting! Price is cheap. Friendly environment. Portion size is perfect. read more

We ordered a pandemic pizza and it was ready for pickup upon arrival. There was great outdoor seating which is ideal during a pandemic. They had about 10 four-tops with covered umbrellas. We were lucky and no one was eating there so we got to eat completely alone which is great for my covid anxieties. They were having a special pizza, the Buffalo pizza, and I used that white sauce to make my own custom pizza with all my favorite toppings. It was actually yummy enough that time to time I think about it and want to go back! But we don't have any super close to our home. So it'll just have to wait. I won't explain the concept, since others have already covered it, but i will say that I really, really like it. This is good pizza with good toppings. It's fast and very reasonably priced. It's easy to go overboard and make a pizza with way too many toppings (too much cheese in particular), but that is hardly their fault. What really brings it home is the service. The employees at this location and the Ardmore location were fantastic. They are warm, welcoming, and seem to really want to create a meal that you'll enjoy. I'm pretty impressed by how the management deals with less than stellar reviews on yelp, too. I only have one minor, minor complaint: Caramelized onions are awesome, but caramelized RED onions are a little weird. read more

Since Peace-a-pizza re-branded as Snap, I've been trying to find the new best place to find a slice with no luck. I love being able to get a variety of slices with a nice crust for my meal. With Snap, you don't get that variety of slices, you get a personal pizza with a variety of toppings, but then it's all the same bite. An A-ok bite, or an amazing bite if you are a fan of thinner crust pizza. I decided to give the Bryn Mawr location a shot, since it's the location I've spent the most time at when it was Peace-a-pizza. I even just cleaned out my car and found enough punch cards to have gotten three slices of pizza from there. I'm horrible with those rewards. Arriving at this location during the summer, there were more people standing around. This location was using a tablet to take orders and it took significantly longer than Ardmore. The pizza was similar to Ardmore's, but it just took longer to get. This review was probably about six months ago and I ate there six months before that in Ardmore. Twice in about a year just doesn't do it for me. Like I said, if you like thin crust pizza and this new trend of whatever toppings you want, then Snap is for you. Fortunately, as I write my backlogs of reviews, I found a pizza place that compares to what Peace-a-Pizza used to be. The first slice I had made me sad and I thought about how Peace was the best. The second slice was so delicious though and finally may be my new go to spot. Sadly, Snap is so much closer and that's just not even in the conversation... No hard feelings though. I am really loving Snap's pizza! Today was my first visit to the Bryn Mawr location - it's definitely busier than the store in Ardmore but the pizza was just as good. I picked up two pizzas - some for lunch and some to take home to the family for dinner. I got a BYO - Garlic sauce, roasted artichokes and Brussels sprouts, caramelized onions, fresh mozzarella, arugula and lemon oil - absolutely fabulous! Snap is connected to Hope's Cookies. It is often frequented with a lot of students from the nearby colleges within walking distance: Haverford, Bryn Mawr, and Villanova. It is a very family friendly atmosphere, and the workers are always very pleasant. I personally prefer MOD because of the greater selection of toppings and the slight difference in price; although, the location is very convenient and it is a great place to grab a quick bite with friends. read more

Pizza is prepared in a minute and then goes through a hot toaster over for another 2 minutes. While you pay you can have finishing touches like flavored oil, tomatoes and herbs added. And all this for 7.99$. This is not a fancy pizza but my foto place for my son and his kids friends. And we adults do BYOB! Next door is an ice cream and cookies shop for dessert. read more

Here is my unfiltered, honest opinion: 1) The quality of the pizza was excellent. The toppings were fresh and plentiful. Upon request, they even scrambled an egg and topped my pizza with it, prior to baking my pizza. Five solid stars for quality of food. I would give it six stars if I could. 2) Service: Excellent. I asked for my pizza "well done". It was well done to perfection. I asked for extra sauce in a small to-go cup. No problem, they did it. I wanted several toppings. They listened. Service was excellent. Extremely friendly, and helpful. Sometimes at places like this, the employees kind of roll their eyes as you fumble through the options. That was not the case here. I've had Snap elsewhere and left with a really good impression, but I do not care to come back here specifically. If I do, it'd be for Hope's gluten free cookies next door. In all fast casual pizzerias I've been to, requesting a gluten free crust is a universal signal that the diner wants to be GLUTEN FREE. I first checked to make sure they were using a different pan for my crust and they assured me that gluten free pans were distinguished from the regular crust pans. They didn't change gloves. There was never any mention that there was an option to have the pizza made "off the line" until the pizza was done, and it only came up after I called out the girl cutting the pizzas to use a different slicer (I was watching to see how she handled other supposedly gluten free pizzas). She basically blamed me for not requesting it to be made off line and threw in the disclaimer that they can't promise gluten free b/c blah blah blah I've heard it all before, just to cover herself (mind you, this is just after I saw her drop an empty pizza pan on the floor and throw it back onto the pile on the counter, just laughing at herself and in very blase attitude). BUT there are precautions they can take and offer to the customer willingly. They were all so haphazard with the assembly, orders, and finishings (toppings later and slicing) that I would not care to trust them out of my sight anyways. Everyone in our group had something wrong with the order. The space is also very small and shared with Hope's so large groups are not accommodated. It became pretty loud after a surge of customer's so that probably didn't help the ordering process. read more

Yep. I'm a pizza lover and Snap is dream come true! Fresh, fresh, fresh! I ordered the custom build your own pizza, so they let me add as many ingredients as I wanted! I started with the veal meatballs, added some nice healthy veggies - spinach, mushrooms, and just a few calamata olives, topped it off with fresh basil - delish! And very filling. There are several varieties of sauces and cheeses to choose from, but I'm very traditional when it comes to pizza, so of course I ordered the regular red pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. But if you're more adventurous, or just want a change of pace, the options are almost limitless. You can also mix things up if you wish ... Snap also has freshly made salads, but I doubt I'll ever get around to trying those. I'll go back again - for the pizza! BTW - great selection of fountain drinks, too! read more

Visited with a friend for what we thought would be a quick lunch. However, the place was overwhelmed with children, and while no pizza restaurant staff controls their client composition or quantity, they can and should attempt to efficiently interact with patrons. This Snap Pizza staff exerted no such efforts. Conversely, they directed the clear majority of their attention to a Main Line mom and her accompanying brats, who repeatedly returned to the counter with follow-up requests and who lingered at the cashier station for inordinate periods. The staff's unwillingness to inform that party of the need to address other customers created a line backup, a perception on the part of other customers that we were not valued, and a generally unpleasant and protracted experience. Furthermore, the location should modify its create-your-own pizza process whereby any additional sauce, seasoning, and related finishing touches are added by verbal request right before checkout without the requirement of initially indicating these minor items on a piece of paper that the customer then retains until checkout. This change would eliminate inevitable confusion and errors. In my case, the first staff member with whom I interacted asked me if I wanted any such finishing touches in the very beginning, to which I replied cilantro lime. Shortly after the pizza was heated and the next staff member placed it near the register for me to retrieve it, it did not contain my requested item, prompting me to ask for it again. The cashier politely inquired as to whether I had indicated that desire at the beginning of my order, to which I replied yes, but the second staff member who assembled the pizza glared at me while shaking his head and rolling his eyes as if this minor inconvenience was my responsibility. I then asked for parmesan as a finishing touch, and the assembling staff member, while continuing his death stare, sprinkled a comically minuscule amount of it on top of the pizza, as if this cheap and rude display would somehow teach me lesson or something of that nature. While the restaurant's excessive children and parents undeniably stressed out the staff, the staff's immature and impolite display combined with their fixation on one mother and her kids at the expense of other customers left others and I dissatisfied and dejected, particularly because we have previously seen this location and other Snap Pizzas operate with much greater professionalism and efficiency. Needless to say, that visit was certainly my final visit to any Snap Pizza, and I wish them good luck in the future - they will certainly need it. read more
