The food prices were listed on the menu, but the margaritas had NO prices listed. We each ordered a jumbo margarita, which seemed to be around 20 oz. When we finally got our bill, we found out they were about $18 EACH. Had the price been disclosed on the menu, we absolutely would not have ordered them. Two margaritas added roughly $36 to our dinner bill, and our total ended up around $85 for two people eating tacos/Tex-Mex. As for the food, my taco salad was huge and very good, so I have no complaint there. My friend's taco combo, however, was a very small portion--one little taco with rice and beans--and he ended up ordering another $6 taco because he was still hungry. We also waited quite a while to get our bill while there seemed to be an issue with a takeout order. My biggest complaint is the drink pricing. I don't mind a restaurant charging whatever price it chooses, but customers should be able to see the price BEFORE ordering. Finding out only when the bill arrives that two margaritas cost around $36 feels very misleading. Good taco salad, but the undisclosed drink prices left a terrible impression. Put the prices on the menu and let customers decide for themselves whether they want an $18 margarita.

Food: The food here is amazing. It's not flashy. It's not over the top, it's just simply amazing. It's the type of food that even though you've eaten until you're full, you keep eating because it just tastes soo good. Service: We have never had poor service here... ever. Our server (I don't know her name but she's always there), is super polite, very attentive, always goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. Ambiance: The place is not over the top fancy or flashy. It's a relatively small place with interesting decorations everywhere you look. But the moment you step inside you immediately smell all the fantastic food being cooked, it literally fills the air because it's literally 15 feet away. I believe the chef and server are the owners and they bust their butts to prepare delicious food. When I walk to the register to pay I always tell the server how awesome everything was and tonight I even had a chance to let the chef know everything was just perfect. The smiles and thank you's I get in return are sincere and I know they appreciate the compliments. I would drive past just about any other Mexican restaurant around here to get to this place any day of the week. ANY of them.

It looks really spicy, but it was actually pretty moderate. Beef was tender, shrimp was nice and taught! Chicken was buss. All in all, 7/10. The meal was fairly priced, and my finance and I had a nice evening. As you all painfully know, my lactose intolerance has really been an issue when going out to eat, but this place treated me well. Our server said it was one of her favorites including the zip sauce. So I ordered that with a side of rice. My son had the kids slider with fries and lemonade. The food came quickly enough and the steak bites really were something great. I tossed the accompanying mushrooms and onions with the rice and made quite a good meal for myself. Not usually a zip sauce fan, but this was truly delicious. My sons burger was good but a little unremarkable. The fries were fine. It was a really yummy meal for me. I was completely satisfied.
