Fun and local comedy club. Drinks are way overpriced and not good but we go for the show.

Stick with the sandwich part of menu they are decent the rest not very good. Drinks are way overpriced.

Went here tonight and had a really good time, especially with the main act, Greg Hahn. We went to the Friday 9:30pm show and had a drink in their small bar before the 7:30 show got out. The server was friendly while taking our order and serving it promptly. The bar is a small place, but it wasn't that busy for the later show so we were good to get a table. Upon entering the main stage area at 9:00, the host allowed us to sit anywhere we wanted. The seating set up allows for a good view from just about anywhere. Restrooms were in good shape. The host of the show needed some work with his jokes, as well as the three opening acts, but still made us laugh at times. The main act Greg Hahn was out of control in such a good way. He immediately starting yelling out lots of one liners, and it was hard to keep up, but man did we laugh. I was in tears at times with his material--so darn funny! The 9:30 show ended just after 11:00. Looking forward to going back here to see more funny shows! read more

I'd recommend this venue for the food and service but the Cleveland Moore show on May 3 was absolutely disgusting. The two comics(?) as the warmup acts and Cleveland Moore were devoid of anything amusing. Just degrading garbage posing as adult humor. We stayed through the first two thinking Moore would be better as the main attraction but he wasn't. We left 10 minutes after he started. I'd give the place 3 stars for the food and service. read more

My husband and I went on a Friday night. We had a great time. Dinner was good. The comedians were funny I would definitely recommend.

All in all Snappers is a nice place to have dinner and a show, especially if you're entertaining some friends! The food is not top notch of course, all entrees are served with rice which I'm pretty sure is Uncle Ben's and vegetables which I'm pretty sure is Green Giant frozen broccoli and cauliflower that they just heated up, but it's still reasonably tasty for the price and convenience of eating there. The service was really good throughout the show and the comedians were really funny! They had two openers and a headliner and the show lasted an hour and a half. Would go again. read more

Very disappointing. We were told about getting season tickets. Where you were able to choose any show you want to go to. When we went to make a reservation. They told us. It was a "special " show. Not included. In what we already paid. Awful way to do business. All the shows you want to see are " special " shows. But when purchasing Season Tickets. You are told you can "pick and choose" what shows you want to go to. Blatant lie. Bad Business practice. We will request our money back and never return! read more

My first and most likely my last visit to the venue was on the evening of 2-11-23. I was seated stage left only about 10' from the corner PA speaker. The MC and warm up act were entertainingly worth a repeat, but when the main attraction took the stage, Mark Viera, things went down hill for me. He was driving the PA system to it's fullest and had a bad habit of screaming when delivering the punch lines. I believe I was seated at table 65 and when looking around the tables near me, I sensed they were experiencing a similar discomfort at the extreme volume. It was a real shame because my companion expressed pleasure as to the great improvement in the appearance of the main floor and restrooms from her last visit. Wonderful night of comedy at Snappers Laugh In Comedy Club! As always Bobby Collins put on a first class show of non-stop laughter! What I found different was everything. This was the first time we have been since the new owners took over last March. What a wonderful surprise to find a completely remodeled interior. Great service from our server, Autumn. A delicious new menu. A manager, Paul, who was very attentive to the customers. A host Brian Jameson and featured comedian Jake Klark who were also hilarious. After our last visit we decided we wouldn't go back. Previously the place was totally disorganized, the food and service were spotty and the host and feature act were the same every performance, using the same bits every time. The new owners have a strict limit on how often acts can rotate onto their stage. If you haven't been in awhile I highly recommend going back and enjoying a wonderful night of fun without driving an hour away! Enjoy! read more

Don't go there for the food. We ordered Fish and Chips and it was awful. The fish was way over fried, so much so that the ends were curling up. It was hard to find any fish under all of that practically burned breading. Our waiter was ok, however failed to check on us once the show started. The comedy was'nt good enough to make us want to return to this place. read more

I would definitely recommend this place to Other people if you're looking to get out of the house and get some serious laughs. It's a smallish venue. Can exceed capacity quickly, especially when a better known celeb is in town. Depending on where you sit (you're apt to be sharing a VFW table with others), there is minimal space for walking, and the tables aren't really set up for turning your chair and looking at the person you've paid to see (I learned this the hard way). Everything seemed reasonable however - the different food they offer. I'd probably go again, just to get better acquainted with it. Came here on a Friday night, packed house. Ordered a MiAmi vice which was good but I've had better. There was only one comedian didn't expect that, usually comedy shows I go to have more than 1 so it was a change. The guy was funny here and there, kept the crowd laughing. Really wanted to like the place. We went to the 9:30 show on Friday. The comedians were actually funny but the clientele was horrible. The crowd was super small-think 17 people-and audience members felt it appropriate to yell things at the comedians. Who does that? At one point, some loser from Tennessee stood up and demanded that the headliner apologize to a woman at his table for insulting her. It was super awkward and uncomfortable and totally ruined the show. The comedians already had a hard enough job without dealing with hostile and moronic patrons. At a legit club, jerks that like would be thrown out. They were allowed to stay and everyone else was fed up. read more

Show is decent but pretty deceptive tactics to get customers. I got a call earlier in the week from someone there wanting to wish me a belated happy bday and to offer me some free tickets. I agreed to take 2 for last night (Friday, July 26, 2019). I arrived with my date and checked in at the host stand where they promptly informed me of my balance due of 38.50. Surprised, I pulled out my card and handed it over, not exactly wanting to start questioning it in front of my date, and figuring I would deal with it the following day, which is today. I called today and explained what happened and was told I never should have paid, but now that I had, there was no way to refund my money. She offered me more "free" tickets but not going to fall for that again. Very shady and not what good customer service is these days. Beware if they ever claim you've won free tickets, it may not be true. read more

Great place! New owners have spent a year or so upgrading the facility. Major changes include walking off the bar area to keep noise down from bar noise. New menu with food way beyond what you would expect. We had dinner which was super. This is destined to be one of the top comedy clubs in the state. They have begun booking acts you know from Comedy Central, sitcoms and late night talk shows. They also book only the top touring comedians. read more

The Happy Hour drinks were only $3 and our waitress kept them coming. She was filling in for someone but she was great. Always there when we needed her. The buffet was nothing to brag about....fruit, salad and some rice/meat dish and we were told they were eliminating it and having half price appetizers. Seems to be a better idea. When we were allowed into the Comedy Club we ordered more drinks while waiting for the show to begin. They were only a few dollars more than the Happy Hour price. We ordered some onion rings, jalapeno hoppers and some nachos. All were ok and typically bar menu type variety. The first comedian was just ok. Not a lot of laughs from the audience. At least not continuous. A little worried at this point but then the main event came to stage and he rocked the house. He was not filthy dirty or used the f bomb continuously and as I looked around our table of friends they all seemed to be continuously laughing. He worked the audience well. He told us escapades with his friends and commented on some issues going on in the world. Very professional. Very entertaining. We talked about him on the ride home and had some more laughs. After the show you exit through the bar area and you could stay and dance the night away if you wanted. All in all a fun evening and an unique place to hang out at Ft Myers. The place was crowded and it looked like most people left satisfied. I would definitely go again. read more

Our first time at a comedy club in Fort Myers. We saw David Scott, and he was absolutely hilarious. I haven't laughed so much in a long time. It was a good amount of time for a performance (not too long and not too short). We ordered a side of onion rings and French fries and they were very good. The only negative was the alcohol. I ordered a Grey Goose Gimlet, which I have ordered many, many...many times. They must have thought I said I wanted a shot of Grey Goose Gimlet, because it was the smallest drink I have ever seen. The price sure didn't reflect the size though. Typically I would complain, but I was with friends and came for the show, not the drink. we will go back, but will get liquored up beforehand. read more

What a terrible place! Went tonight to see Lenny Clark. Paid close to $70 for our two tickets. This comedian cancelled, but nobody bothered to let us know. After the show I asked for a refund. Manager Jamie was one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with in my life. He has absolutely no social skills or customer service skills. He was so mean & completely talked down to me, as if this was my fault. Have very little hope of getting any further help or my refund. What a pathetic establishment. read more
