He wasn't a fan of the lamb mix, but that is to be expected as he didn't grow up with it and hasn't learned to acquire a taste for it. Staff are really friendly here. Food comes out quickly and remains hot on the way home.

I was hesitant in the beginning to try this place and I am so glad I did. Right when I arrived, the manager (or owner, I'm not sure) opened the door and greeted us. It was so hard to choose want I wanted because all the choices sounded so delicious. I ended up getting a Santa Fe chicken snap wrap. I really enjoyed it and it was delicious. I didn't believe the comments saying that the root beer was so amazing, I expected regular root beer. I tried it and it really tasted amazing! Seriously I recommend this place to anyone who likes wraps or salads, their prices were not a problem for me. read more

I have been to 3-5 star resturants that have better salads with a much lower price. I was shocked at the checkout when she told me $15 for a salad. I said to her are you kidding me, answer was well the chicken that you added was 2 more $'s. I told her that it is just a salad. I also told the manager that was standing beside her that i would not be back with those prices. They need to fix a few things before I go back. Love the menu salads like the grilled avocado, and special bam bam! Don't like the price of the grilled avocado once you add chicken but I keep going back anyway. (Maybe Ray will do something about that!) The half salad is huge and filling enough for my husband too. The line gets long at lunch but it seems to keep moving. I've learned to call ahead on to go orders to avoid the line. It's great to have an organic salad place near my home and office with a unique variety of fresh dressings. read more

We ended up being charged $3.24 for a drink simply because we wanted ice. What made this especially frustrating is that I have been to Sky Rocket Burgers many times and have never previously been told that I could not purchase a cup of ice or that I had to buy a drink in order to get ice. A simple explanation of the store's policy--or even a courteous offer of a cup of ice--would have made a big difference. I left feeling that I was treated differently than I had been on my previous visits, and the interaction was uncomfortable and disappointing. I hope management will look into what happened and clarify the policy regarding customers requesting a cup of ice. I am sharing this review because I have been a regular customer and believe good customer service and consistent treatment of customers are important.
