I ordered the prime rib sandwich that is supposed to come with caramelized onions. The onions I got were raw. The sandwich was a lot of bread and barely any meat inside. The meat I did get was nothing but chunks of chewy fat. Only a few bites of actual meat. I would never order it again. I remember coming here in the past and the sandwiches were loaded with goodies. I thought I was walking into my new favorite sandwich shop. My first time visit.. until I got my sandwich. The avocado was so hard. I could barely chew it. It wasn't ripe at all. Great clean atmosphere when we walked in. Little busy not too bad. Not really much of a line. Girlfriend and I out running errands on a Saturday, her daughter wanted to meet for lunch at PotBelly's , she really likes the Mac & Cheese, my lady enjoyed a BLTA & I enjoyed the Italian. Some chips were enjoyed with some cold drinks. Too hungry this visit to take pictures, by the time we realized that. It was too late . Fresh hot food, may have not put enough oil and seasoning on one of the sandwiches, but all good. If it's lunch time or you're out running errands. Stop by and enjoy. read more

I have loved potbelly for years! This location is a bit difficult to get too and the parking is not great. I wouldn't have called the staff behind the counter very friendly and they seemed overwhelmed. I ordered the bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado with oil and Italian seasoning on skinny white bread. I got everything but the oil in the seasoning which was a little disappointing. Overall, a very good sandwich just wish the staff had been a little bit more pleasant. read more

I placed my order online before I left work. I got to Potbelly and it wasn't ready until 16 minutes after the promised time. The whole point of ordering online is to eliminate wait time. I would have received my food faster ordering in the restaurant. Wasted my whole lunchbreak. And I noticed I didn't get a "How did we do?" survey email afterward. This place was meh, average and decent. It's your basic sandwich and not a lot of flavor (shrug). I honestly would pick subway over this place. The only difference is they have soup and maybe their drink selection, but lacking in flavor. We were a bit confused about their menu and how the sandwiches were made. It didn't seem like it was a lot of options to customize. We did asked the cashier/ or person taking our order and i felt like he could've explained it more. It seems like a basic sandwich spot with better decor and sitting. We went around 1ish so the crowd wasn't too bad and noise level was about average. Rude employees, with no customer service. Just a bad attitude. My sandwich was extremely salty and I didn't even ask for salt which is odd. Bread was burnt, it cut the roof of my mouth. I have no interest coming back, first and last time. Not worth it for the money you pay. read more

I stopped by Potbelly's for lunch yesterday and ordered the "pair". I chose the chicken club and powerhouse salad. The portions are huge!!! You could legit save the sandwich for dinner and just have the salad for lunch. What I loved most about the sandwich is the smoked bacon it was so yummy. The salad was fresh and the spicy hummus added a savory kick. The staff was friendly and patient as I asked questions because I'm not familiar with the franchise. We enjoyed our lunch outside as the weather was perfect. The restaurant was clean both inside and out. This just may be my new sandwich shop :) read more

Went in to buy cookies. Cookies are great the customer service is terrible. I felt invisible standing at the register waiting to pay. Two different customers were waited on while I stood there. This place does get busy during lunch time I guess because there is a lot of business next door. You get to also compete with Starbucks crowd which parking gets really crowded that I parked on the other side of the shop. I ordered the BLTA, the original which is an 8 inch sandwich for under $9. They have a lot of workers which is great. In order to speed up the process, they write your order on the bag however, I wish I knew what kind of toppings they had. The sandwich was very good, but had a more pepper than I choose. Other than that it was really good. read more

I really enjoy the meatball sub sandwich here. Another favorite is the cookies and cream milkshake. I would probably come here more often but the parking is so tight. There aren't enough parking spots. I usually have to walk from the hotel parking lot next door. I just called bc I was sent the wrong order that had things I was allergic to on them through door dash, the lady on the phone told me it was nothing she can do after telling me they don't check what the dashers pick up, they don't verify anything, they just let them pick them up however, so basically I would have died today. 1st time trying Potbelly and now I'm hooked. Avo Turkey with bacon is delicious! My son loves the chicken with cheese.

Food is fine, staff is unhelpful and lack basic hospitality. Entered a nearly empty restaurant at around 7pm with ~5 workers behind the counter. No greeting, no "Can I help you with anything?" or "What can I get for you?". Just blank, fish-eyed stares and a speak-when-spoken-to attitude. While trying to order we were redirected 4 different times to different unoccupied staff members (twice to the same person), and only after becoming visibility exasperated after the 4th time did a worker suddenly become super chipper and show interest in helping us make our order--which was only more irritating. I would have left and gone to the McDs across the street if it wasn't for my long-suffering companion who insisted on staying. read more

She. needs to pay more attention to the customers and less attention to her coworkers that she was chatting with since I don't live anywhere near here I had to wait until I was passing through here again to get my refund which took a couple days later because I don't live anywhere near here. What a huge inconvenience, but at least the Mandren refunded my full ticket which just also included some chips and that was it. When you get come here and your short like me make sure you check your sandwich before you leave because these people put the bar so high you can't see what they're doing that's one of things I love about subway I could see what they're doing and stop them before they screw up my sandwich. read more

Potbelly is easily one of my favorite sandwich shops. I'm not really sure why I don't come here more often. Went here to meet up some friends for lunch and while the parking lot is a bit cramped, inside is very spacious. We came in and the service was quick. Only took us a couple of minutes to get our sandwiches and sit down. My favorite sandwich here is the wreck and I like to add everything including their delicious hot peppers. You could put that on everything and it would make it taste good. The wreck comes with an assortment of Italian deli meats along with lettuce, mayo, tomato, pickle, and oil. I also really like their bread which is nice and crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. They also had live music when we went...although we didn't realize it was a person until we looked up to the second floor. We just thought they had wicked speakers haha. All in all, the experience when I come to potbelly from start to finish is great. They never disappoint. read more

Potbelly is one of my favorite default lunch spots. The sandwiches are awesome, and they always have that special something that makes them so much better than the average sandwich. Is it the fact that they're toasted just right? The quality of the meat? The meat-to-topping ratio? Or perhaps the way they're perfectly put together and cut down the middle? I have no idea, and I'm cool with that. The awesomeness of Potbelly's sandwiches is a mystery I'm actually willing to live with. My all-time favorite is the ham on white with mayo, lettuce, onion and tomato. Okay, so the tomatoes are crappy sometimes. But one of the best things about this particular Potbelly location is its employees. Except for a few random ones that come and go, most of the girls that have worked here for a while always manage to brighten my day. Everyone just acts so happy and natural, it's contagious! First, as a business serving consumers, you should welcome in all paying customers based on the laws in this state. This Potbelly still has a mask requirement when Texas removed this requirement. Competitors have all welcomed me in and have no sign on their door. I think this is very poor on Potbelly's part - typical hypocrisy - they require a mask to go inside , yet when you are eating at a table you can have it off. Does being at a table versus standing at the register of an empty restaurant honestly impact whether I need a mask or not? So stupid - just provide the option or lose business! Secondarily, this location used to be in good repair and clean. Every time I've been in, it's freezing cold & the inside doesn't look clean - just feels run down now. Lastly, the turkey tastes very low quality - has a weird texture and consistency. No thanks! read more

I like the Potbelly. Close to the hotel I was staying at, hearty food, excellent hot peppers. Good for a quick meal when you just want to scarf down some food and relax. About a dozen different sammiches to choose from, along with a few soups. They also have a nice selection of soft drinks (IBC root beer, etc). I like the fact that they put a cookie on the straw when you order a milkshake. And if you order an Oreo (tm) milkshake, they put a mini-Oreo there! Yay! The sandwich I ordered was the mediterranean with chicken, roasted peppers and Italian seasoning on multigrain bread. The correct instructions were clearly labeled and printed on all the receipts and stickers on the sandwiches but still they were made wrong. Wrong bread, wrong veggies, wrong instructions. They also left out the order of cookies, even though they were paid for, because they ran out. No mention of it until we went back into the store asking about them. Better than Subway. Please don't go to Subway. Ever. This is probably my 5th or 6th Potbelly location to visit and the experience was alright. I enjoy the Potbelly taste. 5/5 on food as always. The main thing was that the staff was really reserved and soft-spoken. Quiet, which made waiting kinda awkward. They weren't rude or unfriendly, just quiet. There was a homeless lady in line in front of me waiting on a water cup. She got her cup and sat down. Couple minutes later, the main guy who was making a sandwich called her up to the counter and handed her a freshly made sandwich. IDK if there was someone who decided to pay for them to make a sandwich, or the employee just decided to whip one up. But that was amazing to see. It made me smile. read more
