Unfortunately, the food was all around pretty underwhelming. The fries and onions rings were a little bit soggy and they were bland. The veggie burger was just weird. I don't know if they make their own patties, but they were just odd and not particularity tasty. Their veggie burger would honestly be instantly improved if they just started using frozen Morningstar Farms black bean patties instead of whatever is in their current ones. I found Snarfburger in Boulder this summer and have been happy with this new location in Denver. Bottom line is that you are going to a nice juicy,messy burger for a great price. The 2 cheeses that are on the Snarfburger give a nice smooth cheesey taste that mesh with the burger patties. Binus tip! I enjoyed the burgers here but on my last visit I was disappointed to watch the cashier handle credit cards, adjust his misfitted mask then handle food all with same pair of gloves. Please have your cashiers change their gloves between handling food and touching credit cards/their mask. Ironically there is a large sign instructing patrons how to properly wear a mask. However, the cashier was guilty of being a "sniffer". Good burgers but poor food handling. A payment system that does not require the cashier to handle credit cards, changing gloves between tasks and a proper fitting mask is an easy fix. read more

Fries were crispy and they have a hot sauce station with habanero, Serrano and sriracha sauces which I appreciated. Got the strawberry shake which was good too. My favorite burger in Denver. The patties are nice and thin that always have a good crust on them, cheese gets gooey and melted, toppings are fresh, and the bun is fluffy goodness. Oh my goodness, just ate here for the first time and had to share with the world how good it was! I ordered a classic Snarfburger with a side of frings (fries and onion rings). The flavor was amazing and fresh, as everything is made to order. Don't expect McDonald's speed because of this but the wait is worth it I promise! The flavor was great, loved the hot sauce and cheese on the classic Snarfburger. Really cannot believe the value of the burger for just $4! The fries were really good and crispy too. My husband ordered one of the specialty burgers, the Hatch burger, and it looked amazing - it had a huge slice of green chile covering the burger! Food was quite good, I had a double cheeseburger. French fries season correctly and a delicious cheeseburger and the cheese was melted and this time it was on the burger not all over the wrapper! The sign says open at 11 AM I guess the staff inside don't know how to tell time. They were all in there but did not open the doors until after 11am. They look dazed and confused and every time they walk by front door at 11o'clock nobody looked up nobody and no one acknowledge that there were people at the front door. Eventually the young kid came around and said what do you want. He took my order and said we call your name. I went outside and sat at the stationary seats and waited for my meal. Well, this used to be my favorite place but when I called in several times to place a pick up order no one answered. I assumed they were very busy so I drove down to order in person. When I arrive trap music is blasting while phones ring off the hook. Then, when I finish ordering (yelling and repeating myself over the music) an employee who was about to make my food began coughing on his hands before putting gloves on without washing them, then proceeded to spit a giant loogie in the trash can before making it. As a career line cook I hate what it has done to the restaurant industry and I don't even want to use this stupid app. But I've wrote and deleted this review a dozen times and decided it's important for the managers and owners to know what's happening at their establishment. The staff is amazing. Great customer service. the make line and flat top looked clean as hell. the food, can't be fucked with. It's a product done correctly and with speed. This will only make sense to the people who rep the 802 and know what a creemee is but after a bite of my burger and a taste of their frozen custard a legit single tear fell down my face because I was transported back to AL's French frys after an expos game with my dad. Very delicious! Both my burger and my fries were excellent, will definitely come back and it met my expectations based on how good Snarfs subs are! However, it would be a 5 star if service wasn't so lacking. Burgers took a while (10-15 min wait at a burger stand?) and they messed up both mine and my partner's orders.
