We had the Prix Fixe dinner menu, which consisted of French onion soup, salmon, and bread pudding. Overall, French onion soup was small but comforting. Bread was very soft and fluffy. Service was a bit a slow. The salmon was tender, but it was a bit cold by the time it reached our table.

We really enjoyed our breakfast here. We ordered the Benedict, the bacon and egg sandwich, and a couple of cappuccinos, and everything was delicious. The Benedict was cooked perfectly with rich flavors, and the bacon and egg sandwich was simple but done really well, with fresh ingredients and great taste. The cappuccinos were also very good and made the meal even more enjoyable. The whole experience felt relaxing, and the food came out fresh and well-prepared. It's one of those places where every item we ordered was satisfying and we would definitely come back the next time we're in the area.

We dined at Corinne during a recent business trip and were thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was refined yet energetic, and man they were way busier than we expected. I had the ribeye which was prepared precisely to our specification, and both the appetizers and cocktails were excellent. Our servers, Adele and Jenna, deserve particular recognition for their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism throughout the evening. All around an outstanding dining experience, and one we would not hesitate to recommend.

Corrine was recommended by my son as a nice place to go downtown near DCPA, before attending a show. I came with 3 friends before attending a show at the Garner Galleria Theatre. The restaurant is located in the Meridian hotel and is it really beautiful. The staff was so friendly and the menu is lovely. Our waitress Jessica was very attentive and helpful even when we had a small hiccup with our order, she fixed it right away. I love going to places where we share and this was no exception. First order of business, 3 lovely flakey biscuits with butter and jam. Had I known they would be so I good.... I would have stopped there! We also had the pancakes with bourbon maple syrup, eggs bennie (with smoked salmon) and the omelet with gruyere cheese. I truly loved everything except the bennie.... I found the corn cake dry and they tastes of the entire dish didn't seem to go together. I would not hesitate to go back to try other things!

First visit, for Denver Restaurant Week. I had Spicy Shrimp Strozzapretti. (Italian Mac 'n Cheese) Had plenty of plump tiger shrimp. Pasta, a bit over cooked. Finished meal with one of my favorites . . . Bread pudding. Served in small cast iron skillet with scoop of vanilla ice cream and candied pecans. Always have my Prosecco and finished with good coffee. Server was very good. Nice little table for two. Dim lights, very quiet.

Valentine's dinner date made perfect - the waiter made comfort in the chaos, provided AMAZING recommendations, and even suggested great options for someone with a food allergy. This spot is a must-hit for someone looking for a new try in the Denver area with an extensive selection of pastas, seafood, and select apps to satisfy even picky eaters. Quiet, fun, welcoming, Corinne is a wonderful change of pace.

My wife and I went to Corinne in Denver Colorado for happy hour, we only ordered the deviled eggs. They were nice. Tasted good. Our server was awesome. The ambience was good.

Came in for breakfast (and of course) had to have an eggs Benedict. The made theirs on a corn cake base versus an English muffin and I have to say it was DELIGHTFUL. It's been weeks since I've had this breakfast and I still think about it. Service was wonderful and super polite and the location was clean and well decorated.

I saw that Corinne had very good reviews and decided to go and put in a pick up order while visiting Denver. I didn't realize it was inside Le Meridian Hotel. It was very busy! The wait time for those who wanted to be seated was 45-60 minutes. I ended up waiting around 20 minutes for my breakfast. I ordered wheat toast, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and bacon. Everything was delicious and the portion size was VERY filling.

I loved having dinner at Corinne! My best friend and I came on Christmas, it was one of the few places that looked good and was open, and even stayed open until 11 PM ! We were able to find pretty close parking, although it is mostly street parking in the area. We got a cute table by the window, this place is inside a hotel and has such a relaxing atmosphere, with ambient lighting, and a colorful, full bar, lighting the back wall, bringing this place to life. They were even showing the Nuggets game on their TV in the corner :) and our server Chris was absolutely incredible, so friendly and gave the best recommendations. My friend loved her margarita and we both had salads - I had the cherry wood, and she had the wedge, we both added steak to it, and it was really delicious, with unique flavors, the goat cheese really brought out the cherrywood salad so well, the creaminess lining every bite with an explosion of flavor and texture. They even had these tiny little tomatoes with a swoop on one side that I had never seen before and were so delicious with a little crunch. Definitely will come back !

We were looking for a new place near the DCPA for brunch before a show. Fortunately we chose Corinne. We had a reservation and I wasn't sure we needed one but they were full by the time we left. The service was excellent and our server, Jessica, made sure we were well taken care of. The restaurant opens up to the lobby of Le Meridian Hotel and we had to go in to the hotel to find the restrooms. We started our meal with an order of biscuits and they were delicious. We had the pancakes, ham and gruyere omelet and the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. The Benedict came out with no salmon and the hollandaise was supposed to be on the side so it had to be remade. We were almost done with the rest of our food by the time the correct order was served. The kitchen was backed up. All our food was very good but the corn cakes under the Benedict were dry and not as good as everything else. The restaurant is comfortable and bright with large windows at the front. I look forward to going back to try the dinner menu.

Had the most amazing brunch here! My group of girlfriends had a blast and everything we ordered was amazing. Loved the Benedict, Pancakes, and several types of Omelettes. All of the drinks were delish too. Highly recommend the Hugo Spritz drink. Land Locked Daiquiri and Mimosa (with guava) were great too. The service was fantastic, I absolutely loved the experience. I can't wait to go back and try lunch or dinner.

Location (4 stars) This restaurant is downtown near the convention center. parking is pricy if you valet park at the hotel. Last year it was around $40. Parking in the lot across the street for $25 dollars Easter Sunday. If you use a walker, I would not recommend the parking lot across the street. Food (3 Stars) The Thanksgiving buffet is the best one. I would rate that buffet a (4). The Christmas and Easter buffet are pretty low key. There is a carving station (ham and prime rib). There is an omelet station. Dessert bar is decorative. Cheesecake was delicious. The warming station with potatoes, sausage etc. leaves much to be desired. The charcuterie station is sparse. They offer unlimited mimosas for an additional $25. Service (5 stars) Staff are extremely friendly. Cleanliness (2 stars) My only complaint, I saw a tabletop being cleaned off with a rag used to clean the chairs and then under the table on the floor and on to the next tabletop. I'm just a little picky about that. Especially since folks these days go commando and wear short attire, and you know their parts are on the chair and now spread to tabletops. Wiping up the crumbs off the floor with same rag simply through me over the edge. Atmosphere (4 stars) Spacious uncrowded environment. Nice decor. Bright with large windows.

I saw Former Saint on CBS News, and the menu and food looked incredible. In particular, that white chocolate blueberry cheesecake was something I know my hubby would look forward to all week! I loved the idea of local food and fresh homemade dishes. Sounds healthy, after a week of potential over-indulgence at other restaurant week venues. An additional bonus was that it is located right near the Denver Convention Center and the Performing Arts Center. This has become a dry spot for fine dining, with even the choices on Larimer Square growing more thin, giving rise to the inability to get reservations at favorites like Tamayo and Rioja prior to a show. I go to performances frequently with friends, and despite my rule to avoid hotel restaurants (Former Saint is in the Hyatt Regency), I thought I'd scope out Former Saint as a place to take my friends before the next symphony or Children's Chorale or ballet or broadway performance. I must say, the jury is still out. Former Saint was a Jekyll and Hyde of courses. Parking was not difficult (Yay, maybe I can park here prior to my shows, if I grab a bite first). There is a large garage, and the promise of validation from the restaurant. The ambiance of the restaurant is typical hotel restaurant. Booths, tables, old and a bit drab. Except for the bar. Oh, my! The bar has this BEAUTIFUL copper creation above it, adding so much industrial character to the space! I was in awe looking at it, as it appeared to bring craft suds to the bartender's taps. I didn't ask how it worked, as it wasn't clear how the beer separation and dispensing worked, but it was a great centerpiece and spectacle for the place. I do wish I had investigated more about this architectural marvel, and will do so if I return. For restaurant week, my husband chose the Lobster Ravioli, Ribeye, and blueberry cheesecake (as predicted). I chose the Gotham salad, roasted chicken, and key lime tart. The lobster ravioli was nice; my husband was surprised that it was a toasted ravioli, but enjoyed it. My salad was full of beautiful greens, pears, walnuts, and feta. No scrimping here! The dressing was light and sweet/sour. The pears were a bit unripe and crisp, to the point that I was having trouble identifying exactly what fruit I was eating, but other than that, the salad was beautiful, healthy, and ample. My husband's ribeye steak was a nice cut, done to his liking. Slivered hash browns were underneath with a nice green chimichurri on top and some sliced Fresnos adding a welcome kick to the dish. My chicken was delightful. 1/2 chicken on the bone, seasoned nicely, and with a pan sauce. The breast was super-tender and delicious. It came atop cheesy grits, which was a yummy substitute for a mashed potato. I also was served side salad of curly lettuce and fennel. I probably didn't need more salad, but I was glad to have the healthy side on my plate. I will say that this salad was over-seasoned. The chicken and grits were great, but the salad too salty. My husband ordered a glass of J. Lohr Cabernet, which was a very nice find on the wine list, as far as a pairing for his ribeye. That said, the glass cost $30! A bit much, I might say. The real detractor, unfortunately, was dessert. The blueberry cheesecake looked nothing like the beautiful creamy white cheesecake accented throughout by purple blueberries, which I saw on the CBS News clip. My husband was served a very small solid purple slice, overcome with whipped cream dollops. This cheesecake had been uncovered in the fridge too long, with sort of a skin on it. My husband ate almost none of it. My key lime tart was similarly over-adorned with whipped cream, although I had some nice raspberries on top. The tart also seemed overexposed to the cool air, with the thickening of a skin on top. It was a very disappointing way to end a nice meal, and belied the healthy, homemade, craft theme. High points of this experience include the well-crafted and healthy entrees, the fact that we could see the convention center right outside our window (i.e., the location is perfect for pre-event or -theater), the $3.00 validated parking fee, and that beautiful copper tap system. Will the pros outweigh the cons? Will we be back with friends? Time will tell.

This was pretty disappointing as I was really anticipating a great experience all around after seeing the Yelp reviews and getting recommended this place by a local. I was also excited when I saw the expansive menu with lots of great-looking options. The food was also subpar for my tastebuds. The scrambled eggs were lukewarm and lacked flavor. The pancake crumbled as soon as you put syrup and tried to pick it up. The best part was the chicken sausage, which was served hot and not too salty or oily. I really liked the vibe inside, with the open feeling and the red brick interior. There are clean bathrooms. Our waitress was really great - super kind and attentive. Unfortunately the kitchen lacked. It was convenient being able book a reservation, they also have a waitlist that you can join prior to heading to the restaurant. Laid back vibe and welcoming staff. Nothing pretentious at all. The bartenders were knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. Always stayed on top of my drinks. The thing I like most about Death & Co is the way the categorize their drinks: Light and playful, bright and confident, elegant and timeless, boozy and honest, and rich and comforting. I had the aqua profunda (cognac, St. George basil eau di vie, lillet rose, strawberry, lime, and absinthe). I also had the eight limb daiquiri (rum, Canada aguardiente, Thai tea cordial, lime leaf, and Maraschino). The Blood Oath (mezcal, Vecchio del capo, Calabrian chili amaro, St. Germain Elderflower, lavender, honey, lemon). All were complex and delicious. You could pick out every flavor, yet everything melded together so well. They also have some basic bar food and snacks, but somewhat elevated. I had the D&C Burger and it was juicy, rich, and had some great accompanying fries. I usually try to give a more in depth idea of cocktails available, but Death & Co has such a diverse menu with so many amazing craft cocktails that I can't offer that this time . . . you'll have to go in and see it for yourself!

There is mainly street parking and we got lucky with a spot just down the street. The restaurant was already busy at 9am and had a long wait when we left. Testament to good restaurant and popular neighborhood. This is a brunch spot so come ready for breakfast and/or lunch grub. We were hungry and tried a bunch. The drip coffee & lattes were delicious (oat milk is available) and come in cute animal cups. We started with 2 of the sausage rolls which are akin to pigs in a blanket but much higher quality sausage in puff pastry served with syrup. Very good but nothing extraordinary. The small bite star is the spicy egg salad on crispy potato. These are divine with just enough spice to balance the creamy egg salad and insanely crunchy and delicious fried potato (like crispy rice but potato) We also shared a muffin of the day which rotates flavors. It was spectacular. The mortadella Sammy was fried and filling with a berry jam, cheese and egg. I had the egg over medium and it was messy in the best way. This is a sandwich to have extra napkins for. I'd 100% recommend it. The avocado toast was tasty and came with poached eggs (you can order one or two). Great food, service and vibes. First thing - I hardly EVER give 5 star reviews unless touched by the stay, the meal, or the staff…read more- I wish I could give 10 stars! We were so happy with our stay. Even though we are locals, and only staying one night - you would never know. Everything was perfect. The room was clean, neat, and stocked, Thanks for the champagne - the wife loved it. The employees were all extremely pleasant, and super helpful. Dinner at the EDGE was unbelievable, and maybe the best cut of Beef I've ever had. The EDGE host, servers, and waiter were just so helpful, knowledgeable, and just NICE. One of the best Anniversary dinners we've ever had, and that was LARGELY in part of our main waiter - I am so disappointed in myself that I can't remember his name. He was AWESOME!!! Thank you all for a wonderful staycation, and a better 33rd anniversary. The nicest hotel in Colorado we have ever stayed in, by far, and possibly the nicest hotel and staff we've stayed in anywhere in the US or other countries. I had mentioned when I made our reservations that it was our anniversary as I do with every anniversary dinner or travel reservation I make - but EVERY single hotel employee or restaurant staff wished us a happy anniversary - not just the front desk as usual for hotels, this kept a smile on our face the entire time. Thank you for making this 33rd Anniversary so special.

Such a disappointment, Thankfully it was for business and I could right off the cost. I have stayed…read morein similar hotels around the world and never had to pay the exorbitant rates this place charges. Yes the room was clean, the bed comfortable etc. But that's to be expected of any hotel. I've had better breakfasts at a Days Inn and they were free not 30.00+. The wait staff were not attentive and it took 15 minutes after i ordered to get coffee and another 15 to get my breakfast, eggs and bacon etc. Sorry, I am a functionalist and I did not see any benefits to staying here versus the other hotels in the area that were half the price. The staff were great. They seemed happy and were helpfull.
