I stopped in Snarf's for a sandwich, to-go. They were offering $2.00 off of any salad for the month of May so I decided to try one. I ordered the Cobb Salad with creamy parmesan dressing. The salad came with lettuce, a sliced hard-boiled egg, a handful of cherry tomatoes, half an avocado, sliced cheese, sliced turkey cold cuts and a lot of chopped bacon and sliced onions. I started by removing most of the bacon bits and the overload of onions. If a salad is really good, I will often use very little dressing. There wasn't a lot of flavor to the veggies on their own so I added all of the dressing I was given. This particular salad didn't stand out. I wasn't crazy about the cheese. They used the individually wrapped, sliced cheese. I would prefer fresh, shredded cheese. The turkey was also just slices of deli meat which had been cut up and there wasn't very much of it. The employee who took my order was friendly and suggested the parmesan dressing which I did like. The salad itself was a great portion size and could easily be shared, but it didn't hit the mark. I'll stick to Snarf's sandwiches. read more

Pretty disappointed with my most recent visit. I stopped in for a French dip for dinner. You can see by the photos that their claim of "generous portions" of meat was not so generous. I've had snarfs sandwiches many times and everything I've had. It were quite delicious from the Italian hoagies to the cheesesteaks.

No soap, gloves , and upset stomach. Long time customer and the last two times I've gotten really sick with the Italian. Ironically, my buddy from out of town got sick from the same sandwich. The girls weren't gloves, the bathrooms were dirty and dispensers had zero soap!! In both bathrooms. Yes, I checked. And it was opening time so I'm certain they didn't do cleaning. Got off work late and decided a Snarf sandwich was desirable. They are running a promotion of their Big Fat Snarf sandwich for $2 off. It has double the usual amount of meat. You can get all pastrami or all corned beef or better still 1/2 & 1/2. I decided to get a large 12in sandwich on wheat bread to eat 1/2 now and the take rest home. I swore I've had Snarfs before but maybe not since there's no review to show for. We stopped to grab sandwiches for us and friends for a little picnic at the park with our littles. My Meatball Sub was pretty solid not that I have had many to compare them to. The only real negative was just how darn long everything took. It's definitely no jimmy johns in regards to speedy fast. I did not go in and order since our little one was with us but my husband said the staff did not seem thrilled to be there. One was bringing in the chairs from outside and just slamming them on the ground when stacking. As soon as I discovered Snarf's, I became a loyal Snarfer. Remember those fast casual sandwich chains of yesteryear? Snarf's is Colorado's local answer to these spots, while utilizing a significantly superior product and a more creative menu. During the height of quarantine, we ordered takeout from here MANY times. Probably too many to admit. Besides one fumble with a delivery order, the 38th Ave. location seems to work efficiently and quickly. My favorite sandwiches are from the "Not On The Menu" menu. It's a mouthful and so are these sandwiches! Check out the Mother Clucker if you get the chance. The rotisserie chicken, bacon and avocado make for a home run of a meal. Recently, I tried the Snarf's Cubano for the first time. And damn, this behemoth was quite tasty. My pics don't lie! It's loaded with roasted pork, sweet ham, provolone cheese, spicy mustard and crunchy pickles. It's only available thru Labor Day and I'm really happy I tried it. One of my favorite local sandwich spots that has a wide range of sandwiches. Even more so when you discover the secret menu! I've been eating snarfs for years but it wasn't until recently I discovered they had a secret menu. I tried their buffalo chicken sandwich which they use their rotisserie chicken for and it was amazing! Great buffalo sauce and blue cheese, and it was nice and light since it wasn't fried! I enjoy the food and have enjoyed the service in the past. I do not recommend placing orders online. I placed an order for pickup instead of divery by mistake. I called to cancel the order and was told I had to go online and follow the instructions to cancel. I went online and the instructions advised to call the location to make changes to the order. I placed a new order for delivery and sent a reply to the order email to cancel the pickup order (only option I was left with as I didn't have a vehicle on that day). Enjoyed the food that was delivered but got charged for both orders ($90 each).
