I called NAC on a Monday about my brakes, and they had me in on Tuesday. This car needed more than a few things beyond the brakes. They did a great job on the brakes and for a little less than I expected, and then walked through the rest of the issues, their urgency, and broke down the costs of each in case I wanted to tackle them one after the other. The facility is clean and welcoming and they have a waiting room you'd actually want to wait in, with clean furniture that doesn't look like it came from someone's living room castoffs. Sculley's on Pines was the winner!! Brought in my 2002 GMC Sierra 1500 to get a few things fixed, before I needed to drive down to Boise (to bring my child back to Spokane). I was able to get the dash lights fixed (meaning the dash and other dash lights work) and they were able to fix the HVAC output and the heat (or AC) blows through any option (defrost, dash or floor vents). They were also able to do an oil change (warning light came on while driving to drop off the vehicle). I am happy I found a reputable mechanic that's close to home.
