Sides are uneven. One nail has a gray line down the middle and after a 2.25 hr fill apt I had to leave to make other engagements and was told to come back tomorrow and they would give me $10 off to fix it.... Uuh, why should I pay for that one fix at all? It's brand new and not right. Shrug.... Wont go back. Ladies seemed nice enough tho- stars for trying

I've driven past multiple times…read moreand today it seemed fitting I give them a try as they're one of the few in the area that are actually open on Sundays. I called first and asked if they could squeeze me in, they hung up on me. I chalked this up to a bad connection or mistake and went anyways. The staff was pretty friendly, especially the woman who did my nails. I could tell she really cared about making me happy because she asked a bunch of questions regarding the shape I wanted, design, etc. Overall, I paid $90 for what I would call a decent job. Which I would personally never do again based on how they came out and how expensive it ended up being... but to each their own. Stars for effort.

I'm watching him whole time because I'm A nail tech myself so I wanna take a break and let someone do my feet right for a change. Self care is the most imporant thing than money and I feel like my self care was ruined because I'm asking this@supposedly to be nail tech how to do his job right. First I ask him to file my nails into square and do it right. He just at me with attitude because I ask him specially what I wanted. He did then I ask him to buff it before he apply polish it because you want your feet to look right and feel right? Again attitude. Part 2 so while he apply the polish I notice 2 bubbles spot on my right feet? I ask him to redo it because it not gonnns come out right mind you there lines onto my toes. I ask again totally ignore what I asked. Then he got on the left feet and it Doesn't look right at all because I said I can see the line on my toes and you didn't bluff it or sand it right? So his helper were explaining things to me and I'm like no it not suppose to look like that. How would u feel if that were your feet would u take it? She said nothing so I said I won't be coming. I see many bottles polish separate every time I come in. Which leads me to #2. 2. My gels or regular polish NEVER last. The gel chips and the regular polish will chip as well. 3. Some of the nail techs PRETEND to understand you. Spanish is my first language so I get it. There has been times when I've asked the nail tech an open ended question and they would pretend to understand me with a yes response. It's rude. If you don't understand, just say you don't. They're prices are reasonable and SOME of the nail techs are very kind and work hard. But I'm not sure the people who work there are happy or getting paid fairly. Most of them seem miserable to be there and it shows through their massages. I've been there over 100 times since I have lived in Cheshire and I finally think I'm done. To be honest, I only go there because they are usually the only ones that have walk in availability.
