Went right in and they started soaking my previous dip polish off. They had my hands in a bowl of acetone which severely dried out my fingers. The drill they used to file would burn my nails while they used it. When they were done glue got stuck on my fingers and when the tech clipped it off she clipped off skin causing my finger to be in pain for a few days. She finally told me that she'd do it this one time and for me to never return. No worries there! After looking around I realized that it was very dirty and sloppy in there.
