To be noted, there are non-dairy options as well. Don't get scared. So many items to choose from, dessert drinks & banh-mi sandwiches, mango this, kidney beans that... with so many items on the menu that just means I have to return and try more of the concoctions. I love matcha and I've found a lot of places' matcha are too thin or not flavored enough. The matchas I've had at Nectar+Ice (banana bread & baklava) are so creamy and delicious! They also have snoballs, lattes and affogato so everyone can enjoy them. The owner was very helpful and also let me sample the weekly soft serve special which was also yummy. The only reason it's not a perfect 10 is the small space (can get a bit crowded during a rush) and its hours are only from Wed-Sat.

It was rude and unprofessional. Customer service matters just as much as the food. A smile and a little kindness go a long way, especially when interacting with families. Based on this experience, we won't be returning. I hope management addresses the customer service, because one employee can completely change the atmosphere of an otherwise great business.
