I visited Snocorner in Long Beach, CA today for a nice treat. My husband and I both had a large size Tiger Island Snoball. It was a Snoball House Special. The Snoball consisted of Snowy Ice, Tiger's blood Syrup, Coconut and Condensed Milk. It was delish. The workers were very pleasant and the service was good. Street Parking is not plentiful so get there early. It sits right on the corner which makes it easy to find. The prices were decent for the quality of the Snoballs. They also sell Beignets which I will try on my next visit. They smelled absolutely delicious. Keep in mind there is no indoor seating but they do have a small seating area outside. I recommend Snocorner.

My favorite dessert place in Long Beach! As someone who loves New Orleans and travels there a lot I'm always looking for some yummy beignets. These right here are a little bit of heaven. The flavors are amazing. They stuff them with all kinds of stuff, my favorite strawberry and plain. The service is fast and they have chairs outside to hang while you wait for the food. They always playing some good music. This is the place to get a sweet treat and your heart filled!

Finally tried SnoCorner! They have very specific hours, 12p-6p most days so when we saw it was open we made a stop. The staff were super friendly and helpful choosing flavors. We didn't try the beignets but everyone else in line was ordering them. Next time. We got the "stuffed" snoballs, which have vanilla soft serve inside.

10 out of 5 and it's not even close the ambiance is great on the corner playing so good music and making some good food. My wife grabbed a medium snoball with soft serve vanilla ice cream and 9 beignet 3 strawberry, 3 banana pudding and 3 Oreo banana pudding . All the beignets were great and I was surprised to like the strawberry more because I was there for the banana pudding. My wife and I were on a foodie tour and stopped by here my wife ordered and she loved the customer service. She said the lady ran her thru the menu and all the different customizations and she got us a snoball it's the softest shaved ice mixed with soft serve incredible especially when it melted and mixed together boy oh boy that was phenomenal. The beignets were so soft and decadent but when we got home and got that thing crispy in the air fryer boy oh boy it they went crazzzzzzzzzy. I can't wait to go back!

Absolutely favorite beignets ever! Eat them immediately because they're hot and fresh and heavenly. The staff are always super sweet too. It's just a window walk up. Parking is rough so beware of that. I love how the building is decorated/painted. Any beignet I've gotten has been great. The plain one and chocolate filled are prob my fav. I recently tried their apple cinnamon and strawberry mm.

AS LOCAL AS IT GETS. Snocorner is part of the neighborhood. It's literally the corner house on the block. Fight the locals for parking and enjoy your shaved ice in the little patio furniture out back while you listen to the neighbors bicker about how no one is washing the dishes haha. I got a small shaved ice. Everyone's first reaction after receiving it, "this is a small?!?" Because they sure top it off. I get blue raspberry and watermelon with ice cream and a snow cap. It's been a great escape from the heat and actually separates itself from the other shaved ice options, Korean bingsoo, Hawaiian halo halo, and Taiwanese sno etc. For 7.50 or so dollars it's worth it. They also sell beignets if it's cold out. Don't miss out on the culture.

This place is a must try ! Especially if you're in Long Beach! I had the strawberry cheesecake cone and I couldn't not believe how amazing and soft the desert was. I had not looked up this place prior to coming but I did after and found out the owner actually helped us which was kinda cool. She told us about the banana pudding beignets and they were the best beignets I have ever had in my enter life I cannot wait to stop by and try other options ! I may add they have a little seating area outside in a shaded area that was very nice for me and my family to enjoy our snack the design of the place is so appealing and creative !

Tiger's Blood and Piña Colada! Tastes like water and sugar! Tooo bad:(

Arrived at about 3:00pm and left at about 4:20pm! I'd say there were about 6-8 orders before me. First, one receives their beignets (within 10 minutes) then over an hour later your shaved ice, ice cream etc. Disorganized? Absolutely! Person behind me received her shaved ice before I did and another customer was offered a second bag of beignets that weren't hers. As for the shaved ice...the worst I've ever tasted! Piña Colada tasted like sugar and water and Tiger's Blood tasted like sugar and water! My friend had the Dreamsicle shaved ice with soft serve. They added lots of ice and not enough syrup. Beignets with powered sugar were soft and warm...I'd go back in the early hours for those. In reference to the soft serve...yup, I'd return for a cone. Tooooo bad! I so need a delectable spot for shaved ice!

It was hot and I felt like something cold. I found this place in Yelp and headed over. There was a line and many people waiting when I got here. You order and pick up at a window. It's across from a high school. It's informal and that's fine. They have four products: snoballs (their snow cone), soft serve ice cream, funnel cakes, and beignets. I waited a good 20 minutes to order. There were a bunch of people waiting. Everything is made to order. I got a large snoball with banana, mango, and pina colada. I really liked it. The texture was like snow. Hit the spot.

First time and it was delicious!! I tried the tigers blood snowball. Definitely want to go back and try some more flavors!

I was so excited to try this place because the weather has been so HAWT!!! Their snow cone thingies looked so refreshing & CREAMY, that's what I was looking for! like bingsoo type? I was lowkey a little dissatisfied when I tried the tiger island flavor because it was basically like a red slushy you would get at 7/11. The slurpees! Imagine that & they added some type of coconut milk & condensed milk for flavoring. If anything..I wished they used less red syrup & more of the milk! What I can say is that you get your money's worth! I got a small which was like $5ish & it was HUGE! The beignets.. SO, omg I would come back for them!!! Love it! The fillings range from strawberry, apple, banana, & chocolate! We tried one of each, BUT they ran out of chocolate . The strawberry I can say tastes like the smuckers one without strawberry chunks. The banana pudding was delish!! It's like the one they put on top of my banana matcha drinks!! The apple one was like a typical apple pie/fritter situation. Price wise, not bad! $7.50 for 3 & it was really filling! It's not like the Disney beignets where they're air-y. Lastly the funnel cake, it was like $9.50 for the funnel cake itself & the powdered sugar/cinnamon sugar. Toppings are an additional add on $$$. It satisfied me because it wasn't too sweet or overwhelming!! But the texture seemed different?? Not that I'm complaining, but it was like a cake-y bread-y texture? I'm used to it being like deep fried & crispy plus chewy? Kinda different, but a good different! Everyone working there was friendly & kind! My only comment is that I would've loved if the staff could explain the stuff on their menu better.. I tried asking what the tiger island was but she didn't know how to explain the flavor. And one last thing, prepare for really stressful street parking lol. Typical LB for you! It's okay if you don't mind walking a few blocks.

A great spot to stop by to get a sweet treat, but be prepared to wait a bit, especially on the weekends! I saw the beignets from here on insta and knew I had to come try it! We ended up ordering the chocolate beignets and tiger island snowball, both were delicious. Beignets were warm, fresh, and filled with a pudding-like chocolate filling and paired great with the creamy vanilla soft serve. The tiger island snowball had a sweet-coconut, fruity flavor. There is such a wide variety of flavor combinations to choose from for the snowballs, I definitely want to come back to try them all. Only downside is it is a little bit of a wait to get your treats once you order, we waited probably around 20-30 minutes to get our things - we came on a busy Sunday afternoon so coming during the week might be less of a wait! You can tell everything is made fresh to order though, so it definitely is worth waiting for.

Our favorite is the chocolate concha. It is crisp, fresh, and has the slightest sourdough flavor. I tried the dona one time and while it was great. It was just too much for me. Literally, we had to bring it home. I would suggest splitting this because of its size and it has a lot of almond and jam so it's hefty. I also tried their jamon which was sooooo good. I would get this again. For drinks we have tried their Atole, Dulce de Leche and Horchata with Cold Brew. My new favorite is the Horchata. It is so well complimented by the cold brew and it's so smooth and not too sweet. My husband also liked the taste he tried but he went with my now second favorite the Dulce de Leche. What I love about this place is that everything is balanced. Its not too much of anything just perfect. The concha isn't too sweet. It's balanced by the sourdough which is complex. The coffees which anywhere else would be a sugar bomb are just right. The sugar highlights the brilliance of whatever it is paired with whether that is bread or coffee.
