I kept hearing about this place and wanted to experience their fine dessert before the summer ended. I wanted watermelon in the beginning, then I saw their root beer and wanted that, but as of late, it's been coconut I've been craving so their coconut cream pie flavor, which consists of coconut shave ice, soft serve, condensed milk, crushed graham crackers and whipped cream on top, was probably the best dessert I've has this whole summer! Was really excited to try out SnoCorner! Super friendly staff and a great location! The Beignets are wonderful. Very fluffy and the right amount of powdered sugar, and authentic. If you check in on Yelp you get a free little thing of ice cream! Definitely worth trying out in my opinion! They lack seating besides one small table to the left of the front, as well as some seats out front. Also they have very little parking! Definitely worth trying out! read more

Okay, this place is seriously so friggin' cute!! I love the location, the painting on the outside of the building, and the warm comforting, at-home feeling you get from people sitting in the chairs, munching on their treats. I found this place just by driving through long beach and it just sounded so cool, I had to turn around. And I'm so glad I did. First of all, the staff are super kind and welcoming. Second, the flavors are super cool! I got the special with tiger's blood and coconut in it. I found myself wondering: "what the heck is so special about New Orleans-style shaved ice?". And now I know: it's the kindness and warmth that goes into making it and the balance of the ice cream and shaved ice. It really is kind of like a powder consistency. And when you add in that ice cream and the cream on top...it's drool-worthy I highly reccommend this place to literally anybody. my friend and I went here for the first time a couple days ago, and we got two smalls, one with cherry and grape, and one with blue cotton candy and wedding cake flavors + condensed milk. soooo delicious!! probably top three shaved ice places I've been to. the ice is the soft kind, not the crunchy grated kind. the sizes are also very generous, a size small was honestly huge and I could barely finish it. read more

Wow this place was DIVINE!! Saw this place on Yelp and was so curious to try it, my Husband and I ordered 3 beignets, and a funnel cake. The beignets were so soft and yummy! The funnel cake was cooked to perfection, crunchy, and strawberries were delicious, but that soft serve on top was so good. The service was great, the staff working was really nice and helpful. Tldr; 100% would come again! Try it with the condensed milk on top of the snow cone! Can't wait to try all their flavors! support small businesses!! Amazing, simply amazing. I only saw street parking so it can be tricky to park at SnoCorner. We tried to shaved ice, funnel cake and the begets. Service was prompt and friendly. We would probably make the drive again from Redondo to Long Beach. read more

Bomb beignets - we like the classic powdered ones, handed over hot and fresh and ready for you to shake up and enjoy. According to the bf, they are better than the ones in New Orleans. I got the small snoball with cherimoya/grape and condensed milk. Although it was a small, the sizing was a lot bigger than I was expecting. I could barely finish half of it and I felt like it could've definitely been shared between 2-3 people. I could definitely taste the grape flavor, but I couldn't taste the cherimoya at all. I also couldn't taste much of the condensed milk. They give you a mini soft serve waffle cone if you check in on Yelp, which was actually pretty good and afterwards, I thought maybe I should've added the soft serve as my add-on rather than the condensed milk. I have been waiting to visit ever since SnoCorner opened! It is beyond difficult to find genuine snoballs on the west coast, and I was surprised at the likeness to New Orleans that this was! They have an exciting selection of some of the most delectable flavors and soft serve. Since I am a fan of sweets, I had Ashley surprise me and create the best concoction for me! She made me a snowball with chocolate cream and mudslide with soft serve at the bottom and condensed milk on the top. The condensed milk was absolutely delicious, so sweet and mixed incredibly well with the chocolate and mudslide flavors. The soft serve was creamy and paired excellently with the flavors as well. The staff is warm, welcoming, and take so much pride in their work. I was honestly craving more that night and the day after. I wish they would bring this to Vegas! Amazing snow cone with all the ice saturated with flavor. I got tigers blood, watermelon, and polar punch. The syrup was not overly sweet -- just right. Soft-serve was milky and delicious. I thought the beignets were okay; I was not a fan of the cinnamon sugar maybe powdered sugar would have been better. Wonderful spot that I'll come regularly. Cashier was nice and helpful. I have been wanting to try this place out for weeks but they close early on weekends. I'm so glad I was finally able to try it and I'm happy I did. It's located on an actual corner so parking can be a little difficult. They have a great selection of flavors which made it hard to choose because I wanted to try everything. I got a medium Tiger's blood with condensed milk and soft serve at the bottom and that was delicious! The strawberry and watermelon is also yummy. Perfect for a hot day. I'm definitely coming back. Came to try the beignets and they are delicious! We got chocolate, strawberry, and their seasonal banana pudding beignets all covered in powder sugar. Service was quick and friendly. They have seating outside but we took our food to go this time-- will definitely be back to try funnel cake and snoballs. The only mistake you can make here is ordering a small. This small business is nothing to be slept on. They aren't shy with the syrup like most places that only color the top snow while it's bare underneath. The ice is very fine that it literally melts in your mouth so easily. Their menu says that they even have sugar free options which is neat for those on keto or any dietary restrictions. Overall great service and quality. I ordered a medium of tigers blood and watermelon with soft serve and condensed milk. The cream with the snow cone is an amazing combination with I'm sure any flavor that you can order there. They put a straw on the side of your cup but honestly you will down that thing faster than it can melt. Location wise is pretty okay on the corner, literally based on its name. And across from poly. I got really lucky with parking but basically you just park in the neighborhood. Idk if they're new new but idk why there isn't a long line out the window. Recommended by my partner's coworker as I love beignets. We got 10 of them with strawberry and chocolate sauce. Unfortunately we got caramel instead of chocolate but that didn't make them any less delicious. Will absolutely be coming back for more and an ice cream cone! Ok, I went to Snocorner today because I was influenced by @wheresthafoodat on IG. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint!!!! I specifically came here for the beignets and they were THE BOMB!!!!!! They have five filling flavors of pumpkin, strawberry, chocolate, banana pudding, and apple pie. Each flavor tasted amazing! There was also a young lady with pretty green eyes that helped. I think the thing that I was so astounded by, was that after my husband signed the visa she took it away and then had the nerve to come back two minutes later with the crumpled receipt and ask us if we wanted the copy back. Under her breath but very clearly she said ... because I see there was no tip written on the visa!!! Little did she know that we were leaving a cash tip! So unprofessional! I felt so pushed! Breakfast is an expensive meal and the rush and unprofessionalism of the waitress was truly unbelievable. Sadly I don't think I will return.

The customer service was truly exceptional - the staff were not only friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Nestled across the street from Polly High School, it's a charming spot that's easy to miss but well worth discovering. Pricing is reasonable, making it an affordable treat for any occasion. SnoCorner is the absolute best dessert shop!! My family is from Louisiana and every time I visit I have at least one snoball A DAY. I'm so happy that this shop opened because I can now have an authentic snoball everyday in my hometown!! My favorite combination is called "Cream" on the menu, it's an ice cream flavored snoball with soft serve ice cream at the bottom and condensed milk on top! It is filled with the perfect amount of sweetness and it literally melts in your mouth!
