I placed the catering order for 12:30 at the spring valley location, however, they managed to mess that up & schedule it for 1:00 so my boba was not ready. They offered to give me old boba from 11 am, but my party was at 2. I asked them the day before the event to have a confirmation & they said it was not needed. All they had to offer me was an apology and a $10 coupon off my next purchase after ordering $127 worth of catering. They were not responsive via email, text, or call right away. The spring valley location mentioned they are separate from the catering team but I suggested to the catering team to send confirmation emails for the future to prevent this issue. Also $10? Why would I even go back after a bad experience? If I could give it 0 stars I would! read more

The catering team at Snoice was one of the best and easiest vendors to work with for my wedding. They are my example as an ideal event vendor, and I would definitely use them again for future events. They kept constant and speedy communication with us, which made an already stressful time much easier for me.  They also invited us for a tasting of a few flavors and toppings before we finalized our catering order which was my favorite part and even gave us recommendations after we gave feedback of the flavors, guest size, and guest flavor preferences. On the day of our event, everything went effortlessly. The team had never been to our event space before, and we actually had them set up in a little speakeasy in the venue. I truly appreciate their flexibility and carrying all their stuff down into the space. Everyone LOVED the boba and also loved the added surprise that it was in the speakeasy. The setup was perfect! Prior to the wedding, we thought there would be leftovers, but the line was out the door, and our guests finished every last drop! On the chance we did have leftovers, they would have left the remaining tea in extra cups or 0.5 gallon jugs. This was another thing I was grateful for about Snoice as a boba vendor since I was worried about what we would do if we had a high volume of leftovers. The payment plan was easy and all handled online before the event. I  greatly appreciated the reminders we got since we had so much going on, and it was hard to keep track of everything while dealing with some vendors who never reached out when payments were due. Everything with Snoice was seamless, and Aiko was so nice and extremely helpful. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family for any of their boba needs for future events. read more

I hate to write this review since I've been a customer at Snoice for a couple years now. I usually get the classic milk tea and it's usually well made. However, the last 2 times I got my drink I was able to feel the sugar. The first time this happened, I thought it was because I asked for extra sugar (I always do), but this time, I was still able to feel the sugar and I didn't ask for extra sugar today. I love their milk tea but this issue ruins the drink for me entirely. It's like they dumped a whole bag of sugar inside my drink and not even mix it because you can literally feel and see the sugar. Unfortunately, this is so disappointing and I hope they can fix this issue otherwise I have to find a new go to boba spot. read more

Came in cause of the name thought it was funny. New to the area so finding my new spots. I think this is one now I have been here three times. The drinks are refreshing not too sweet. I ordered the galaxy far far away the first time and it was good. On my second visit I ordered the cerealously and the titi fruity. The tutti fruity was the perfect amount of sweet on thing is they out too much ice. I over heard someone ask for less ice so I will do that next time. The cerealously is good I like the topping of the actual cereal on the top to finish. It's a little pricy and the staff could be a bit more friendly. There is an inside and outside area to enjoy your order. There is a parking lot with plenty of parking. read more

They are out of the most sought-after ice cream flavors are out! Ube, mango, coconut. They only have vanilla, chocolate, cookies & cream. What kind of filipino halo halo has those ice cream flavors? On top of that, we still got charged $2 for those ice cream as it is "special." In addition, their $35 for $40 deal is a false advertisement. I purchased it, came in, and none of the workers had a clue about it. It was on yelp. The place is alright. Ambiance is not the cleanest but not dirtiest either. It's mediocre, I'd say. Still on the fence of coming back. It's unfortunate because my friends would hype this place up. Overall experience is not good. Something needs to be improved on these matters. read more

I am an ube STAN! One day I was craving something with ube + I'd always heard good things about Snoice, so I decided to try them out. The first time I went I got the Ube-Taro blend + I LOVED IT! Omg it was so good. Flavorful + sweet, just like I like it! I also really love Oreo so the second time I went I got the ube-Oreo blend + I really wanted to love it, but it was just okay. It needed more flavor/sweetness. The customer service was good. Nothing spectacular but it wasn't bad either. Aiko made my drink, and she was genuinely kind, patient, and clearly knew what she was doing.
