After our purchase from Kababayan Bakery, we walked through this place on our way out and decided to stop by. It's a really small place with only a few tables. We ordered various boba drinks and a halo-halo. The young man at the register was really helpful & nice and didn't seem frazzled at all given the long line on Father's Day. The Purple Drank and Ube Wan Blendobi was a hit but Halo-halo fell short, even after manually mixing all the ingredients together, it tasted a bit bland. Hope to try the other menu items when we're back in the area.

Toby and Saiden truly made this experience top notch! I already loved coming here, but their customer service and energy made it even better. And PLEASE run for the cookies especially the birthday cake ones because I am officially obsessed. They are so good. The drinks are also amazing. I've tried a variety of them and every single one has been delicious and packed with flavor. Definitely one of my favorite spots when I want a sweet treat and good vibes. Highly recommend!

Nikko was super patient and helpful. Snoice is our go-to for the Blend Dinks. My kids and I always order the Peach-Mango Blend with Mango Stars. Way better than Happy Lemon, in our opinion. Always a pleasure to support this small business.

Coming from LA, my brother in law told me his coworkers recommended this place to him. Finally got to try it when visiting this past weekend. I didn't get the name of the employee but receipt says Cyrene so will go by that. She was attentive, super nice and friendly. I said it was my first time there and finally got to try it. They had a first timer discount plus a free topping! Even better!! I was craving a halo-halo and haven't had one in a awhile and with weather getting warmer, it was calling my name. So i got their original which was refreshing. However, next time...i would do the other option where you can choose your own toppings (up to 6) in your halo-halo. Everyone has a different preference. Their original has (sweet banana, ube purple yam, jelly, rice krispy pcs, and another puree of something in it) i added egg pudding as my free topping. I prefer texture and crunch. So jackfruit, tapioca and toddy palm would be my taste of choice. I also got an island breeze drink which is pandan with ube cream and it was delicious and refreshing too!! Was not too sweet and you can really taste the flavors in it. This place is also connected to a quick Philippino fast food and bakery. Super convenient to get extra goodies home!! Was sad they ran out of turon though. Parking is small but descent. The store was also small but also descent and clean. Can't wait to be back to try other things and my preferred toppings next time!

I've been coming here for a while now. Every time the experience has always been pleasant. It's very welcoming and the drinks are always consistently made. I've been ordering the Sunset Dream and it's been my go to recently. The staff is friendly, Tobi is very warm and the place is usually chill.

This is the local spot to go when it's been hot like how it has these past few weeks, and you don't want to drive far! Conveniently serving the Paradise Hills, Spring Valley, Lemon Grove, and Bonita areas. Friendly and efficient service. Drinks are made not too sweet the way I like and it's very quick to come out! My son always orders the Ube Wan drink which is a mixture of ube and cookies and cream. I always get the 2-story Thai Tea which I love because the thai tea is a bit on the blander side which I like because once you mix in that vanilla ice cream it's perfect and gives it the sweetness it needs! They also have a variety of cold drinks in the fridge. Their fruit teas are also really good. I have yet to try their halo halo!

this is my go to spot for ice cream and halo halo and after today i'm not sure if I'm ever going to come back i ordered a large halo halo and oreo shaved ice and i received a chocolate shaved ice which i didn't order! A halo halo with what was barely even one scoop of ube ice cream and the pinipig in my drink was burnt and disgusting im so disappointed because this place usually has the best halo halo

This review is for the catering order that I underwent for a party. I placed the order and got a quote, which conveniently I was able to pay online. I purchased a large Thai iced tea box and two small mango iced tea. I was thinking this would not be enough for the 50+ ppl that showed up but I was mistaken! This was more than enough for the guests and the boba lasted longer than I anticipated. The boba was chewy and fresh and the drinks were the perfect amount of sweetness. I definitely will order again from Snoice for my next catering event! Staff were responsive and answered all of my questions.

SNOICE has always had such a warm friendly vibe - can sense that feeling from the parking spot itself. That loving warm hospitality (family-run) is the top highlight here and that extends virtually to the social media team also :) In terms of drinks and desserts, they have some of the most unique creations in SD.. They all look very pretty also :) Mind you though, all of them are a bit on the sweeter side and I personally always get 0-sugar option whenever that option is available. Another top experience at SNOICE for me - I never miss any of their seasonal launch events (before some of those go on their seasonal menu).

I love coming to Snoice on a hot day. Their selection of refreshing drinks is the best. So far the Tropical dream and the strawberry cheesecake blend are my favorites. Milo and Gian were so nice and helpful, and put together some really tasty drinks. The cheese rolls at the bakery next door are also die for! A perfect blend of savoy and sweet, and also fresh and super fluffy.

Had to stop by and visit Snoice. Upon entering I was quickly greeted by a young lady named Aiko, who was very helpful and polite while helping me make my order. I ended up getting the "Purple Drank" which is a Taro/ Ube blend . Highly recommended if you enjoy more blended type of boba drinks vs the regular milk teas. It's the only Boba place worth visiting in spring Valley and cashless so bring a card.

Second time here. Ordered the following... Thai Tea - Thai flavored milk ,thai tea is freshly brewed and milked with fresh evaporated milk. Ube-Taro Blend Avocado Blend The Thai and Ube are their popular drinks. They were good and comparable to other boba places. Their avocado blend was unique, but good as well. What happened to the Snoice we once knew? Came by on a Tuesday to grab a drink and was told that they were out of Boba for the day. So we decided to come back a different day. Came back the next Friday right at 5pm and was told that they were out of boba again but they would have some in 20 min. Since this was our 2nd time there in a week, we decided to wait the 20 minutes. While we were waiting, the worker began to close up (they close at 6pm). 40 minutes later we got our drink. The underwhelming drink looked it was made in a rush and the boba had no flavor whatsoever. My guess is that once the clock hits five, the employees are ready to take less orders, start their closing duties early and call it a day. I'm going to avoid coming here an hour before they close. read more

The bubble tea shop that was previously near 99 ranch also has a branch here. The owner was very enthusiastic and hosted a professional tasting event for the autumn menu. Meet the Business Owner: Jayrell R.

Jayrell and Dianne founded Snoice to create a fun and friendly environment for their son, Nathan, to grow up in and to evangelize new concepts in desserts. He believes sharing cold desserts is the perfect way to relax and bond with family and friends in sunny San Diego. Jayrell and Dianne are passionate about family and community. They also co-founded the non-profit "Made in Paradise Hills" which hosts the annual Paradise Hills Night Market.

Very busy friday/weekend nights, lines usually long but if you go weekdays it's better. the snow is made with real ingredients unlike other places that use powders/syrups for flavor. The blocks of snow are already flavored (think of it like a big block or ice cream, just shaved in layers). Service is also generally good! I would recommend getting any dairy based snow with condensed milk layered! it brings out the flavor. the non dairy flavors are like sorbet but also very tasty (i like the lychee or super lemon which tastes like frozen lemonade). if you pick a build your own bowl, it's weighed (snow or softserve) after you get toppings. I notice it's usually between $5-$10 obviously dependent on weight but the minimum is 4.50 so if you are below that, they'll just charge 4.50. I'd recommend this place if you want a lighter sweet treat! Other places can be heavy but because this is shaved, it's easier on the tummy. they do also have waffle creations that seem good for couples to share~ (my favorite is the strawberry shorty, it has cheesecake bites and fresh strawberries, the waffle, and vanilla softserve). they have taiyaki too but it's not like somi somi where there's icecream inside, it's just filled or plain (the nutella one is really good). also their thai tea drink is really good

The shaved ice cream itself comes out in long piece which isn't as satisfying to me as smaller crystals like in kakigori or even harder pellets like dip n dots. Icekimo's shave texture just did not enhance the dessert eating experience for me. That said, I did enjoy the flavors - lychee was light and refreshing while the Thai ice tea flavor tasted exactly like the drink.

They told me they make it homemade daily, and they have so many flavors too. They said I could try a float if I was interested in which is the ice cream flavor of your choice on top of the Matcha latte. I decided to get the Dole Whip Pineapple. They have a big ordering system that tells you your order is being processed and also when it's ready. It took about five minutes and it was already ready! Once I tried it, I was so impressed because the Dole Whip Pineapple ice cream was so delicious and creamy . Then I was sipping on my Strawberry Matcha latte which was so good, but I am in a sugar coma now . I forgot to take a photo of it because I devoured it so quickly. So, I had to order a banana pudding matcha to have a few sips and then take home because I was not going to worsen my sugar coma! They also have a DIY Ramen station whereby they have offend types of Ramen packages from China, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia to select from . Then after you select your Ramen, various toppings already prepared stored in a refrigerator, and drink selection from their beverage refrigerator, and or snack options too you then proceed to the Ramen station where it instructs you how to cook your Ramen . Then, they also have a small bar area that you can sit at and order beer, sake, and or other alcohol beverages as well. They have happy hour daily from 3-6 for those that are interested in that. I was fortunate to meet the owners who were so professional and kind just like their workers. One of the owners gave me a complimentary Matcha snack, but I am so bummed out I accidentally left it behind. This place is perfection with everything! They are at the top of my favorite places! This place is on a small corner heading up to Paradise Valley Road. My expectations were deemed as I expected the place to be bigger after hearing about their recent renovations. The store was very compact filled with squished people trying to find tables to occupy, kids looking for games to play, and also a huddle of people at the register trying to order from the menu. It took a while for me to order. It seemed as if the girl working at the cashier didn't really know how to operate their system as she kept calling over her coworker asking him how to do this or that. She didn't give me a receipt nor asked a name for my order just like she did for the customers before me. It took a while for me to place my halo halo, but I got the original halo halo with a scoop of ube icecream. It was worth the wait though. Their halo halo is unlike the traditional halo halo you see at Goldilocks. It doesn't have all that unnecessary red beans and excess ice, just the good stuff such as leche flan, saba (banana), and sweetened jellies. I will definitely be back just for the halo halo, but hopefully the service improves. read more

Such amazing drinks! I got the matcha milk tea with boba and pudding and it was delicious! I recommend adding the cheese foam if you enjoy it on top of your drinks! I've also tried the Okinawa milk tea and it's my favorite drink here. Also, the staff at Snoice are super nice and welcoming! Overpriced for the premium milk tea & I couldn't see prices anywhere. My boba was the mango matcha milk tea and it doesn't even come with anything extra. Picture is very misleading and I added boba and it ended up being around $8 and I still tipped but I felt ripped off. I didn't find anything special and I consider myself a huge boba fan. read more
