Although the meat could've been slightly more juicy, it was still a pretty good burger. The eggplant fries were my personal favorite. One of the employees joked around saying they can't change it. But when we were about to flip a lid, he said just kidding. It was a funny moment that made the experience feel very personal. The biggest disappointment was the water situation. When we asked for water, we were offered "still or sparkling" while being shown bottled options. Since it wasn't explained that the still water would also be charged, we assumed it was complimentary and that only the sparkling water came with a fee. Later in the evening, we noticed a staff member walking around refilling glasses with tap water at other tables, which confirmed that we would be paying for the bottled still water. Considering we were drinking alcohol and going through plenty of water, it would have been nice if the charge had been clearly explained upfront. As for the food, the picadera was huge and absolutely delicious. The wings were one of the highlights of the meal. The quesadillas were decent but nothing memorable. The nachos, unfortunately, missed the mark--they had plenty of chips but very few toppings. Toward the end of the night, around 8 PM, after we had already paid our bill and were simply waiting for our to-go containers, the hostess came up behind me and tapped me on the shoulder to remind us that our time was up. I wasn't pleased with being touched, especially since we were already in the process of leaving. What made it worse was that she started attempting to move one of our tables while we were still seated. I had to politely tell her to give us a minute, and that ended the interaction.
