I love coming here for all of our puppy's needs... bakery treats (he loves the liver brownies), leashes, clothes, cakes... they have everything. Mostly, the customer service there is awesome. We usually deal with Taylor and she always takes care of us and our jippy:)) Everyone there is great that we deal with! There are a lot of groomers out there and other stores with bakery treats, but there's only one that remembers our boy every time we call or come in. We even had a friend go in to buy jippy a cupcake and a jacket for his birthday last year, and when he mentioned Jippys name, he was given suggestions about the size of the jacket he was getting! I was eating lunch next door with my dog who needed her nails trimmed. My dog is 9 years old and named Miko. She used to let me trim her nails but she puts up such a fight now I decided to let the pros have a go at it. The cost is $12 for a nail trimming. They took her straight back and had a go at it. Unfortunately they were only able to trim a few nails. Miko was to fussy for even the pros. They kindly refunded my $12 since they could not complete the job. I gave them a tip for there fine effort. They also referred me to a vet that could administer a mild doggy Valium type sedative to hopefully calm Miko down and make it possible to trim her nails. Oh yeah I almost forgot I had both my dogs with and they tried out the fresh made Turkey burger treats. They absolutely loved them!!! All this place cares about is your money not about and not about the satisfaction of the customers. I have never had a problem taking my Pom Pom here until this recent week. We normally get the usual Full Service Groom w/ the Teddy Bear cut but for some apparent reason there was no cut involved at all. At the time I picked her up I didn't notice because of how well she had been washed I even left a tip, however by the 5th day her wash had cleared up. You can see the unevenness of her hair follicle and growth because she is an older dog now. The following day I called 4 times, first thing in the morning 8:30-9:00 NO ANSWER. I called again later that evening 5:00-5:30 still NO ANSWER. Finally the next day someone answers (Carolyn) now mind you it had been an entire week by this time. At first she was kind enough to go over my invoice which stated I did get the teddy bear cut but I explained to her by the way my Fur baby looks the service provided says No she didn't get her usual cut that I can forward photos to an email or via txt message, she implied that they don't receive those but she can talk it over with the manager. An hour later I receive a call, not from an owner or a manager the least with my complaint but from the same sales clerk saying that because it's been a week all they can do is provide the same service at 50% off. What service if it wasn't even completed entirely done right? I even mentioned that I tried contacting the business and communication was an issue to get through. read more

It's so hard to find a good groomer in town. I really want to like Snooty Pets but each time I take my dog here, he comes home with nicks on his ears. Downplaying the nicks as rare incidents, I continued to use Snooty Pets. However this time the injury just isn't ignorable. I wish the groomer had been up front about accidentally cutting my baby when I went to pick him up. I get it's difficult grooming dogs but to not be truthful when I am picking up my baby is a sign of disrespect or deliberate neglect. It is heartbreaking finding the injuries days later myself. My poor baby. Although I like to support local minority woman owned businesses but I just can't keep going back and make my pup suffer. Disappointing. I have Sydney regularly groom my pup. I have a 5 month old shih-tzu. These gals are so patient, my dog peed so many times while waiting for me and had cleaned her right up. I usually get the trim and groom, that runs around $45 every time. Plus tip. It is a bit pricey, but honestly, she does a great job.The snacks we get her are the cheese sticks and the bone marrow bones. Today, I took my best friend dog LULU the med size Mini Aussie Sheep Dog to Snooty Pets. I ask for a wash, trim around the legs and a cut on her body. The groomer told me she does not want to cut lulu's hair cause it might not grow back. I was like OK......I don't know doggie hair especially Mini Aussie Sheep Dog. I decided to TRUST HER. I also ask for nail cut for my 10 pounds Teedy Bear name Charlotte and it was 20 bucks. Hmmmmm....that's a lot. Lulu's hair cut and wash was 70 bucks. She look very clean but she still got a lot of hair. I was like WTF.......70 bucks ????? 20 bucks for a nail file ????? My total was $96 dollars. I could have washed LULU myself. I am sorry Snooty Pets but I FELT I GOT RIBBED OFF. I don't mind PAYING 96 BUCKS but LULU look alike she just had a BATH for 70 BUCKS. I got NO WORDS for Charlotte's NAIL FILE. I have tried petco, puppy love and at last snooty pets. So far snooty pets is my favorite but then again you get what you may for. Most expensive but did an amazing job worth praising. My dog zoey is a mix, Dalmatian and blue heeler. She sheds like crazy and her fur was out of control. I finally couldn't take it anymore and decided to try and find a place that would shave her since petco and puppy love wouldn't. They say it's because of white dogs gettig sunburn and I said she's an inside dog and I walk her at night. But they didn't care. Grr. Snooty pets examined her fur and listened to my wants about my dog. I appreciated the groomer coming out and speaking to me directly and telling me what was best for her mix. In the end we decided to go with a bath, shave and de shed special. To my surprise I didn't have I make an appointment and they took her right in. They were honest and said they were packed but to give them 4 hours and she would be done. I was happy to have a dog free house for four hours so I could vacuum, dust and put away her dog toys. I swear it's like having a second child. In the end it cost me 70, but it was worth every penny. Usually once she's entered my house there's is white hair all over my black rugs and to my surprise it's been 4 hours and my floors are clear. You can actually see her spots and notice she's a Dalmatian. She's very happy with the shave because with this Las Vegas heat it's so hot I will be back! read more

Gave my baby ear infection three times. My baby shakes in fear once we enter the store. I did not know why my baby shakes so much when we go to the groomer before, but now I know why. We switch between grooming salons on and off, and 3 out of 5 times we went to this groomer, my baby would end up with ear infections. This did not happen with the other grooming salon. Pay close attention to your baby's reaction after grooming to make sure they were treated right when you weren't there with them! I would not go back to this grooming salon. read more

It was my pup's birthday and I was searching for a cake or cupcake for him since he's never had a specialty dog treat before. It was too late to get a cake since they need to be ore ordered but the girl working there suggested a Cookie Monster frosted peanut butter cupcake. I grabbed a cute birthday cone hat and the cupcake and headed home. As soon as he smelled he cupcake he lost it. I've never seen him eat something so fast in his 7 years of life! He loved it! The receptionist was very pleasant, the groomer (Cathy) did a very thorough job and the price was the same as other places that didn't do a very good job. The $45 was well worth it to have her groomed right the first time. I'm very pleased with my first experience and will be back. Update: I still take my Dog Bailey here after 7 years! Cathy still does an amazing job. My pup goes from looking old and mangy to young and fresh. So, me and my family used to come here over the past 15 years with my 3 dogs since we've moved to Vegas. We would get grooming, buy treats, and little dog hats and fun stuff. Of course, that was until recently their staff has either changed or started to become very rude. Apparently, their staff does not know how to handle customers in a kind matter. So we brought our dog in, (I won't name the name or the breed, but it's a large dog). We called two days in advance to book an appointment as usual. We asked for a bath, a cut and a de-shed. So... On the day of... I brought my dog in and dropped him off. I asked what time should he be done? And the lady with the purple hair said, "Oh about 2-3 hours." I leave the parking lot and 1 minute later she calls me on my cellphone and asks, "What does your dog want again?" (But didn't I just told you over the phone when we made the appointment?) I tell her what I want AGAIN and I drove off. 2-3 hours comes and goes, and the store was near closing... Worried... I decided to call and asked if my dog was ready. She stumbled her words and said "Oh yeah, I was just about to call you." (Convenient. Eh?) I come to pick up my dog. I pay $74 plus a $10 tip and buy a hand full of treats. So I spent around $90. The receptionist leaves to get my dog. After 5 minutes I started to wonder what was taking so long. Instead of the receptionist, the groomer comes out, (with a panicked look on her face). Immediately, she started apologizing for the buzz clipped on his my dogs too butt region. So upon inspection... My dog had a giant buzz clipped near the top of his butt, his tail looked as if it not brushed nor groomed. It really just looked like the groomer took a clipper and clipped him from top to bottom. Like, there were no scissors involved. She said that my dog wiggles around when he was being clipped. So that's why there was a random clip scar on his butt. I didn't think much of it. So I went home and showed my family. They were so upset and wanted to call the store right away yet they were closed. We decided to sleep on it, and call the next day to see if they would rectify the problem. The next day, we call and we ask to speak to the manager. It was the same lady that we spoke to the day prior. We tell her the problem, and she asks if she could call back. So, we let her. (I guess so they could think up of an excuse or discuss something?) She calls back, and we ask for a refund and this is not right. We are not happy with the service and that the groomer just took a clipper and shaved him down. We asked why the groomer took a #3 clipper to his back? She yells back in retaliation that our dog moved around a lot and blamed my dog. (Now kind you, like I've said we've brought my large dog at least two times. This being the third time and my little dog 4-5 times.) I continue to ask for a refund, but she offers a "coupon" for the next time. I told her there would not be a next time because I am never coming back! And then she said, "well, be lucky that we didn't charge you for a de-shed." Excuse me? In customer service, the first rule is to not argue with he customer nor do you challenge them in any way. We were merely caught in an incident where we were not happy with the grooming service and wanted our money back after the many years of being a customer here. I tell her that she was making a mistake. She should rectify this problem and it's simple. Instead she continued to make excuses and lie about not using the clippers. The owner or manager who reads this will most likely disagree with my statement. But I am telling you, if you've ever been in a horrible situation like this where you paid almost a $100 for a service plus treats, to an establishment and been a 15 year customer and was treated this way... You too would feel hurt in your heart and your loyalty to a business destroyed. It felt like all the cakes and money spent meant nothing. read more
