Morrie, a Brittany Spaniel and LENNIE and Penelope both labradoodles. they were awesome from the start. we have since lost Morrie and they were very kind and sweet to me when they had learned Morrie had passed .We have sincemoved to Lake Havasu City. I still make the trip to Las Vegas to take the dogs to be pampered and groomed. it is totally worth the two and a half hour drive. Will , Carla & Stephanie and the entire staff at Snooty Pets have been fabulous from day one. my parents now as well take their dog Phoebe for a couple hours of pampering as well. I don't trust my dogs with just anyone and to know that they are in good hands there and I can make an afternoon of shopping and lunch, dog free and worry free, again makes the trip totally worthwhile. We have been going to Snooty Pets for over 9 years. My dogs always have a little matting and they cut/shave the matted area. After 9 years they want to charge a ridiculous amount to get the matted area out? We have 3 dogs and I'm very clear how I want them cut. My littlest dog has never been anywhere but Snooty Pets and her cut was not as requested. So I was charged more and 1 of my 3 was not correct. How dare you write back such a snooty comment (no pun intended). My 3 pound chihuahuas ears was seperated at the right side in to two parts on the corner, enough that the vet had to stitch him up for 2 weeks to try and make it heal (you guys put a lot of cream on him when I picked him up, and assured me that it was just a nick and it will stop bleeding right away). I believe the hospital was durango animal hospital, and the nurses even told me that you guys even had an account with them. To top it all off, the hospitals collection agency called me a few months after. They demanded that we pay the hospitals past due surgery fees. After a very long explanation I was able to direct them back to your store. The entire experience was a nightmare, and I cant believe you had the nerve to reply back to my fiance like she was not telling the truth or that she was over exggagerating. Facts are: my puppy had a visible seperation cut on his ears and it was bleeding. He got stitches. He healed. We received collection calls from the hospital. Thats it. read more

I have never needed a groomer for my large dog, but when I got my puppy it was clear he was going to be a different story (he's a chihuahua/Maltese mix so he has hair!). Since the first time I brought him in the staff have been amazing! Finally set him up for a real trim this time and he looks adorable with shorter hair. They always offer some of the treats that are available from their bakery when I pick him up and show a genuine interest in the well-being of the dogs they care for. I usually go to Prince and Princess puppies and boutique, but they're currently relocating. I decided to try somewhere new. The staff was extremely friendly and very attentive, but I can't help but compare them to Prince and Princess. Here, I had to pay $35 compared to Prince and Princess for $25 for just a bath and brush. Snooty Pets also didn't let me choose a bow and just stuck a random one in for me. Her ears still have some wax and there is no hair removal included. She got a sanitary cut, but it wasn't as clean as Prince and Princess does it. Nails, pads and face are trimmed nicely and she is super fluffy and soft. :) read more

This place has such a great staff. I have a senior dog and they always address her needs and she comes home looking great. Snooty Pets is the only place I will take my dog. Their prices are comparable with many other dog groomers in Vegas, but their facilities seem a lot nicer. They will get your dog done in 2-4 hours and you can make appointments for the afternoon. The boutique has some great sales! I always check out the sales rack and sweater bins. The bakery has FRESH dog treats, many are meat-based and my dog loves everything they make. Advice: -Call a couple days ahead for appointment, especially if you want a Saturday groom. This place is booked full on some days. - Don't pay the extra $10 for the "Teachers Pet" package. I did this a few times thinking my little dog would be happier hanging out with the groomer instead of being in a cage. BUT I saw her cowering under the table while another large dog was being groomed when I picked her up. They are too busy to hang out with your dog and it is probably safer in a cage. - BUY THE TURKEY BURGERS! My dog goes crazy for them! read more

Just moved to Vegas from San Diego so was eager to find a good grooming stop. Took my chihuahua-terrier-beagle mix for a nail trim on July 4th, so grateful they were open! Everyone was friendly and very understanding. My little guy isn't easy when it comes to getting his nails trimmed but they handled him great. Will return again for sure. read more

So I saw this place on here (Yelp) and decided I wanted to give them a try. They were able to squeeze me in the same morning which I was very fortunate about. I came and brought my dog they estimated me a price $55 as my dog is slightly bigger than medium, but she's not really a large. I thought it was okay, it is a little pricer than I have paid in the past but was willing to go with it. I even added on additional services like a moisture conditioning treatment, nail filing, and teeth brushing for $12 (Fou Fou package). Initially I was impressed the groomer came out (Sydney) and introduced herself, we talked about the cut and off I went. I get a call when she is done and the groomer admitted over the phone that she cut/scraped the inside of my dogs inner thigh. Honestly I was a little worried as this has never happened to me before. I appreciated the honesty and told her that I would check it out when I got to the shop as I do understand that accidents happen. When I got there another lady at the register knew that my dog had been the one that got injured so she only charged me 50% of my services. I was very glad that they compensated me in some way without me having to ask. Sydney, the groomer came out with my dog and overlooked the cut/scrape and it was not bad but not good either. She had put some neosporin on it and gave me the card to their vet just in case I got worried or wanted to have the vet overlook it. (All costs assumed under them as I was told) seeing the superficiality of the injury I decided to observe her as we got home and I could tell it did bother her as she was babying the leg and would tend to it here and there. I don't believe in just being negative and talking bad about the place and will not rate them poorly. I was hurt that they injured my dog and for that I paid for my service (no tip) and left, but I appreciated the honesty and integrity that they upheld with their services. My dogs hair cut was up to par also so that's why I still would give them three stars. People make mistakes, and accidents happen. So it is what it is. read more

I took a dog to Snooty Pets last Friday morning. This poor pup had been trying to survive alone on the streets. I went down to east Vegas and rescued him. Took this poor, foul smelling mess to my vet, then on to Snooty Pets. This dog was filthy,matted, and did I mention he stunk to high heaven. The staff at Snooty Pets didn't skip a beat. They welcomed him as if he was a little prince. They did an amazing job on him. When I picked him up he looked so clean and happy. I am so upset! I have been a long term customer of snooty pets and I came home to this! My husband picked my service dog up after he had a spa day! I loved snooty pets treats, cakes, collars, and grooming. I have spent over 1 thousand dollars easily in the past 7 months! Holiday treats birthday presents etc. I have referred people here even. Today I called to ask for a refund and a reason as to why my dog had a chunk of fur missing which is clearly a wrong clipper blade. All I wanted was some respect, decent customer service and honesty. However, I was left in the dust feeling pretty low being told I was lucky he turned out like this even because he was "moving" here are a few facts about grooming 1.) moving dogs don't create a perfect 3 inch straight line 2.) my dog is well trained and with a stand command will let anyone do anything. 3.) why are clippers near his hips when I specifically said hand scissors only (I don't want his double coat ruined) 4.) Moe didn't move or they could show me this on a video! 5.) Clippers don't cut like this, if Moe truly moved. Moe would have a gash not a oops blade cut. 6.) regardless of anything what happened to common courtesy? Why was I yelled at ? Yes I got upset after I was told I was lucky 7.) I'm not lucky to have spent 70$ plus a large tip. Either way I just wanted the truth and I wanted to refund what was wrong. I am a decent human and I have no issues tipping for services even if they aren't perfect. I understand we are all human, but this is just annoying. I used to get my dog groomed at my vet, but I no longer do because the lady who was working there could not accommodate to the style we wanted. We have a Poodle/Bichon mix, but we like to have him cut like a Bichon rather than a Poodle. We decided to give Snooty Pets a try and now we are regulars! When we first went there to get Simba groomed, they showed us various pictures that we could select from. They also wrote down all of the specifics and helped us select the cut. Carla always does a great job! Once she's done and we want some changes, she is always willing to do so. The staff is super nice and they always give Simba some treats or an extra treat when we purchase from their bakery. We also love the salmon dog food available in the fridge. We like to mix it with his regular food, and our dog loves it! Overall, great service, friendly staff, and skilled groomers! read more

My four legged roomie needed some grooming done. Found Snooty Pets from a deal on Living Social. I think it was like $12 for $25? Something like that. I couldn't resist of not buying one and I've heard of good things about this place. Plus, Max needed his fat butt washed. Made an appointment and dropped off Max. They gave me an eta of 3-4 hours. Left, took a nap at home (not having Max to interrupt me on my nap was great). Picked up Max. OMG poor boy, he was in a kennel crying. He needs space for his fatness. But it's okay he smelled great. Walked around the store and picked up some treats for him. He likes the turkey burger one but this boy prefers peanut butter cookies. They take great care of my two canine family members. Both seem to be happy with their bath and toenail clipping. One of my Boston's is not particularly outgoing and doesn't like many people other than me and she tolerates this environment well because they are so caring and gentle with her nervous soul. The other girl seems to enjoy her experience. They are always treated to a Turkey Ball for their troubles and I sometimes buy extra for my friends canine family. We are kind of stuck on certain treats and haven't tried many, but the dogs have loved all of the treats we have tried. read more

First I want to say that my dog loves the Turkey Burgers..so those treats get a 10/10 The turkey burgers are soft, moist, and smell so good that you will want to eat them. They also freeze well if you want to stock up like we do. Grooming: I have a Rat Terrier w/ short hair and smooth coat so no trimming or cutting is needed. She gets a bath, nails filed, and her teeth brushed. I have always been extremely satisfied w/ the service and care my dog receives at Snooty Pets. I have been a loyal customer since 2005 and have never had any complaints or issues. Great friendly staff and they offer a "Teacher's Pet" option to add to your service where they won't put your dog in a cage. I personally choose this option so my dog doesn't have to be in a cage. They know my dog by name when we walk in the door even when they aren't expecting us...we pop in for the Turkey Burgers when we are in the area. The owner takes pride in the Salon and it shows. Wow! They are fantastic!!! We were referred by friends and so I brought my 4 month old Coton De Tulear to them to get groomed and they did a wonderful job on my very timid puppy. I paid the extra $10 to keep him with the other dogs and not in a cage and it was worth it. When I came back to pick Finn up he was happily seated in a basket with a couple of other cute dogs. They did a great job on his haircut. He went from looking like a moving mop to an adorable puppy all in a couple of hours! The staff is super friendly and knows what they are doing. He looks amazing! This has been my go to groomer for couple of years now and they always do a wonderful job with my dog. I have a blind toy poodle and his groomer, Kathy, always does a wonderful job with him. I get the teddy bear cut for my pupper and I have no complaints. Their treats must be good because my dog seems to LOVE them. Make sure you schedule your appointment because some groomers can be booked throughout the week! The place seems clean and a cool environment for your pets. The only thing that might bother some people is the smell. Since they do bake their treat I assume it might be caused from that. It's not a bad smell or anything, just something different caused most likely by the treats that they bake. Overall if you're looking for a new groomer this is the place to go! read more

The girl at the front counter has ZERO personality. Nobody seems happy. Two baths and a groom. When i picked my puppy dog up the groomer told me she scratched her eye. Love this place. I have Pitbulls & the staff didn't look at them in a bad way that most people do. They came and loved up on my sweet doggys like I wish everybody would do. The pricing is quite reasonable. The hats for birthdays we're roughly 9 dollars or so, but they broke instantly. The boutique and staff are nice enough. They have neat products and sales on merchandise. My favorite feature is that they offer to have your pet not placed in the kennel, for a fee. We brought our Shih-Tzu here right after she was rescued from The Animal Foundation. We thought it too cruel to place her in the kennel after her ordeal of being abandoned. She greatly appreciated not being placed in the kennel on her trips here. We stopped coming here after we got our little girl back with the "bib" we specified we wanted cut completely off was not cut and she was full of perfume. We specified "no perfume". My girlfriend has terrible allergies. When my girlfriend mentioned these two disappointments to the manager as she rang her up the manager (at that time), said "Oh well." My girlfriend was so angry. We are never going back there again; not for the gourmet treats, dog food or clothes we used to purchase there. We have another girlfriend who says that manager is not there any more. Finding a good groomer is like trying to find a good mechanic or hair stylist its really hard! I saw this place numerous times since its across the street from my house so I decided to pop in. When I walked in I was not greeted and had to wait for the owner to get off the phone which was obviously a personal call. So I wait and browse. Finally about 10 mins later she asked if I needed help. I wanted to know how much an all over shave for my medium lenghth border collie lab mix would be. $110 bucks! Seriously? Seemed pretty steep. So I thank her and decide to buy some goodies for my chihuahua. When the owner asked what kind of dog I had while ordering the cookies she felt it was nessacary to ask why I would feed a chihuahua gourmet treats!! How is that any of her buisness?? read more
