There is a reason the line is out the door every weekend and snooze. The menu is creative and the food is tasty. I ordered the corned beef hash, the breakfast was tasty and sized perfectly. 2 eggs, corned beef hash. Real good. I made the mistake of upgrading my side for 5.99 from toast to pumpkin pancakes. It was like dessert for breakfast, too sweet, upset my stomach, and made want to take a nap. There are lighter / healthier options on the menu, I'd definitely order different next time. read more

I love Snooze! I try to come here every time I'm in town. They have a wonderful brunch menu, and some fun boozy brunch drinks. I've had an egg aversion lately, not sure why, but I was really appreciative that tofu could be substituted in most of their egg dishes. They have a really extensive breakfast menu and both vegan and vegetarian options for most of the dishes. I got their tofu scramble and toast and their delicious hash browns which comes in like a hash brown patty and is light and delicious and perfectly salty. We sat at the bar, so we were able to be seated right away. I'm not sure how long the wait was for a table, but it's usually fairly busy. They had a blood orange vodka drink that was DELICIOUS! I was looking forward to brunch at Snooze - it was my favorite place when I lived in Chandler. I used to LOVE this place!!! Very disappointing experience this time. My favorite vegetarian eggs Benedict's were replaced with quite tasteless Mashed Avocado Beni. My tea was ok but I wasn't able to finish it - the staff started cleaning the bar area and I was chased away by the pungent smell of cleaning products they were using - so strong that I had to abandon my table and my tea and leave. My wife and I went to this location and ordered corned beef hash and shrimp and grits and to say it was TERRIBLE would be a vast understatement. The corned beef was overcooked and as dry as cotton. They brought out a half-teaspoon of jam to cover two full slices of unbuttered roast. The shrimp and grits was supposed to have a Creole sauce and was a complete disaster. It definitely can from a can, something the manager denied. If that was not enough the wait staff was dismissive and detached from their primary function which is to enhance the customer experience. Hits all the high marks for a great breakfast place, open early, great food, great prices, and friendly and professional staff. There is a distinct direction on the food that is unique but doesn't go too far. Plenty of comfortable booth type seating. Noise level was appropriately low. I was seated immediately. A trusty brunch spot with great flight options! I came to this location a couple times when I lived in the area and always left feeling very full and satisfied. I love trying a little bit of everything, so having benedict and pancake flights available is truly heaven on earth for me. It's definitely best to come off hours if you can - otherwise expect some very long waits on Sat and Sun prime brunch times! Standard service and pricing all around as well. As a vegan from Los Angeles, I'm used to finding healthy, satisfying breakfast options with ease--and Snooze used to be one of my go-to spots when visiting Phoenix. Their vegan pancakes and plant-based plates were actually some of the best I've had, making breakfast out enjoyable even away from home. But today, I'm sitting here sad and hungry, wondering... why were the vegan options removed? Food is great. Prices are fair. The biggest issue is the ambiance--it's loud and very crowded at peak times. Often a long wait.

This snooze gave me the ick so so bad, there was a server who literally has 3 inch acrylic nails and was serving food which is so unsanitary the eggs were so liquidy (scrambled btw) the servers were so bizarre having us pass the drinks and food down to each other and overall just were very lazy with the service. Don't get me wrong i freaking love snooze i usually go to the tempe location but was switching it up and will defs not be going to this one i genuinely do not trust that they wash their hands there. read more

We've been Snooze fans for many years and have enjoyed many of breakfast at different locations. In Arizona, we come to this location the most frequently, but the service is always mediocre. A large majority of the servers come by the minimal amount to check on you, and are never that friendly. It's not uncommon to get very few if no refills on these expensive beverages without chasing someone down. It's pretty disappointing. Always fast to check you out though to flip the table. The food is usually consistent and of good quality. Their newer rewards program is fun, and has some good deals. That's what keeps us coming back, because it certainly isn't the service. Benedict's are always delicious and the varieties of pancakes are yummy. We've also enjoyed the breakfast tacos and seasonal specials. The remodel looks nice. read more

I woke up with a wicked craving for blueberry pancakes and snooze helped me kill it. Used the app to put our names in line so when we arrived we were seated straight away. I ordered the blueberry pancakes and they were cooked to perfection. Good ratio of berries to cakes as well. My wife got the seasonal chilaquiles and said they were wonderful. Lastly we split the sriracha bacon and easily could've crushed a few orders of those. Highly recommended. read more

Updating my review from a while back. I understand it was a Sunday brunch, but cleanliness is top priority for me. We were called that our table was ready, food leftover on the chair and the bench, pretty gross. I assume they wiped the food off the table on to the chair and bench. Service was good, our server was prompt and attentive. Payment was a disaster, my friend paid using the QR code on our table, but it was assigned to another table, thankfully the attentive server came and reversed the payment and asked us to pay again. Food was good, no complains there. Will have to reconsider coming back here on a weekend, the cleaning staff needs to pay attention to what they're doing. read more

just wanted to share my experience :) my friend and i went over to snooze to get some brunch, we get there around 2:50 and yes we shouldve known they closed at 3:30. anyways we went in and the first thing they said was "we close in 30 btw" mind you it was before 3 and we didn't get a greeting or nothing. me being nice i apologize and felt bad, we get seated and our server comes over and says "we close in 30 btw" and just aggressively gave us the menu. she proceeds to ask "any drinks to start off?" mind you we just sat down and my friend was looking at the menu trying to look for their drinks at least for 10 seconds and the server says "alright i'll just get you guys water." so we rush and knew what we wanted within a minute and they took our order 15 minutes later. funny. so then 2 more people came in well after 30 minutes and gets seated and welcomed. they weren't rushed at all and it wasn't a good experience after all. our server was also to busy talking and didn't give us our check for awhile. when she did, she slammed it on the table and walked away. never will i be coming back!! btw there was 4 other people including the 2 who walked in 30 minutes after we did. read more

came here with a group of 7 on Saturday morning and were sat in about 15 minutes (there was a nordstrom rack right next door that we poked around in ). the coffee was functional and kind of expensive. 7/10. i got the bacon sandwich and it was pretty good for what it was. a little bit spicy but probably wouldn't get again. 6/10. my friends got some pancakes that looked amazing and i think was definitely the way to go. i wish i would've ordered something else and i think the review would've been higher read more

Great breakfast food and large menu. My husband loves a big egg breakfast and Snooze did not disappoint.

My very first time at a Snooze was here in Phoenix. My coworker and I were looking for a brunch place before our flight back home. The closest Snooze to me for the longest time was the Tustin location, which is over 35 socal miles away, and they always had a super long wait time. When I saw there was a Snooze here, I seized the opportunity to have it! I love the retro vibe inside. I love that they're open super early (we got there by 7am on a weekday). I love that they're open til around 2pm each day, so you can have brunch any day of the week. I love the entire philosophy of the brand--to run the restaurant during those early breakfast and brunch hours so that their workers can work a full-time shift and still have time to spend time with their kids and families. And of course, the icing on the cake is the food. I tried the crab cake benedict--the crab cakes were delicious and the egg was perfectly poached. And then I had to try a pancake, and my coworker happened to have jacks rewards, so we got a cinnamon roll pancake. This pancake was one of the best pancakes I've ever had. The outside is crisp, inside is fluffy. It came with some pecans and cream cheese topping. It was cinammony and perfect. First time being at snooze this morning. What a cute little place decorated in retro unique designs. There is a full bar for all of your brunch lovers. I didn't wanna eat a lot. I just wanted some fresh orange juice and a very basic breakfast. I had eggs toast, bacon, and hash browns it was delicious. The hashbrowns came as a little hash brown cake, round and plated. perfectly it's in the old colonnade mall for those of you that are natives. You'll have to try this place it was fresh.
