Friends and I loved this place a lot! So much so that we came here twice within a span of five days, so this review will cover both of those visits. For the first instance, it was on a Friday evening close to 8pm, and for the second we came back on a Thursday evening around 7pm. Interior feels bright but also very minimal; walls are of neutral colors reminiscent of an ice cream parlor, and there are several tables and some window seating to enjoy your stuff. This place not only serves ice cream but also drinks from Tra Viet Coffee and Tea, the same store found in Renton near Gene Coulon Park. I had there back in 2020 during the worst parts of the pandemic, so I actually have very fond memories of enjoying drinks from there when the masses and I suffered from cabin fever because of the quarantines. Okay, I digress. On the first visit, our server was extremely patient with us and allowed my two friends and me to try as many flavors as we wanted; she even gave me other flavors to try while I was discussing with my friends on what flavors we wanted. I had tried their Kentucky bourbon, and she offered me a maple whiskey, which was a pretty smart move to get me to almost grab that flavor for the 4-scoop dine-in only ice cream flight the three of us planned to get. After trying so many flavors, we got the following four: - Mango sorbet: our least favorite but really only because it's sorbet. Flavor profile wise, this tasted very much like fresh mangoes and is perfect for anyone not wanting too much lactose. - Ube: very standard ube, still really good. - Root beer: tasted exactly like root beer as advertised. Didn't think it's work well as an ice cream flavor by itself. - Cookie monster: essentially cookies and cream flavor with some Chips Ahoy bits and a turquoise color. This was my second personal favorite. - S'mores: yes we actually got five! Our server gave us this one for free and none of us actually sampled this beforehand. This flavor collectively ended up being our most favorite for its neutral vanilla base along with the not-so-subtle taste of cinnamon and chocolate as expected of s'mores. During the second visit, I came back and instead got their Tra-based drinks. Love how they each came in a plastic soda can just like Tra's Renton location: - Mango matcha: layering of the drink was so aesthetically pleasing. Matcha was at the top, followed by milk and a small but still really sweet mango puree at the bottom. Perhaps the amount of ice drowned the grassy tones that the otherwise ceremonial-grade matcha would have had but I could still taste it regardless. - Strawberry matcha: my friend's choice of drink. Same things as the mango matcha though I did love the strawberry puree here a lot as well. Overall drink is very fresh. Both my visits here were great, and both their ice cream and drinks hit very well! This might become a regular place for me to come back to whenever I visit this part of Kirkland. read more

Nice ice cream shop to try! It's also a cafe with Viet coffee and matcha and some food so that's cool as well! I had their cookies & cream ice cream with hot fudge and brownie bits and it was good. I enjoyed the sweetness of the ice cream. The hot fudge and brownie bits went well together. The toppings did cost $1.50 each so the total came out to around $10 which is a bit pricey. The portioning is alright as well. The service was good. The server was nice and helpful and we were able to try any flavor we were curious about. The ambiance was good. It was nicely organized and decorated. There's a decent amount of seating. However, for an ice cream shop, the cafe is decently formal. read more

tl;dr - delicious ice cream, sells boba, friendly staff This place recently opened and we've been waiting for a nice warm day to try it. It wasn't busy on a Tuesday afternoon but the staff was super friendly. The ice cream is really good here. My favorite is Cherry Amaretto Chip. But all the flavors I tried so far have been good. They also sell Tra Milk Tea here as well which is a neat surprise. They said they'll be soon carrying a bigger selection of drinks. I stopped by Snoqualmie Ice Cream on a sunny weekday afternoon. It's located in a walkable area with plenty of street parking nearby. The shop itself is clean. There aren't any tables inside, so you'll need to take your ice cream to-go. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They have a wide assortment of flavors that you can sample for free. The flavors I tried were okay - some were a little icy. I decided to order the Cookie Monster flavor, but apparently Cascade Mountain Blackberry is also popular. In addition, the spoons bent easily when trying to eat the ice cream. Perhaps they can consider wooden spoons instead. Prices were reasonable and it's in a good location. read more

Walking in, such a welcoming place. The air conditioning, the friendly staff and array of cooling drinks makes my uncomfortable heat drop instantly. I usually do not have ice cream desserts. The warm weather here has made me crave coolness. The verity of ice cream flavors they have, is wonderful. Plus, they also offer Asian style drinks, plus Trà Viet Coffee and Tea. Cold Vietnamese coffee and tea drinks are needed in 80 + weather. The berry flavors are so good here. And, salted caramel. I wish the expresso ice cream had a stronger punch of coffee flavor. I came here on Sunday. I was craving some ice cream and it was empty so I went in there and I got greeted by a woman and a man. They're very nice. I'm looking at the menu and everything is really reasonable for the price so I tried to ice cream flavors which was mango and banana cream pie I like the banana cream pie. It was very delicious. It was very creamy and I got a scoop. The woman that took care of me she provided the best customer service ever had. She was really really nice and take care of me which I really do appreciate that I will be coming back again.
