I really hate to put down a local business but I've come here too many times with consistent terrible service and bad food. I tried to give the place a chance many many times but I've come to terms. The service is extremely slow. I'm not sure if there are new owners or these are the originals, but they need to hire help. My qualms about the food is that 8/10 times the shrimp is pasty or overcooked. The meat is malnourished and pitiful. However I think the flavor of the boil is good. As far as the drinks, well for some stinking reason they never have chardonnay. They had a dessert menu but their machine was always broken or they weren't serving it. I suppose they finally got rid of the dessert menu altogether. Since I make a mean boil, I'll just make it at home rather than go out. The food was excellent. We ordered exactly what we wanted in our boil". Medium cajin was just right. Be sure to order bread for soaking up the juiced. The price was very reasonable. Had two really good experiences here. The king crab legs were cooked perfect. As well as, the shrimp and add ons. The Cajon was yummy. Server was nice and welcoming. This is more of a casual family setting. I would recommend trying! They also have boba and Thai tea. read more

First time trying this place. I'd say it's okay! Not bad but not the same as the boiling crab the lemon pepper fries were burnt and a little over seasoned. The actual sauce itself was ok, i got mild and it wasn't spicy at all which is fine. Comparing to boiling crab, their mild sauce has some kick to it which I thought would be similar. I ordered half pound shrimp and potatoes (which was just one big potatoes cut not little potatoes like tbc) & 2 corns and it was about $21. For $21 I would have rather gone to the boiling crab. However, the service is 10/10. Everyone was very nice, friendly and polite. The place is not as busy as the boiling crab so that could be a plus too! There's way more options here for other foods so that's great for those who don't like seafood. read more

The service was good. But way too expensive for the quality you receive. Spent 140$ and the shrimp was rubbery. They charge you for every little thing. 3$ for one boiled egg is madness. The food here is really good and the servers go the extra mile to make sure your dining experience is a good one. My husband and I ate here yesterday. Their sauces were okay. We got the Cajun and a side of lemon pepper. They were both tasty but nothing out of the ordinary. We got 2 Ponds of crab and half a point of jumbo crab. They don't do half pound orders on the headless shrimp. Why not though? Because we get more shrimp when it's headless and you'll make less money? We also ordered the beignets. They were good but they didn't have any sauce for it. Whenever we get beignets from anywhere else it usually comes with chocolate sauce or a raspberry sauce and without it, the beignets weren't that great. It was just fried bread topped with powdered sugar. I also got some shaved ice. I tried to order the strawberry shaved ice with strawberries, mochi and condensed milk but wanted to change the shaved ice flavor from strawberry to the milk flavored shaved ice but they didn't have that flavor. I asked if I could get the green tea flavored shaved ice with the toppings that came with the strawberry one but they said they couldn't do that. They said if I were going to get the strawberry toppings I had to get the strawberry shaved ice with it which didn't make any sense to me because they had a "create your own" option. I would've gladly paid the extra 50 cents to get a different flavor of shaved ice. Then when I went to try my dessert, the strawberries were frozen hard! Not good at all. None of the TV's were on, most of their chairs had a little bump on the left side of the cushion that made sitting on them uncomfortable and it was freezing cold inside. Came here today for first time wit da fam. Thought it was Interesting concept of being a crab and shave ice joint so thought we'd try it out since not many options for Asian crab boil type food and this is a good option. We had to whole Dungeness crab and a pound of jumbo shrimp with the full house sauce and it was very tasty. No combo type options of seafood , potatoes, corn etc.. it's pretty much a la carte menu. We also had the garlic noodles which are very good. For the dessert we shared the strawberry shaved ice dessert which was good as well. Would I come back? Yes I would. A little pricey but I'm good with paying a little more for good food. See you next time. read more

I placed an order this morning for Super Bowl Sunday. The clams are 2lbs for $15.00. I get them all the time. Today I decided to get two orders and I sent my daughter to pick it up. She came home literally with one order. I called and the guy told me it was 4lbs in one bag. Walked in on 4th of July for a party of 2 and I walked in there was no greeting or estimated time of waiting. It's Philippino owned as well. Just people cleaning tables and finally the large party got seated before we did and there were many empty tables. Let's see if the food is good. So far I am not impressed with the service or maybe because there's only 1 cook and they are busy. Stay tuned folks...I'm hangry at the moment... I feel much better after eating. The fries are huge! What a disappointment. Pre frozen fruits on shaved ice. A year ago I ordered these and they were fresh and cut to order. I asked if they have any fresh fruits and they said no. $8 bucks for a horrible pre frozen shaved ice. All bad. Fries aren't even season. read more

I freakin' love this place! I came here the first time during COVID when you could still eat outside on their back patio. These days, you have to resort to take out, which is super efficient with them. Food comes out boiling hot and does not easily cool down on my 15 minute drive home. I love the crayfish, shrimp, clams, crab, etc. You can also add potatoes, sausage and corn to your bag to add more consistency. And you can choose your spiciness level. Even the mild already gets my nose runny, so no need for higher levels for me LOL. Price could be considered on the high end for some, but considering that it's fresh seafood per pound in a non-coastal town, I am more than happy that I am even able to get a good seafood boil in this area! read more

After seeing all the positive reviews here I decided to come here only to regret it. I had their calamari and it was really bad the breading was like cereal breading and it just fell off the calamari like nothing. My whole table was filled with the breading just breaking apart. I then ordered the shrimp and when I got the food the shrimps were very nasty, they aren't deveined so all of them still had the poop inside of them which destroys the flavor of the shrimp. The sauce was not good either they used like Smoky bbq sauce with like siracha and to make it gooey I think there is also corn starch. It's not your typical Cajun sauce. If you've eaten at like boiling crab or kicking crab you'll definitely be disappointed. We came here for the first time for my birthday party of 8. We called and made a reservation the same day. My family got here before the rest of the family at 1:00pm. So, we had ordered everyone's food at 1:15pm. My family finally got here at 1:30pm. They sat down and ordered a few drinks with boba. I've noticed that this place was getting packed by 1:45pm , and we haven't received our appetizers at 1:45pm. At 2:00pm our appetizers finally came but still no boba drinks for my family yet. I can tell that the waiter were getting overwhelmed. He is the only one sitting, taking order, cashier, making drinks and serving the foods. Overall he does it all except cooking. By 2:15 we still haven't received our order but everyone else have their orders. I didn't complaint because I didn't want to ruin my birthday but inside I was fuming. We finally got our food at 2:20, I'm like it took them 1 hour to make our food where everyone is finishing up with their food. We had received my grandson's popcorn chicken and it was mainly batter. Our potato was overcooked and the corn. We ate everything because we were so hungry but their sauce wasn't even hot at all and it was bland. I give this place a 3 star, and I do not recommend this place. Their service is very bad, I get it it's a family own restaurant but you need to hire people to give a better service to your customers and people are willing to come back over and over into your restaurant, do better. read more

Had not been in a while and was somewhat disappointed thus evening. The staff are still super nice and good flavor to the food. However, I was shocked to pay nearly $20 for the tiniest, baby lobster tail I have ever seen. Being from two seafood capitals (Louisiana & Maryland), to experience medium size shrimp being passed off as JUMBO, not even large, was a bit too much. I am aware that Covid has affected far too many businesses, but this is not the answer. Perhaps a price adjustment for smaller items if that is all you can get right now. So, we weren't really sure what the set up was going to be due to COVID but we were hoping that they had outdoor seating. We are staying at one d the wineries so it just wouldn't be comfortable trying to take this type of food to our room to eat. Although very minimal, we were able to grab one of the tables fairly quickly. The waitress was great. It did take a while for the food to come out but it was worth it. They didn't have any snow crab but it was all good because we were going to order King crab anyway. We also ordered the jumbo shrimp, garlic bread, sausage, corn, and two sangrias. Everything was really good. I kem ally like my sauce super thick so I can scope it up with my crab. The sauce was not think, BUT the flavor was really good and I was still able to scope up some sauce with my food. Great food, reasonably priced for the quantity.
