I have gone several times, because it is literally up the street from my house, so I attempted to give it a chance on several occasions. They offer a limited amount of flavors. On my most recent visit they were cleaning and organizing the place still, so it took awhile to get my drink, mind you the place was not crowded. Glad to have found a spot that has rolled ice cream! I have been searching all over town and noticed this place is only 6 minutes away from where I work so it could be dangerous... I had been craving rolled ice cream for the longest so that's what I ordered without hesitation. I got the matcha green tea rolled ice cream, you are allowed up to 4 or 5 toppings. I think they should offer more topping options and even for an extra fee not be as stringent with the amount of toppings that go with ice cream. The ice cream tasted great no complaints there, but a little more flexibility with topping options and portions would be appreciated. I was surprised to see the variety of options they have on their menu with bubble tea, ice cream, and now another Poke spot I was not aware of was so nearby. Since its so close to the office I'm sure I will visit again and was satisfied with the taste of their ice cream and variety of options they have to choose from. First off there's a small menu: teas, poke bowls, and ice cream. I ordered a green tea with boba for my son and myself. The taste was flavorful. Good mix of green tea to milk but the boba was a bit undercooked. I ordered a spicy tuna poke bowl and my son had the rice bowl with shrimp tempura. Tuna was was well seasoned. Rice was a generous portion (like two meals worth) and there were several toppings available you can add. My son had the "stir fried" ice cream. Meaning the ice cream was mixed on a frozen plate a la Cold Stone. With an addition of chocolate syrup, it was spread thin, cut into 5, and rolled up. Topped with marshmallows and gummy bears, it was a sizeable snack. Service was fine with the gentleman behind the ice cream counter especially pleasant. Visited here after wanting to try something new while visiting Orlando. The uniqueness of the ice cream and the addition of food in the same place was what made us wanna visit. We were greeted warmly and sat ourselves. The seating area is small but enough for a short visit. We started with poke bowls(pronounced pokay by the way and originated in Hawaii). I had the spicy tuna with rice, seaweed salad, crab salad, sesame seeds, avocado and spicy mayo. The "avocado" was really those little round guacamole cups you get from the supermarket when you didn't make fresh guac. It would be MUCH better to have fresh avocado slices or chunks. It was good though. Then, we had the ice cream rolls. They pour whatever flavor cream you choose on a cold metal slat and mix in your choice of topping. Then, they lay it out flat again and roll it into 5 pirouettes and add more toppings of your choosing if you so desire. I had matcha/green tea with Oreo cookies mashed in, whipped cream and a strawberry on top. It tasted like regular ice cream. But, the experience was pretty cool. It'd be better with small bits of strawberries but, I know they use those to mash into the ice cream so, maybe some separately for use as a topping. The whole time, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were MANY visitors and all seemed to love it. Everyone records their ice cream rolls being made. Not very clean. The cooking area was messy looking. The block they make the ice cream was cleaner. I do think since it is uncovered it should be scraped or washed before using for new customer in case hair or dust settled. They poured my ice cream fluid on the block and it was fun to watch. That being said , I Talked to the girl about ingredients to make sure it was going to be gluten-free. I explained her what gluten was and she said only cream and green tea go into this ice cream. So I don't know if that's not the truth or perhaps there was gluten on the block they rolled it on, but I did get a bad reaction so I know It had gluten in someway. I will not return. The other flavors might be delicious but I only had the one experience to base my review on, and it was bad enough I don't want to return. Someone else said it was cheap ice cream. I don't know what you consider cheap ice cream but mine was 650-ish after tax. I offered it to my daughter thinking a child would eat it just because it's more sugar but she threw it away and didn't like it either. This is an amazing place! Their sushi rolls are super fresh and delicious. What's most amazing is their boba drinks since they are very refreshing and are at a great price. These costs $3-$4 (depending on the size), which is significantly less then other sellers and they even keep the quality! I feel like my review may not count, but here we go. We were wanting some boba and Poké bowls. We came in when it had opened. The lady was turning the TVs on and stuff, which is fine since you just opened. We look at the menu on the blackboard and it says flavors and such, but not even indicating what it was for... We get the Poké bowl menus and the lady comes over and tells us that the rice will be another 30 minutes. We were not waiting for 30 minutes for rice. I wanted boba, so I asked where the boba flavors were and she said the boba would be ready in 1 hour. So we left, when you open all of your food and such should be cooked and ready to serve, especially when you open at lunch time. Rolled ice cream is something that has been popping up in a lot of places and after looking through yelp I stumbled upon Snow City Ice Cream which was fairly close to me. I not only wanted to come here because of the ice cream but because I saw pictures of sea salt milk tea. The store itself is fairly decent sized although I do have to say the decor of it all is a little sparse but I think it's fairly new so always time for improvement. I was disappointed to find out that they no longer offered sea salt milk tea so i ended up with just getting a strawberry rolled ice cream with mochi, whipped cream, lychee popping pearls, and fresh strawberries. When I asked for fresh strawberries I was expecting a decent amount in the cup but after sitting down to eat it I realized that it was just half of a strawberry. The ice cream itself was okay. I'm not sure if it was just the flavor that I chose but it tasted almost as if it was an artificial strawberry taste. Overall the ice cream wasn't anything amazing and it wasn't horrible and I have definitely had better. I'm not sure if I would go out of my way to eat here again anytime soon but I will give it another try with maybe a different flavor sometime in the future read more

The place is clean and the ice cream and boba is superb. they even have a fruity pebbles flavor boba tea that one of the staff members created on accident! This place is a true experience. I've never had ice cream like this and the staff really know what they're doing. It's perfect every time! the flavors are awesome! the strawberry cheesecake is my favorite. They chop up fresh strawberries and a slice of cheese cake and put it in the ice cream! It's awesome! I usually don't get strawberry flavored ice cream because I'm not too keen on the artificial taste, but there is nothing artificial about this taste. its freshly chopped strawberries!! The shop is in an excellent location if you live in the west side of orlando or are on vacation at our local theme parks! Even if you do live a bit farther I would say it's well worth the trip. This place is also incredibly service dog friendly! they always make me and my service dog feel welcomed! I will never go to another ice cream shop again, and i am an avid twistee treat lover.
