We stopped here on a whim as we were driving by. We all enjoyed it. The restaurant is clean (including the restrooms). Overall we'd return, but had a few issues. We ordered some lunch specials. The miso soup was very flavorful, and sushi tasted fresh. The salad dressing in my bento box was really good too. I ordered a boba tea, and while it tasted great, they let me know the boba wasn't ready and I'd have to wait 11 minutes. Our waiter also had a bit of a body odor when he got close. But he and everyone else were nice. Loved looking at the anime action figures and statues on the shel

Decided to try this place out when searching for a sushi place near in the area. They do have hibachi but keep in mind, it is not cooked in front of you. However, I will say all of the foods I ordered were amazing. The quality and the taste was excellent. This is more of a laid back style restaurant and I will definitely be coming again. The service we well. The interior and decor provide a genuine and authentic experience!

We arrived on a Saturday around 2 o'clock in the afternoon. The location is definitely located right near Pine Hills and in front of the Walmart there. There is plenty of parking and when we arrived, it was fairly quiet. The location had an odd fish smell which we assumed must be from prep they were doing for dinner. My husband opted for the steak fried rice. It was a huge serving. We ended up taking half of it home but we loved how much steak there actually is in the fried rice. We also love that the fried rice included corn carrots, things that we typically don't see in fried rice. The flavor was on point. I opted for the chicken Ramen. Chicken was very tender, although it did lack a little seasoning. The broth of the Ramen was beautiful, very light. The noodles were cooked well and loved the bamboo shoots and the edamame that was added in it. Again, another huge serving size , so I'm glad I took my appetite. I also tried the peach green tea and it was good. I wish some of the peaches that were cut up and put into it were a little bit riper.

The Metro West area in Orlando doesn't have the most authentic eats but this place helps with the craving for ramen. Sapporo izakaya & ramen is tucked away in this strip mall and don't judge a book by its cover because the area is not that fancy, but inside had cool japanese decor and ample seating. The ramen was satisfactory and good portions. The karage or what they call "popcorn chicken" was mid and didn't have much flavor, but it came with sweet thai chili sauce at least. Garlic edamame was tasty, hard to mess that up. Both the curry ramen and their tokyo tonkotsu shoyu was decent, but missing a flavor component like more broth or salt. The pork katsu was nice and crunchy and a good protein. We were the only customers when we walked in and was sat down by the owners child which we found funny. Again, not bad for quick ramen, but I don't see myself driving out of the way for.

Had a nice lunch sushi buffet, very decent price $ 18.95. Sushi were fresh and yummy, presentation was not the best thus. The shrimp tempura was the best!!! And sesame balls were excellent, crispy and perfect size. The waitress was very nice. Will come back again

Checked out Sapporo for lunch this week with my coworker because I've been craving ramen so bad. Upon coming in we were greeted and sat fairly quickly. They have booth style seating which I loved! There's also some bar seating arrangements. I decided to order the spicy Kyushu tonkotsu and my coworker picked out a bento box from their lunch special. The ramens broth has a decent flavor but the egg was over cooked compared to other ramen eggs I've had. Overall, it was just okay. I've heard great things about Sapporo so maybe I was just expecting too much. I think I would return because menu prices were great but maybe I'll try something else next time. Their service is outstanding which stood out a lot and we loved our teas!

My friends and I came to try this place after seeing it on TikTok. The interior was very nice and clean, and we were seated immediately. Our servers of the night were friendly and answered our questions of the menu the best they could. I enjoyed the food that I ordered, but a few of my friends did not enjoy their ramen. Overall, I liked the experience but that opinion was not shared by everyone at my table.

Interior design was great, customer service was great, and the dumplings and potatoes we got were good, but honestly the ramen broth was not traditionally what I expect when getting Tonkotsu broth. It tasted very herbal and not very rich, but other than that it was a great experience! May be different for the other ramen options

I went on a Sunday night and was seated immediately near the bar. I thought about doing the boba tea or sake for my drink, but settled for the Ramune melon soft drink since it was reasonably priced for 3.50. My server helped me open the drink and it had a good melon flavor, but it was artificially flavored and had high fructose corn syrup. I did the Tonkotsu Shio ramen for my soup. It came at a reasonable time and had a nice whiff of the pork flavor when it arrived. However, the broth could have been more flavorful, even with the black garlic that I ordered. However, the toppings were good, especially the bamboo shoots, seaweed, and corn. The egg was really good as well, and the pork was acceptable. The fish cake (kamaboko) was a nice addition as well. The noodles felt like instant noodles. Just the right amount of potions, but I didn't finish the broth since it was lacking flavor. However, I was given a complimentary chicken gyoza from what looked to be a chef or owner. There was a nice amount of flavorful minced chicken inside the fried pastry. It was a nice appetizer overall. The service was good, but my female server could have been a bit more cheerful. She wasn't rude, but she seemed a bit irritated with some questions I had. She was mostly friendly though and thanked me for coming afterwards. The chef/owner was more cheerful. The atmosphere was small and casual. It first looked like a counter service restaurant with a small amount of tables, but I was happy to see this too have full table service. I believe the bar area was where the chef made the soups. The music seemed to be boring Japanese pop music, and it was playing quietly such that the TV and video game was more audible. It's more of a neighborhood restaurant atmosphere. While I find this restaurant not as amazing as Domu or Jinya, it is still a good ramen shop in the Metrowest area. It is close to the Walmart complex, so it can be a good place to enjoy boba tea as well after shopping. While this would not be my first choice for ramen, I will still visit when I want some ramen soup while being close to my parents house.

I wasn't a huge fan of the food it was all pretty salty. I had a taste of my friends ramen and I wasn't a fan of the broth at all. The waiter was super nice and helpful the food came out really fast too. They had dragon ball figures and a cool ramen robot in the front.

To start, they have a great Happy Hour 3-6 pm with a limited menu, but Sapporo drafts and local brews are under $5 each. That is a win right there. They also have beer and Sake flights. My Go to here is the Tonkotsu Black Ramen, but I have had the others and never a bad experience. There is something really welcoming about Jinya. I suspect they treat there staff well and hire the right people. Everytime I am here I feel like they are over staffed, but there are plenty of tables inside and out in this intimate venue. My two favorite happy hour dishes are the Salmon Pke Tacos and the Crispy Chicken. I used to live on Lake Eola Park and I so miss coming here. Glad I stumbled in here today.

The tofu was very soft and not my favorite in terms of flavor, but everything else in the Spicy Creamy V Ramen was delicious. I also tried the Impossible meat bao, but the texture of the meat was a bit too firm or overcooked for my liking, especially paired with the soft bao bun. That said, I would definitely come back to try other items on the menu, as there are so many options to choose from. Our server, Carl, was very friendly and attentive. I visited on a Friday evening, and the ambiance was relaxed yet lively, with plenty of groups enjoying dinner or drinks at the bar.

Most people in there are waiting for a table inside the main restaurant. Once we got called back, we sat at another bar area where you can see the kitchen. Very interesting layout. We started with the famous domu wings and I seriously will be thinking about the wings until I go back. So much flavor in those things. I love that the noodles are made in house so I wanted to try the ramen of course. I got the Richie Rich ramen which was tasteful but I wish you could choose to add some spice in it. Still great though. My sister got the tonkotsu with black garlic and she almost ate the entire thing. Also got some shishito peppers and that was also just as good as everything else. I kept seeing the lychee martini being ordered to I got that and it was as good as everyone mentioned. It does have popping boba at the bottom which I loved but I know not everyone likes it so just an fyi. My sister got the Roddy pom. The place is pretty small and they don't take reservations so be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes. We got there 25 minutes after opening and waited 40 minutes. I don't feel they do a great job explaining their menu to people who are unfamiliar with udon, especially cuz there are no pictures for them to see what they're ordering. Of the zensai (appetizers), I've tried the Tatsuta-Age, which was pretty tasty. Hot and crispy with good flavor. The udon is also top notch. They make it in house. Perfect chewy texture, what Taiwanese would call "QQ" I realized after my second visit that I still have not tried an udon with hot broth. I've tried the Spicy Miso Tan-Tan Udon, which was quite tasty, although a little on the richer/heavier side. I have also tried the Mentaiko Tsukimi Udon which was refreshing in the cold broth. I paired it with an add-on of sliced beef, which was delicious, they serve it on the side so you can add to whatever dish on your own. What I wouldn't recommend... The Viet Coffee with sesame foam and crushed sesame seeds was hard to drink. I loved the initial flavors but the foam got a little greasy and clumpy when mixed with the crushed sesame seeds, particularly toward the second half of the coffee. I wouldn't order it again. I would be interested to see any updates they've made recently but with so many new restaurants on Mills, I may choose those first.
