Well, I guess, I have a lot to say about Snow Orthodontics. I had the pleasure of visiting the Palmdale, Lancaster, the Encino and Valencia offices. After the terrible experience with Dr. Florman (see previous post), I was hesitant but drove all the way to Valencia and met with Dr. Snow. I remember I cried when he finished the consultation because I knewI had truly found a good and decent doctor that would indeed help me to finally have straight bottom teeth. Again, back then, Dr. Strom my (general dentist) GP (who totally did NOT need braces to me) but was trying Invisalign so that he could offer it to his patients. Well, I knew I had found the right doctor when Dr. Snow explained to me that he and his partner Dr. Azani were the experts on the cutting edge treatment of Invisalign and the orthodontists who were teaching GPs at seminars and conferences about how to properly use the Invisalign product. The Palmdale and Valencia offices over an hour drive for me, so, I talked Dr. snow into allowing me to change my trays every two weeks at home and to visit the office only once a month. That worked for a while, but, I grew tired of driving out to Valencia or farther to the Palmdale offices so, I started asking if Dr. Snow could meet me at the Encino office which was less than a 20 minute drive without traffic, but our scheduled conflicted and I only met him there once... So, I started driving to the Encino office and met with Dr. Azani. I think Dr. Snow has such great bedside manner with his patients and he is just so friendly that I kept comparing him to Dr. Azani, who has a very different style, not bad, just different. Particularly, most of the time, I saw his assistants and he would come over and briefly right before I left and say hello. I think he is more reserved and I respected that too. Unfortunately, when my trays were finished, I had straight teeth but my upper and lower smile mid-lines were very skewed. At first Dr. Azani kept trying to get me to focus on the teeth were no longer crowded but I insisted on seeing Dr. Snow, because it was VERY clear that the indeed teeth were straight but my smile was off... Dr. Azani indicated that at no additional charge, could correct the misalignment but that meant that I would have to wear Invisalign for another year or more... Ok, I started to cry and said, Look, I want to work with Dr. Snow but I do NOT want to drive out Palmdale or Valencia for another year... The initial treatment was expected to take about a year or year and half and that time had come and passed... This situation could have gone ALL bad. But within a week, Dr. Snow called me and said, they (both doctors) had agreed to give me a full refund and he explained that Invisalign does NOT charge for the second set of tray IF the patient completes the treatment and the results are not correct. I did my second year and a half of Invisalign with Dr. Strom. Today, I still miss Dr. Snow and his staff. I particularly liked that when I visited all the offices, they were always clean, welcoming, and I particularly grateful that in the middle of a recession, they did send the refund :-) Now that is integrity and character and something that money can not buy. Finally, today, I have a perfect smile with straight teeth. I really am thankful I had the opportunity to meet the teams at Snow Orthodontics. read more

I have been very pleased with the way Dr. Snow, Dr. Massih, and staff have dealt with my daughter. They have been encouraging and patient with a child who has some anxiety about going to the dentist but none about getting braces. For some reason she refused to pull some very loose baby teeth and cried every time we mentioned or asked if the dr. could just pull them out. So her wishes were respected until it really became very necessary to complete the next phase in her braces treatment. Dr. M. and Angie were very patient, comforting, and encouraging with my daughter and helped her to feel calm and at ease with the simple, quick procedure. Their methods are to be commended. Now she has her wires in and enjoying her braces. I would definitely recommended Dr. Snow and his staff to ALL my friends and family. They are well-trained and have amazing patient relations (and patience :)) They reassured my daughter all would be well and made some silly jokes to get her to laugh and not feel so anxious. Dr. Snow, all of the orthodontists, and staff have always been top notch. I would have to check, although I think I may have been among his first patients back in '72. The treatment only lasted a little over a year and I have perfectly aligned teeth to this day... My daughter went to him back in '92 and now my grandson who has a severe case of overbite and crowding. I would recommend his offices to anyone seeking a beautiful smile... God only knows the physical and mental issues I have avoided thanks to him and his staff! Thank you guys!!! read more

Thank you Dr Snow for all the great people in your Lancaster office. I wasn't sure this would be possible for me to get braces. I had no insurance and I'm a single mom working part time. Your office made the payments easy for me. I love Tracy who was always there for me and never made my silly questions feel silly. Brazillia works on me at my visits and is the sweetest, most caring person and I am never in pain. I am so greatful for Dr Snow for allowing me to move forward with my life with my new great smile. read more

Prompt, friendly service throughout the entirety of having my braces put on, adjusted, and eventually removed. Every one of them is fantastic with children. My favorite aspect is that they can and do explain what's going on throughout the process, including what they do when and why, and it's interesting to know what's going on. I had Erick for the latter portion of my time, including the debanding, and he provided just as excellent service as the rest. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I met with Vicky regarding my issue with my retainer. Vicky not only solved my problem, with my cracked retainer, she did it with a caring and understanding attitude. Went in to the Lancaster office to get a new retainer, Erick helped me out and was amazing. He was very welcoming, nice, patient, knowledgeable and interactive with his patients. The finance lady was very unprofessional and rude. They bill your insurance for something and get paid then turn around and charge you again thinking you dont know. Was told dr snow would be contacting me. I guess hes still busy 3 weeks later. read more
