I went last year with a horrible experience. My cleaning was not thorough, but since my insurance only allows me to come here, I had to come again for a cleaning. I sat in the waiting room for an hour before I complained to the front desk. I was then taken to the back and ignored for another 1/2 hour before I walked out. The waiting room is dirty and the chairs are all stained and nasty. The volume of people they had coming and going is testament to their priority of volume and not quality. Can't wait until I can change my insurance to choose another provider. Everytime I schedule an appointment and show up on time. I wait 1-2 HOURS just to be called. I don't understand scheduling me at a time that's not available. If I'm late 10 minutes, they cancel my appointment?!? crazy. This place is not worth it!! Choose somewhere else. read more

Very long wait times, every time I have came in it has taken over an hour just to be seen, but they accept walk-ins and appointments and it's not hard to get in. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, the absolute WORST dental practice I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Inexhaustibly long wait times, extremely rude and unprofessional staff, and the dentist was no better. Had an 11 am appointment, wasn't seen until 1:30, and was told to come back because they were backed up and couldn't treat my issue. Honestly I was extremely scared to get my procedure and when I left I was in no pain and didn't even feel anything during my treatment, which was a root canal . They where extremely professional and caring from the doctors to the staff assisting. The assistant even put ointment on my lips and continued the procedure!. I am so disappointed with this smile dental group today I took off work my son missed school because he had to get his brackets put back on I went last week to get his feelings filled in because he had cavities that's why his brackets was removed I made a payment that day not even a week later I come in the office to get his brackets put back on they told me that they could not because I needed to make a payment I didn't know I needed to make a payment I did not have the payment card with me I told them can they please put the brackets on and I can make the payment on the later day they told me no so now my son is without brackets until I could come back to make a payment so that's another day that I have to take him out of school and miss work and Leo at the front desk was the one who told me that she could not help me I really feel that my child been there since he was 2 years old they could have put the brackets on he still have to finish completing his brace over the next year it's not like he was going anywhere read more

This is not the same experience I had last time. Everything has changed for the better! They took the initiative for my special-needs son and went out of their way to make him feel comfortable. They took pictures of my broken tooth that wasn't covered by my insurance last year & told me they would send it in since insurance terms have changed for approval. Well The manager needs glasses my dog not only wears a bright orange vest but also has ID badge that states who he is and is not bought from the internet. How can you miss that? I didn't like how every dentist they have has a different opinion about what to do to your teeth. they not only bug you to do a treatment, they try to convince you to do. they call you over and over and also message you constantly to try to get you in there office. then when they don't get a hold of you they make your appointment for you without your permission. they are only trying to get you in for the money so watch out for what they tell you what you need fixed cause they just say things to get insurance or your money. read more

My daughter (who's 8) was complaining about a toothache for the past 2 days and on a Friday at 530pm, Smile Dental was still available. I was able to get a Saturday appointment, first time client with ease. When we arrived the lobby was full of patients, but the wait time in between checking in, filling out paperwork, and getting seen was reasonable. Each and every one of the dental staff were super patient with my daughter the entire time. FYI- my daughter had been previously traumatized at a different dental office. My daughter has extreme anxiety and they were very conscious of that at Smile Dental. After 2 years of taking my daughter to different dental offices to no avail, she finally got through an entire appointment successfully. I'll be bringing her back here for sure. I was skeptical about coming here due to the reviews and star ratings for the place as well as the outdoors does not look very appealing its more of a clinic based setting ...but overall I was given AMAZING customer service since the initial contact from the front desk staff who was absolutely wonderful! They assisted me in setting up my appointment since I had issues with my doctor not being very cooperative as far as sending my dental treatment notice to them. The front desk is very professional and kind, as well as the doctor who saw me and reviewed my X-rays made me feel like I was in good hands... I look forward to my next appointment! I feel like I am being taken care of from the staff to the Ortho department. I am always asked if I am ok, do I need anything, they explain everything to me for my procedures. Anthony, who has been working on my ortho needs is amazing. The whole Ortho staff is amazing as well. I get expert care and I now can eat food like I could never before. I had really bad teeth as far as alignment and they fixed my bite and my teeth and now I have a beautiful smile. It was affordable and was totally worth it. JJ is always there for me if I need anyting, she is terrific. Everyone is willing to make my visit wonderful and I always know I will be taken care of.
